Renee stopped, and wiped at her eyes a bit. She took a few deep breaths. Surely his dad wouldn't be a part of this, but she couldn't imagine why they would want her to go see the chief of police. It seemed like a set up, but if she went into it knowing that it was a set up, then she could surely control the situation. "Yeah, ok" she said in a harsh tone, "Let's go see Casey's dad. That makes sense." She followed Jasmine to her car.

If you start being nice to her she'll probably forget all about Renee. You've just got to get over her, man. She's not worth throwing your life away over. Jenny is great, and you're lucky she likes you."
