Kyo: *summons a Golden Blaze board in front of him, before grinning, and, throwing an Azula piece to Disturbed, Kyo sits down on a chair* Right. The first step is to do this. Think of what you want that piece to be, shape-wise. It can take the form of any person you want, just think, and the looks of that person will go onto the piece.
The person below will think of someone and then look to see if it worked.

Kyo: Health points set to 60. *grins, as little number counters appear on the sides of the Golden Blaze board* Right. Look at the board now, it's holographic. Put the piece on the board, and the piece will come to life. Like so. *pulls out his Karla piece and puts it on the table*
Karla: *appears as a hologram a few seconds later* Hm? The person below me shall do so as well.
