Ok i admit i like hummers but i don't see y ppl go to the trouble of complaining about the gasgussling machines when landrover sports aren't even build as a offroader!!!! i mean yes the h1 sucked so pplcompared all hummers to be as crap as the h1. the h3 was the best proforming 1 because it wasn't a hummer anymore just a wannabe hummer

Let me guess; you're a nine-year-old who bought a shiny yellow remote control Hummer, and now you're obsessed with the damn things. You say you're older than nine years old?

With that said, Hummers are a terrible waste of the oil we have left, and they should be taken off the market. Normal people do not need Hummers. In fact, there's no need for the military to use them either, since whatever they drive is just going to get hit by a car bomb.

For some certain tasks hummers are good but yeah, most of time it's just like you'd stamp "asshole" over your forehead.

Humvees have an off-road ability that is matched by no other military transport vehical.

There's also a tradeoff in all of those big SUV types. Yes, you can drive "off-road" more than in a sedan, but you're also a lot more likely to flip over.

Reread what i stated, Hummers are used for their ability to tranport items. wether that be personel or towing a tank(yes ive seen this done) the hummer has proven itself as a valueable asset for the military.
As for gas milage, the M1-A2 abrams gets 2 gallons per mile, do you recomed getting rid of the worlds most powerful tank?
