Thinking that machines or Digimon in this case have created us and we are too blind to see it is very much based on the Matrix plot if you ask me.

Since when does wanting to puff a jay with a digimon like what the Nazis did? O_o

The Nazis did tests on Jewish humans for experimental purposes. Things such as how much heat can a human take before death, how much pressure ect. The pressure test results was actually used by NASA for the moon landing, so there you go.
