Season 4: Wisemon’s Alternate Ending Series

Part 4: Fat

By Wisemon

Digimon is the property of Toei Animation.  This story uses the property of Comedy Central.  In the last story, Junpei killed Kouichi in a merciless thrashing.  This story is on the tamer side, but it still has adult situations, bad language, and violence, so if you’re under 18, stop reading now.

Although he was tired and sweaty, Junpei was feeling happier and more satisfied than he had ever felt in his life.  As he took his victory walk over to Izumi, the icing on the cake for him (it always came back to food with Junpei) was that Izumi was still wearing nothing but her panties.  “She was probably so stunned by the whole thing that she forgot to put her clothes back on,” Junpei reasoned.  “Then again, maybe she just didn’t want to miss a second of me kicking Kouichi’s ass.”  Junpei took a seat on the ground next to Izumi.

There were words that needed to be said, but neither Junpei nor Izumi said anything for fifteen minutes.  They just looked at each other.  Junpei couldn’t complain; he was getting a close-up view of Izumi’s bare tits and legs.  Of course, as before, he was gazing stealthily.  When Izumi was looking at him, he looked into her eyes.  When she looked away, he soaked up the vision of her body.  “I might never get another chance like this,” Junpei said to himself.  “She doesn’t even know that she’s naked.  Hold on, I just saved her life.  That should be enough to secure my spot in her heart.  She’ll take her clothes off for me when she’s ready.  Nudity is nice, but love lasts a lifetime.”

Finally, Izumi broke the silence.  “I never knew that you were so good at fighting without evolving.”

Junpei couldn’t help but notice that the first thing that Izumi said had nothing to do with her almost fucking Kouichi.  She was trying to avoid responsibility by letting Junpei brag about his skills, stroking his ego.  Unfortunately for her, Junpei was a loser with a lot of self-doubts, and his ego wasn’t large enough to fall for that trick.  However, he figured that it couldn’t hurt to tell her why he was able to fight so proficiently.  “When you’re a fat kid, you get picked on a lot.  I taught myself how to fight in my own style, using my weight to my advantage.  One day in school, about two years ago, three kids ganged up on me.  They called me names and started shoving me around.  That’s when I broke out my moves for the first time; until tonight, it was also the last time.  I charged one of them into a wall, took a few steps back, and knocked him out with a shuffle side kick.  I took another one into a fireman carry, used his feet to knock over the third guy, slammed him onto the third guy, and did a double knee drop on the pile.  They started it, but I was the one who got suspended.  How unfair is that?  Anyway, after that, I thought I’d finally be popular.  No longer would I be seen as a chubby loser; I would be the tough guy who didn’t take shit from anyone.  That’s what I was, but that didn’t get me any friends.  All it did was make the kids afraid of me.  As you might’ve guessed, my supply of chocolate bars and my ability to do magic tricks came from trying to bribe my peers into being my friends after that incident.  I was trying to show them that I was really a nice person and that they had nothing to fear from me.  That strategy was doomed from the start.  The kids would briefly pretend to like me in order to get some chocolate or see a trick, but afterwards, I’d be alone again.  I must’ve gone too far in the other direction; my image became too soft, and people took advantage of me.  I realized my error about a week before I left for this world, and ever since then, I’ve been searching for a balanced plan for making friends.”

Junpei decided it was time to make Izumi realize that he wasn’t going to just talk about himself.  He was going to get her to think about what she’d almost done.  “So, when you told me your story, about how your peers avoided you because you lived in Italy, I could empathize.  Individually, we’re very similar.  I’m a boy without any friends, and you’re a girl without any friends.  Together, we’d be very different; we’d be happy.  You said it yourself; I’d be perfect for you if I lost some weight.  Then, why did you try to get Kouichi to fuck you?  If I’m willing to kill for you, don’t you think that I’d be willing to diet for you?”

