Caught between a sword and Fate

"Feng, be careful." Shadow said as he stood behind his partner.

"Don't worry, he makes one threatenin move and I'll cut him in half before he has a chance to regret it."

Flamedramon arched his head back and roared loudly, a pillar of fire erupting from below him as his claws gripped, "RRRRAARGH!" before anyone could react, Flamedramon had hurled himself, engulfed in fire, at Fengalmon.

"Be careful!" Reno squealed from behind Shadow's legs.

"MOVE!" Shadow shouted as he pushed the others to the side and out of the way from behind Fengalmon.

"Bad move sparky!" Fengalmon jumped into the air over the flamedramon and kicked down at him, kicking him into the ground.

Flamedramon crashed onto the ground, the flames died out, but he still stood up, "Rrrrr..." he growled as his chest plate broke exactly beggining from where Fengalmon had hit him. Only boots, gauntlets knee pads and mask remained. He roared, then jumped and his claws caught fire again, this time though, instead of charing at Fengalmon, he landed on his back and punched his neck from behind thrice before leaping away.

Reno backed off again, "I don't... like the look of this..."

Fengalmon fell to his knees, "Damnit, he's fast." He got back up, his white fur dyed slightly pink on his back from the gashes caused by the attacks, "But I'm faster! Hi speed ripper!" Fengalmon vanished in a twister of green wind, the wind blew past the flamedramon as Fengalmon appeared on the other side of him, his outstretched claw glistening with red blood. "See?" His eyes rolled back into his head as he fell to the ground, reverting back to Slashmon.

Flamedramon was holding in air with one of his arms, his boots and knee pads had been destroyed by Fengalmon's attack and his legs were bleeding. He growled as he stumbled around and fell on his damaged legs, the pain seemed not to bother him, "Grrr..." he growled again, this time starting to walk towards the group, only mask and gauntlet remained.

"This isn't good." Shadow said as he readied himself for an attack.

Renodramon leapt in front of Shadow and Slashmon, then looked back at them, "Go away! I'll hold him back!" he said, but soon stopped talking, "GAK!" he whined as he was grabbed by the burning claw of the Flamedramon from the neck.

"Grrr..." he growled once again and then slammed Renodramon on the ground, knocking him out since he was just a rookie. Then the dragon kept advancing towards his 'enemies'.

"I'll warn you once." Shadow raised up his arm and pulled back the sleeve, his dragon tatto glowind brightly, "I won't hesitate to destroy you if you continue this. Consider yourself warned."

Flamedramon growled and approached Shadow nonetheless, before further reaction, he was behind him, he grabbed Shadow's right arm and twisted it on his back, then pounded his chest with his clawed gauntlet with sheer force, before contact, the gauntlet had caught fire again.

"Ghhh..." Renodramon groaned unconciously as he slowly but steadily recovered.
