Surprise
Left 4 Dead
I never heard of this game before I saw a youtube of it, so I brought it and tried it. It has tons of replay valve.
Disappointment
Valve (compine)
I can see why you give stuff for game that you pre-order, bur DON'T ever put unlock-able stuff in your other games if you need to pre-order a game before hand (eg: if you want to get Bill's Hat in TF2 you need to pre-order L4D2)
