I watched the entier series and other then seeing a amazing full naked ass of a girl (still in shock that got passed the censors)
Other then that this show makes no sence at all?
Can anyone tell me the Plot or point to a insane Anime series like this? O_o

Excellent find, my friend.
That explains why Naota's father was refering to perverted stuff as "Fooly Cooly", where as his Grandfather (who, I think, strangely, NEVER shows in the anime, but in the manga scenes) was talking about hand movments (which explains the kneeding of bead term on the FAQ).
As for a movie, I'd LOVE to see that.
As for the guy with eyebrows... I can see now.. his eyebrows were a simple guise, to MAKE him LOOK grown-up (it MIGHT even explain that scene where he looked like a South Park Character). Everything is starting to make sense.
I LOVE HAVING SUCH A WIRED MIND, SO WIRED THAT IT SUCKS UP EVERY BIT OF INFO LIKE ONE BIG VACCUUM!!!!

And who knew that the guy searching for Haruko actually met her before when he was younger? She left him because he wasn't "manly (adult?)" enough for her. This of course explains why he has those big eyebrows. They block the N-O channel from forming in his head.
I still think that one part where Haruko tried to retrieve her guitar from Naota's head was funny as ever.
Haruko: *searching for her guitar in Naota's head* I never knew that boys felt like this inside. *starts tugging at her guitar* Come on Naota, make it pop!
Naota: I can't! I can't make it pop if I force it!
Then the scene where everybody who heard them had nose-bleed.