“I know I made a mistake,” Izumi said softly while tears started to form in the corners of her eyes, “but I’m feeling a pain of guilt from what you’re saying, and I can’t take anymore punishment.”  Izumi lowered her head as she began to cry.  At the same time, as soon as she looked down, she saw that she was still unclothed.  “Why didn’t you tell me that I was still naked?”

Junpei had already prepared a response to the predictable question.  “I thought you knew.  I figured you just let yourself stay that way because you feel comfortable around me.”

Izumi didn’t want to risk hurting Junpei’s feelings anymore for the night.  “Yeah, I guess that must be the reason.  I’m perfectly fine with continuing to not wear what I’m not wearing.”  Izumi decided to move on to their current dilemma.  “How are we going to tell Kouji?”

“Why does Kouji have to know about us?” Junpei replied.

“I appreciate that you’re focused on me,” Izumi answered as calmly as possible, “but I was referring to how we’re going to tell him about the long-lost brother who you killed.”

“Oh yeah, I guess since I killed him, I should be the one to tell Kouji,” Junpei reasoned.  “Of course, I’m more than a little worried about how Kouji is going to take the news.”

“Kouichi was Kouji’s twin, and you handled him without any difficulty.  If Kouji attacks you, you should be fine.”  Izumi tried to make sure that she would not end up being the one who would have to tell Kouji.

“Two people can have the exact same bodies, but can be completely different in fighting ability.  You saw what Kouji can do with a staff as a human, and you know what he can do with his Lobo Kendo as Lobomon.  Clearly, he has had some formal combat training.  I guess there’s no point in worrying about it.  He might just understand that I had no other choice.”  Junpei hesitated for a second; he had to stop his head from turning towards the woods.  “There’s another member of our group that we need to talk about.”  Junpei leaned in close to Izumi and began speaking in a whisper.  “Tomoki’s hiding behind some trees nearby.  I spotted him around the time of my fortieth knee drop on Kouichi.”

“Why didn’t you tell me sooner, before you told me that you loved me?  He must’ve seen what you did to Kouichi; how are we going to explain it to him?  Even worse, what if he saw what happened between me and Kouichi?  How are we going to explain that?”  Izumi did her best to whisper while still leaving the alarm in her voice.

“First of all, I never officially said, ‘I love you,’ so I’ll say it now.  Izumi, I love you.  Second of all, Tomoki probably got here by following me, which would mean that he saw everything that I saw, and I saw the entire thing.  Third of all, it isn’t easy for a little kid to keep quiet and stay hidden while a lot of possibly traumatic stuff is happening in front of him.  Like I said, by the time I saw him there, Kouichi already had one lung in the grave.  I figured I’d finish off Kouichi, and as compensation for seeing some gruesome stuff, I’d let Tomoki listen to our conversation afterward.  Lastly, leave all of the explanations to me.  I enjoy teaching and explaining things to people, mostly because it’s only on rare occasions that anyone ever listens to me.”  Junpei knew that a lot of what he just whispered back to Izumi could be taken the wrong way, but he also knew that she didn’t really hear anything after the first thing he said.  He’d said that part slowly and seriously, and had gotten the rest of the stuff out quickly.  This way, he would be able to say that she never raised any objections to his plan for what to do about Tomoki.  More importantly, he would be able to say that she never voiced any outrage over the fact that he’d spied on her and Kouichi, because this was also Junpei’s official admittance.  He had one more thing that he wanted to try to get away with while Izumi was in this state, a way to draw out Tomoki.  “Izumi, I want you to shout the following exclamation at me…”

