While I'm thinking about it, my older brother eats it raw... all too often, right out of the package... easy cooking I guess. I was also in a science class where the teacher said that he liked his raw even after talking about worms/parasites that could be living in it.

Raw? I heard something about the flavor being "something unique and fresh". I've yet to try that though.

i verge between rare and fucking raw but my dad prefers his blue which literally takes 20 seconds to cook
oh yeah and he reckons it is a crime to put sauce on a blue/raw/rare steak
just thought id say :D
