Anybody else here have a wireless router? I'm sure I've bitched about it before, but it still persists, and nobody at my house seems to give a damn... An older wireless card going to a new router. Different kinds of signals, but router is still backwards compatable. It still sucks though. I've been bitching about it here at my house for damn near a year now, and still... Nobody cares. I'm surprised I'm still trying to do anything about it, since everybody I know in rl ignores me completly. I'm surprised I could stay on this long. And it's still going... HOT DAMN! A new record... At least I get some stress relievers tomorrow... Hehehe... *Winks*

We've got a wireless router that routes our house's traffic through the cable modem. It's 802.11b and seems to work fine.

So then you have a b... My card is a b, but the router is a g and that's what the problem is.

Yeah but I think I need a new one, this one got hit a few times during storms.
I just have to turn it off every three days so it doesn't overheat.
