Saban Entertainment does not exist -- they were bought out by Disney during the course of dubbing Tamers. It remains unlikely that there will be any further DVD releases of Digimon (there was one release with the Devimon arc episodes some years back), and it also seems as if there isn't going to be a US release of any more Digimon videos at all.
Of course if the dub doesn't do well (which this petition makes the mistake of saying it did), there is very little reason to release videos in any format, particularly one that would increase costs (licensing the japanese audio tracks).
If there are to be any further releases of Digimon, I suspect that they will come in their due time, but the petitions need to be properly addressed or else the writer(s) and signatories of it look stupid. I have written a better composed Digimon DVD petition which targets all four seasons in any DVD format release. If you would be interested in signing, please check it at:
