Toy Story 2: Buzz Lightyear to the Rescue comes to mind. Despite being a movie game, and on top of that, a DISNEY movie game, it was pretty damn fun, being an outstanding platformer. Allies and Gullies still stands as one of my favorite VGM's. I never did find out why the N64 version of the game was significantly easier than the PS1/PC versions.

As for worst console of all time...well, just like Best, it all depends on what you look at.

Virtual Boy was the biggest failure in terms of sales. I don't know about the system itself, but there were only about FOURTEEN games made for it. Pretty weak.

Sega 32x / Mega 32x was pretty fail as well, being released, only to have the Sega Saturn be released SIX MONTHS LATER! SIX!! What was Sega thinking?! Also, like AVGN said, its version of Doom is inferior to the SNES version, having very terrible sound and only half as many levels, despite the 32x being "better" than SNES.

CD-I probably ranks up there with the "worst games". Almost all of the games were either books, or educational games. Phillips even managed to screw up ZELDA and MARIO!
