Alex soon began to walk off. "He couldn't have just vanished..." He mumbled, before leaping onto a tree and looking around from on top of it, giving Fhy a chance to either find a new hiding spot or stay there.

Fhy made a break for it while Alex was distracted, trying to run away unseen. But even if Fhy managed to get away, who knows what dangerous creatures might lurk on the island of Kings. ;)

Fhy ran and ran. Eventually he came to a rapid river, which looked far too dangerous to enter. He could either walk along the side of the river, or jump on the rocks that were in the water, to get to the other side. But that would have been very dangerous.

Fhy looked at the water and decided to take his chances with the rocks, seeing the river as another obstacle that Alex would have to cross. Trying as best to balance as he could he began to jump from rock to rock.

As he moved from rock to rock, the water raged on louder and wilder it seemed, as if some malevolence was trying to bring it down into the water. When Fhy came to one of the last steps, the stone seemed especially slippery and he found himself falling off of it. But he was close to the ground. He could make it, possibly, if he reached far enough....

Fhy nearly made it all the way across before slipping and falling into the river. He splashed and swam for a few moments as he was carried down he length of the river before managing to struggle to the far shore. He made it, though he was wet and now shivering, but didnt waste any time and got to running.
(Are there any traps or engineered monster on the island that might...warm Fhy up?)

He ran and ran, but that was a mistake. Rushing like that led to a trap being sprung, and suddenly a net rose up from under his feet. If he was fast enough to dodge it, he would escape, but there was a good chance he wasn't...

Fhy was tired and wet already, and didnt eve notice the trap until it was too late. "Ahhhh!" He cried out as the net came up and captured him. He began to struggle madly then, but would end up tangling himself in worse.
(just curious, variety is never bad)

The boy could struggle all he wanted, but he wouldn't be escaping that net anytime soon. He soon heard bushes shuffling and footsteps. It seems he would soon be captured...
To his shock though, he saw another boy. The boy had medium sized, blond locks, reaching to his shoulders. He was naked, like Fhy, and looked up to the boy, shock in his blue eyes. "W-who are you? What are you doing up there?"
