Does anyone really know?

Does anyone really know about me, the digimon, or their world?

Takeru is my name, and my digimon is Patamon.

When I was little my brother called me the angel of hope.

Then my parents got a divorce.

Who knew that in three years he would know the truth?

He was right; I am the angel of hope.

And the girl that I love is the Angel of Light.

When we are together it is like heaven.

Two angels in heaven.

It was only natural that we were to be together, isn't it?

Hikari fixed the bow on her head. It was another day of school.

"Explain this school to me again Hikari", Tailmon said as she jumped up on the sink.

Hikari smiled 'Well school is where you go and hang out with your friends and maybe learn something every now and then".

"Oh so its like vacation during the day, huh?" Tailmon commented.

"Well that is one-way to put it" Hikari giggled.

She adjusted the bow again, trying to make it straight, but it wasn't working very well.

"What is with the bow?" Tailmon asked. "Is it for Takeru?" Tailmon nudged Hikari.

Hikari blushed a deep pink

"I don't know what you mean by that," Hikari answered quickly.

"Well I do know one thing" Tailmon quipped.

"What's that?" Hikari asked as she glanced towards her digimon partner.

"I know, that your never going to make your date with Takeru if you don't hurry" Tailmon answered with a smile

"Damn I am late" Hikari said panicky, as she glanced at her watch.

Hikari finished with her bow and grabbed her pack and ran towards the door, she passed her and Taichi's room

"Get up Taichi" she yelled into the room.

Taichi grumbled and rolled over, flipping the middle finger at her.

Hikari smiled at her big brother, if he didn't get up soon, he would miss Sora. If she didn't leave soon she was going to miss Takeru. Why did he want to meet her so early before school? She kissed her mom goodbye and rushed out the door.

She ran down the street to find Takeru sitting down on a bench, looking down to his shoes.

"Hey you better not be asleep Takeru," she said with a smile.

Takeru immediately became alert to the voice...

((Angel))

...of Hikari. He blushed and shyly answered.

"Who can sleep at a time like this"?

Hikari pecked his cheek with a quick kiss. She had had feelings for Takeru since their fight with Piedmon, the day that Angelmon mega-digivolved to MagnaAngelmon. She cared for him deeply, and hoped that one day she would know how he feels for her too.

Takeru smiled at Hikari, he knew that she cared for him, but alas he as a chicken when it came to talk about his feelings of her. He blushed when she kissed his cheek.

"What did you want to talk to me about this early in the morning?"

Takeru completely forgot about his call to her last night.

Hikari nose was buried into her Math book. Why did you need to know how to calculate the square roots of two alike prime numbers? God she was so confused, it wasn't funny anymore. She closed the book with a sigh, hopefully Taichi would be home soon and if he couldn't help her she would call Koushiro, she knew that he could help her. She looked at her watch, it was after seven at night, where was Taichi? Wait today was Tuesday so he was with Sora, well that would solve that problem. She picked up the phone and started to dial Koushiro's number. She held the phone up to her ear to hear someone breathing on the other line.

"He...Hello, is the someone on the line?"

The breathing suddenly went labored, as if someone had grasped the caller around the throat, cutting off his/her voice.

"Hikari? Is that you?" the voice on the other ended whispered.

"Daisuke is that you?" Hikari answered.

"No it's me, Takeru." The voice answered.

Hikari breathed a silent sigh of relief. Daisuke was always calling her, either asking her out or what the homework was for that night.

"Takeru *she sighed* I thought you were Daisuke. "

Takeru had to laugh, that poor boy "Nope just me".

A silence seemed to creep onto the phone; neither said anything for about a minute. Finally Hikari spoke.

"Takeru, what's up?"

She could hear when he slapped his face; she could also here Patamon whispering to Takeru.

"Takeru are you alright?"

"Yah I'm fine, I was wondering if you wanted to meet before school, so we can talk?" Takeru replied.

Hikari blushed, maybe he was finally going to ask her out, suddenly the door swung open and Taichi and Sora busted in.

"Hikari get out of here now!" Taichi roared.

Hikari whispered into the phone "Sure how about at the bench around the corner from my house?" Taichi threw a shoe at her to hurry it crashed against the wall.

"What was that, are you alright Hikari?" Takeru exclaimed.

"Yeah I'm fine Takeru, so I'll meet you there tomorrow morning, ok?" Hikari ducked the next shoe as she picked up her books and the sleeping Tailmon. Sora had pulled Taichi down on top of her. What were they doing? Taichi looked like he would crush Sora, they stopped and they both stared at Hikari, who was now blushing a deep crimson.

"Ok, Ill meet you there." Takeru hung up on his end of the line, not before Hikari could hear Patamon congratulate Takeru for calling.

"Out now Hikari!" Taichi grumbled.

Hikari backed out the door with Tailmon following behind her.

"Why'd you wake me up Hikari?" Tailmon asked sleepily as she rubbed her eyes. "I was having a good catnap dreaming of the time I was with Wizardmon and the others that are long gone."

Hikari smiled at her digimon partner "I'm sorry Tailmon, Taichi needed the room I guess."

Tailmon sniffed the air "Yeah I guess he did".

Hikari glanced at her "What do you mean?"

Tailmon blushed and shook her head" Umm never mind, I'll tell you later"

Hikari knew that Tailmon was acting strangely "Ok, but promise me you will." She suddenly sighed happily "Guess what?"

Tailmon leaped to the couch and stretched out "What?"

Hikari flopped down besides her partner "Takeru finally called me."

Tailmon smiled at her "About damn time".

Hikari smiled brightly as she closed her eyes and stared at the ceiling. "Yes it is, oh isn't he so cute?"

Tailmon purred softly as she lay down, ready to continue her nap "Whatever" she said sleepily, soon she was fast asleep.

