Wow, noone to help me. - Renamon_S3 - 08-24-2006

Not one post. O well, maybe this will start something. Yes?

Ahem, any drawers of Renamon out there? I'm looking for someone who draws Renamon anatomically correct, as in exact from the show. I don't draw boobs on a boobless creature. lol.

Hiya its the mod, lol I had never been able to post anything but I can tell you this much that each category has its pro's and con's.

When drawing more cartoon like you have to exaggerate alot of the curves and stress certain lines that need to be shaded in a certain way or else disturbs the harmony between the negative and positive space. Now there is the ability of adding whats called "Character emotions" usually a teardroplet when nervous, or a pink or darkish red scribble across the nose depicting a flustered, slightly embarrased emotion.

Drawing lifelike, it tends to be a lot more easy as the skeletal form, or the basic strcture is easier to draw and manipulate. I like the way that the final outcome looks more real and appeases all the senses. Details on shading become the worst hassle when it comes from real life cause there are so many colors precieved by the eye at one time. Also if you take a look at it, it takes more time to do (of course depending on the artist.) but lifelike seems to be less off a challange....

Now when it comes to making things, anatomically correct, well its to the preference of the artist whether he or she wants it nude, or cloathed. I wouldnt mind drawing something that is newb, but when you add things, unless its micro macro, dont go insane with booty size and other such, it takes away from your art, but if you keep all your art the same, why not? :P

Clothing on Digimon is a fun concept in my opiinion I think iy could lead to things getting funny pretty quickly :D....well

I hope that answered your question and as for the poll I needed the other category.

thx, and ill add an other for ya.

- Renamon_S3 - 08-24-2006

oo i guess its too late to add "other"

You have to understand, this is a porn site (hentai site technically) So, drawing boobs on a boobless creature is just for porn. Besides, they are just data so they probally do not do anything like people or animals besides eat, sleep, and use the bathroom. So it's just a simple idea to make them any way.

- Renamon_S3 - 08-24-2006

Yes unknown, i have realized that about 30 seconds after i signed up.
I was just trying to find other people who just like to draw digimon, not just for pornographic entertainment.
But to each his own, I'm not trying to dis anyone out there.

- UnknownH - 08-25-2006

Yeah we don't like to draw just for porn, but it's a big thing about it here.
but I do know somewhere you could go that has a clean art area.

- blueeyedgabulvo0o - 08-25-2006

Renamon_S3 I already fixed your poll......

Unknown can you please tell us?...

- UnknownH - 08-25-2006
