"That's sad," Solia said. "I don't know how my parents died. Ardeal knows, but he won't tell me. He says it was too gruesome and might traumatize me if I heard. It scared me when he told me that. All I know about my parents is that they cared for me and my brother intensely and they fought for the good of the people." Solia sighed. "So much destruction. For the longest time, I thought that evil queen had somehow killed my parents. She's killed others so why not my parents? She's raided villages with her soldiers..." Solia felt an involuntary tear fall down her cheek. "I'm sorry," she apologized.

"Okay, but I don't think we have to worry about cheaters here in Conscendo," Ardeal commented. "But, it would improve my chances of winning with you on my side." He smiled. "Well, it's off to the Casino!!"

From in the air, Quarry saw Mika and Ardeal jump off a castle and land safely on the ground. 'Well, that is certainly an interesting date,' he thought.

Skye was in close pursuit of him, tossing her metal ring at him every so often and missing him, his evasive skills too masterful. "Bring him down, Vance!"

Vance stopped running and held up his hand. "Severitas!" he shouted. A dark ball of energy surged above Quarry and pressed down on him hard. Quarry felt very heavy and before he knew it, he was hurtling towards the ground.
