Of the people that have posted here, you've only 5 active so far. I'm not against the creation of this group, but I won't join it. A Group Leader still is needed, Mjam is not suitable as he's not active anymore.
Get 5 more people interested in this, get a Group Leader and then re-write a resume of what the group activities will entail. If it's all satisfying, I don't see any reason to stop this group from being made.
