The angels moved about swiftly, gliding along the floor with their majestic wings. They proudly lifted the spears they were carrying upwards, pointing it at the sky. They began chanting together, "Lord, aid us with your power. Smite the enemies of our champion with your holy might!" the sky seemed to darken for a brief moment, and that's all it took for a diminute sphere to emerge from the ground next to Ada's feet. The sphere hovered above her and her two companions, before it began sucking energy from the ambient itself. It grew and grew until it consumed them, then it imploded with devastating force.

Let's see how they like this. he thought, as he loaded the round, took aim, and fired. When the bullet hit the guard, it splattered the green liquid all over them, which immediately began to "eat" through the guard's defenses!
