We've had this argument before.
My vote is on male, especially since I wrote 6 Lemons starring him. If he was a girl, I would have caught it by now.

Anyways, male. Of course the producers (Or Renamon) would say "ZOMG DIGIMON HAVE NO GENDERZ!!!1!ONE" But I beg to differ :P
He's got a male voice, doesn't really have any female features whatsoever, makes references in speech as though he's male, as well. Even in the JP ver.
And, he's in the boys' sauna room in that episode of Adventure 01, so, that sets his gender in stone.

For the sauna room, seeing as she has a high pitched voice that I've herd no male on any televison show or in real life have only females is an indicator of being female. Back to the sauna before i got side traked. She is unkown to the other digimon on children as they are obviously all virgins so she though she might see what a penis looked like. As for the hints on being male I have not picked them up and I've watched the entire seires front to back 12 times in 2 weeks.

Patamon's evolved forms are all male.
Though MagnaAngemon's gender is classified as "Whorish Drag-Queen".

Every digimon is their own species. As in one species is biyomon one patamon species ,ect. So the evolved forms being male is like a plant digimon be