Tomoki couldn’t believe all of the stuff he’d just seen and heard.  “Is Kouichi dead?” he wondered.  “Junpei squashed him like a bug more times than I could count.  There’s a large pool of blood where his nose used to be, and even more blood coming out of his mouth (internal bleeding).  He hasn’t moved for almost an hour, not even a twitch.  Hmm, I suppose he’s probably dead.”  Tomoki decided to think about something less grim.  “I guess Junpei’s going to get Izumi.  He’s been in love with her from the start, and they have been spending a lot of time together.  Still, Takuya’s the one who’s usually looking out for me, and despite what I told Junpei, I was kind of hoping that he’d get her.  Besides, I didn’t think that she liked Junpei in that way.  I suppose that after he saved her spirit and now her life, he must’ve won her over.  Also, it really didn’t seem like Takuya and Kouji were all that interested in Izumi, which is stupid because she’s the only girl here, and we have no idea when or if we’re going to get home.  Beggars can’t be choosers.  Kouichi was the only other option, but now he’s dead.  At least he got naked with Izumi before he got mauled; that’s better than nothing.”

Suddenly, Tomoki heard Izumi screaming at Junpei.  “Oh my God, you killed Kouichi!”

Tomoki couldn’t stop himself.  He shouted out from his hiding spot and gave himself away, “You bastard!”

It worked; Junpei couldn’t believe that Tomoki actually fell for his trick.  “Alright Tomoki, come on out!”  Junpei looked back at Izumi, and he remembered that she wasn’t supposed to be naked.  He was personally shocked by how quickly he’d gotten used to the sight.  “Now would be a good time to put your clothes back on.”

“Yeah, we’ve got enough to explain to him as it is.”  Izumi got up and walked to the spot where her clothes were lying.  She slid her legs into her skirt, pulled it up, and zipped it up.  She grabbed her shirt, pulled it over her head, and put her arms through their short sleeves.

Meanwhile, Tomoki was completing his walk over to them.  Along the way, he kicked the body of Kouichi, just to make sure that he was finished.  Junpei was considering saying something about showing respect for the dead, but that would’ve been extremely hypocritical.

The boy without any friends and the girl without any friends finally agreed that they should be together.  Junpei realized that having Izumi naked in front of him was more important as a symbol of her comfort with him than it was as a stimulus.  Junpei told the sad story of his short social life.  I added a little to what was already known about Junpei’s past from the show.  Though a late night conversation while sitting on the ground may seem somewhat generic, I’ll admit that I got the idea for this conversation from the one that Junpei and Izumi had on the show.  That conversation was about balancing personalities, which was exactly what Junpei was trying to do before he ended up in the digital world.  There’s a lot of stuff in this story that should be kept in mind for the rest of the series:

Junpei gains some wisdom in this one.  On the show and in the first few stories, he kept trying to see or imagine Izumi naked, but now he realizes that it’s not that big of a deal.  He’s no longer a pervert.

Izumi also gains some wisdom in this one.  If Kouichi didn’t get the message across to her, Junpei certainly does.  You can’t let weight be a factor in choosing your mate, not when you have the power to make your mate lose the weight (hey, that rhymes).  That brings up the question, how will Junpei lose the weight?  Yes, that’s one way, but just for a moment, get your mind out of the gutter.  Haven’t you noticed how often the group is starving, and how much running and fighting they do?  It’s only a matter of time before the weight drops off on its own.  On second thought, let’s stay in the gutter.

Junpei used his moves once in school.  After that, he temporarily decided that it was better to be a softy who gives away chocolate than a tough guy who everybody stays away from.  He was looking for balance when he came to the digital world.  Now, has he completed the cycle?  Perhaps it’s not a permanent change.  He seems to be able to go back to being his normal self once the fighting is finished.  What does it take to trigger his transition into an ass kicker?  Will he ever be able to find the balance that he was looking for?

You saw a parody of a quote from a television show in this story, but that was just the tip of the iceberg.  There will be plenty of quotes and parodies from movies and even more from music.  You already saw one; “Izumi’s Last Dance” was a reference to the Tom Petty song “Mary Jane’s Last Dance”.  Speaking of song parodies…I’ll tell you later.

Tomoki makes an interesting point.  Izumi’s the only girl, so who are Takuya and Kouji going to screw?  No, it won’t be each other.

Junpei volunteers to explain everything to Tomoki.  You won’t want to miss his explanation of “the birds and the Beetlemon”.
