I hope you didn't miss the point of the story altogether. You're not supposed to like the sex parts, they're supposed to make you feel sorry for Takato and for any boy/girl who gets stuck in his Hell hole.
There isn't going to be another story, because the entire purpose of the whole thing was to put across a philosophical point. There are no more points that I can put across related to this subject, so I'm afraid it won't be continued. The entire thing had a political point to it, as stated in the title of the copy I put in the Author's Section.
Certainly, there are such things in our world as social security, but even those don't work when people are illegaly trafficked into your country in the hope of finding a job and living out the American/British dream, only to find themselves in a desperate position and suddenly sold for sex.
Do you know that currently the UK has a problem with children being trafficked into the country? Apparently, someone noticed that children were being escorted into the country with people who weren't their parents. The fear is that they're being sold as slaves. This is the UK, we're talking about, a country with social values, a social security system, a public health care system... and this sort of exploitation is still happening!!
It is sad to see, but the only way to stop it is to change the society such that things like this cannot exist. We must put a safety net of sorts to catch these people, before they get caught in the spiral towards poverty and degradation and in countries like the US and UK where such things exist, we must improve them. (How many homeless people have you seen in your city? Quite a few, I'd expect, and any homeless women might have had at one point attempted prostitution).
