I completely vote Renamon.
Advantages: If she's on top, no blanket required. If she's on bottom, no pillow required. She's big enough to be eye-to-eye with when cuddling, and she could always wrap her tail around you for added comfort.
Disadvantages: Hairballs.
Also, I'd like roughly any female versions of certain digimon, Female Veemon and Female Guilmon being on the top of the list.
Oh hell, I'd take all three.
