Operation Decode has been translating Digimon World Re:Digitize for years now. They finally released it yesterday. There's both a sub and a dub version, if you can figure out how to get them working.

I think they're bringing this over to PS4. ...Is that the Vita game but not the most recent one?

I think you're thinking of Cyber Sleuth, which news just broke last week about coming to the PS4.

Re:Digitize was released for PSP in 2012 and 3DS in 2013 but never localized.
