the chronicles of narnia: the lion the witch and the wardrobe. though the book was a lot better. i read the whole series and i think that the 5th one (Voyage of the Dawn Treader) should be made into a move :3

I have many, but I'll choose a few recent ones: Lord of the Rings series, Final Fantasy, any movie with dragons.
(The THING is one of my favorites, too. I wish they would make a sequel, especially now with all the CG capabilities.)

OOC: well... as for sequels... am working on a the THING novel.... its set in the future... more or less in space, so it keeps the paranoia. as for cg movie... it sounds good... but I personally like the fact that everything was done with anamatronics and puppets.
