Recipes for Catering - Astaroth - 05-08-2011

Hello guy's, I need some help here with my college work. I'm studying Catering and my teacher has asked me to find out some different types of recipes I could chose to make in college from different countries.

The problem is its hard to decide what to make, so could anyone, at least 5 or more members give me a recipe or a website I could look at that is a good type of dish please? Thanks :)

Hmm, well what kind of dish? Does it just have to be from another country, does it have to serve so many people?

Ooh, you don't get any more Filipino than Pancit or Adobo! X3 But since adobo is usually eaten with rice, it's much easier to serve pancit.

Youtube is actually a pretty good place to look up recipes or procedures. I recommend Chicken Cordon Bleu. XD There are different kinds, so pick whichever one suits you! That counts as French!

If you decide to try a Filipino recipe, here's one for pancit! X3 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=21WA1UwXSMA
