Kase would have to wake his sister when he awoke, and if he attempted to do so, May would groan and suddenly wrap her arms around the boy and pull him into her bosom, possibly suffocating the boy in her large breasts. Still, Kase could probably break out of her grip, but why not enjoy the sensation of being suffocated by May's tits for a bit? "Mmmm...Not now Kase....I told you we can't do that until you're goooood sis..." she mumbled.
