Silvia glanced over all the sensors around her, making sure they were all green. Her silvery scales gleamed in the dim light inside the cockpit of the Dawn Star, her Royal frigate. She had a pick up to make, a Gyuver suit, one of incredible power. She would have to go down, kill any who may pose a threat, and retrieve it no matter what. She looked up through her window, the blue planet hovering above her ship was quite stunning, and very much alive. There would be humans.
She waited until the dark side of the planet shadowed the extraction sight and then began to lower the Dawn Star. The site itself was in an isolated area, one humans were not likely to be around, so if she was unlucky she would get no challenge out of this mission.
Running a last minute check on all her systems, she ran the plan through her head once more. She would drop to the planet in her one man Drop Pod, find the site, kill all threats, retrieve the suit and then call for extraction. The planet's inhabitance were primitive, unpredictable and in possession of nuclear weapons. The Dawn Star would be ill advised to do more than a simple pick up when the time came. After the pick up the Dawn Star would rendezvous with the Dread Bringer just outside the system and then take it back to the home world. Quick and clean.
She flipped a few switches and undid herself from the control chair. Some of her servants led her to the drop bay and asked her if she wanted her armor. Silvia quickly declined, bullets could do little to her when she transformed and she doubted she would meet much resistance anyways, she chose to go without armor. She stepped into the pod and activated the drop systems. She did not expect anything unexpected to occur on this mission. She would curse herself for it later.