Suddenly a loud moan escaped from Taichi's room, it sounded like Sora. Hikari jumped to her feet and opened the door a crack. The image she saw was burnt into her memory. She saw Taichi and Sora both naked, Sora was on Taichi's lap; she looked like she was riding him, thrusting her privates onto Taichi's own. They both looked really happy, and that they were enjoying it greatly. Hikari blushed as she watched them; she slipped her hand into her own shorts, playing with her sex gently. She shook her head slightly, it wasn't the same thing as Sora was getting. She took her hand out of her pants and closed the door softly. She turned to see Tailmon standing there behind her. Hikari yelped in surprise.

"I told you, spying would get you in trouble" Tailmon grunted as she stretched her back out slowly

A low moan escaped from the room again as Sora climaxed. She could hear them speak lowly to each other, the sounds of kissing and finally silence. A few minutes later the door opened and Taichi and Sora came walking out, he walked her to the door. Hikari peaked her head around the corner to see them kissing. Finally Sora backed away and opened the door into the night and walked out. Taichi stood and watched her leave, he turned and walked to the kitchen and got a drink of water. He placed the glass in the dishwasher and walked back into the living room and flipped the TV on.

The house was completely silent...

"You didn't hear anything nor see anything Hikari"

Hikari nodded and watched the show on the television. Soon her mother was home, and the house returned to normal.

Later that night...

The shadows crept along the ceiling they danced slightly as clouds passed over the moon. Hikari moaned loud, she should be asleep, but the image of Taichi and Sora was burnt into her mind. What were they doing, it seemed that they were enjoying themselves. She rolled over and attempted to sleep, which finally came. But her sleep was nothing but an eventful night of tossing and turning. She awoke to see Tailmon standing at the window, looking out over the skyline of Odiba.

Hikari yawned, "You can't sleep either?"

Tailmon turned to her partner and walked back over and hopped up to her lap

"Hikari, what you saw tonight, was something very beautiful and intimate between Taichi and Sora"

Hikari just nodded with eyes wide

Tailmon continued "And one day, you will experience this as well, with the one you love"

Hikari's face turned red in the moon light, making her look more like an angel than ever before

"Hikari!!!" Takeru snapped her back to reality

Hikari stood from the bench and shook her head.

"I'm sorry Takeru, what were saying"

"I was saying that we should date?"

Hikari blushed

"Date? You and me?"

Takeru blushed a deep red

"Yes you and me"

Hikari's heart sung, she wanted to dance in the street. She ran up to him and kissed him full on the lips. She stepped back as she saw Taichi run around the curve, calling out to them. He must be late to meet Sora. She smiled slightly at the thought of him flipping her off that morning. She heard him call out "Be Good". She turned to see Takeru blush lightly. She walked up to him and wrapped her arms around him. She leaned up and kissed him again.

"All I am going to say Takeru is that it is about time"

She smiled...

((Angel of light))

up at him.

Takeru shuddered slightly.

"Its time for school, we should really start to walk Hikari"

Later that day Hikari sat with Miyako and gossiped as girls do. Hikari was all smiles nothing could bring her down from her pedestal. Not the Dark Masters, not The Digimon Kaiser, nothing short of the end of the world could bring her down.

"Why are you blushing Hikari"?

"Oh no reason, I'm just really happy, Miyako"

Miyako glanced slightly at Hikari, attempting to figure out her.

"Let me guess you got an A on your math test?"

"Nope"

"Taichi moved out?"

Hikari looked shocked

"NO!!"

"Well I give up, I cant figure it out"

Hikari blushed as she giggled and lied her head down

"And I'm not going to tell you"
Miyako glared at her friend

"Well maybe in the digi-world you will tell me"

"I'm not going to the digi-world today, I have plans"

"Plans??"

"Yup" Hikari stood and walked her tray over to the counter and turned to walk out of the cafeteria. Miyako just glared-what could be more important?? As soon as she got out of the cafeteria, she reached into her backpack and pulled her D-Terminal out and began to write an email, she sent it to Takeru, and she smiled brightly and walked on.

The day seemed like minutes to both Takeru and Hikari. Takeru was in gym, playing basketball with Daisuke. It was a battle of egos between Takeru and Daisuke as Daisuke was passed the ball, and Takeru guarded him the best he could"

"Lay off Takeru, you know I am the best at Basketball" Daisuke said smugly as he rose on his feet to shoot. The ball floated through the air, inching near the basket. It came closer and closer to the basket and...hit the rim, bouncing off and landing in the hands of Takeru who shot off to the other end of the court. Daisuke just stared dumbfound, he couldn't believe it, he had missed. Takeru did a quick lay-up and scored the final point of the game. His fellow teammates rushed over and clapped him on the back.

"Hit the showers" the coach called out. The boys started to walk out of the gym, leaving Daisuke standing there still staring at the basket.

"I can't believe I missed," he mumbled as he lamely picked up his bag and walked to the locker room.

Takeru heard the faint beeping when he entered the room. He hurried to the showers and washed the sweat off, threw on his clothes and was out the door as quickly as he could. He walked to the front of the building; the end of the day was finally here. He pulled out the D-Terminal and opened it up. It flashed a simple message: Mail from Kari.

Kari...

((His angel))

Had written him through the day. He smiled at the message, which read simply: My house at 8. He glanced at his watch; it was almost 4:00, that left him four hours to get ready. But what did Hikari have in mind??

Aha what does Hikari have in mind?? That's the question we all will be wondering until I can get their story done. Sorry for this one being so short, but if it is short, it leaves you wanting more.

Takeru finally proclaims his love for Hikari-about Damn time if you ask me. But what does she have in mind for the young Takeru? Could it be their first date? Or something more-Their story-The First Date.
