Help With New Digimon Pairings - Herr Mullen - 10-27-2005 The story I'm working on involves original characters, as I'm writing about British Digidestined. I've gotten down the characters, and basic ideas for plots. What I need to do now is get some Digimon partners for my characters. Just to give you an idea of the sort of thing I need, the characters have virtues of Trust, Vitality, Zeal, Innocence, Resorcefulness, Carisma and Foresight. I'll need Baby to Champion data, at least, including attacks and a discription of what they look like. - circeus - 10-27-2005 Do you mean you want specifically made-up digimons? Or simply ideasfor evolutionary lines? - UnknownH - 10-28-2005 Well if you want to get digimon lines http://www.thedigitalfantasy.com/digitalempire/digidex/digidexE.html that's a whole digidex for you to look in. It's very compleate and should help you. - Herr Mullen - 10-28-2005 circeus Wrote:Do you mean you want specifically made-up digimons? Or simply ideasfor evolutionary lines? I mean I want to use exsisting Digimon, but that I haven't the foggiest which, as I'm not really up on my digital family trees. I'll use that site, if nothing turns up and should it get back online. - circeus - 10-28-2005 I use this copy of Megchan's encyclopedia myself. I combine it with Wikipedia, were digimon articles are organized by levels - Anonmon - 10-30-2005 Holy crap, I didn't know Wikipedia had Digimon stuff. Read this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mitsuo_Yamaki Apparently the UK has a set of officially-sanctioned Digimon comics (some of them Tamers) with original story material. Cool. - Wisemon - 10-30-2005 Yep, you should see what it says about Daisuke. Being unlucky at love isn't just his T.V. trademark. I'm keeping that luck in mind as I write my series. - Anonmon - 10-30-2005 I should see what it says? Where do I get them? - Wisemon - 10-30-2005 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daisuke_Motomiya I think you could've figured this out on your own. - Anonmon - 10-30-2005 I meant the UK comics. Oh, and I've also never heard of "Doors to Summer" (a major piece for anyone who wants to write Daisuke's affections accurately) OR the Digimon 02/V-Tamer crossover. |
