"Fundraiser" episode--If you noticed carefully--seemed similiar that Riley was drug dealing, if you noticed. That one chick Cindy in that episode was cool.

Yes. That was the whole point of the episode. Chocolate was a "TV friendly" version of drugs. I'm sure a good portion of US people remember having to sell that chocolate in school.
