DigiDOOM Part II

Author's Notice: This story contains graphic visual images of violence, hell, swearing, and possibly sex (great sounding already, huh?). Anyway, you probably shouldn't be reading this if you are offended by this sort a' shit. Or... if you're 18. Sorry, law requires me to say that.

DOOMed

Kari sat in the school's computer room and wept. Tears streamed down her face.

"Kari, there was nothing we could do." Tai placed a hand on her shoulder.

"He's dead!" She repeated. As Tai kept trying to soothe his sister, Davis sat in a chair.

"Uhh... Davis?" Demiveemon asked, "Are you okay?" Davis's face had gone pale ever since he witnessed the brutal massacre.

"I think... I'm going to... urk!" He jumped up and covered his mouth, dashing out of the room. Demiveemon raised an eyebrow in confusion. Doom solemnly stood in the corner, wrapping a bandage around his bleeding arm. His helmet had been cracked in the process of battling the demons and he removed it. Tai growled and stood up.

"All right, what's going on here?" He demanded. Doom lifted an eye towards him and shook his head.

"Okay, you really want to know?" He replied.

"Please." Tai growled.

"Humph." Doom snuffed, "Gather 'round, I've a story to spin you. Back where I come from, these little bastards were wreaking havoc all over my world. Our top engineering company had created a machine that could open a writhe between this world and others. We fucked it up and it got connected straight to hell. Demon's poured in by the dozenful. I managed to save most of the people and finally succeeded in killing the ultimate hellspawn, Mother Brain. Thinking everything was back to its hunky-doory self, I left. Something happened. The Mother Brain somehow revived itself and transported to the world with all those little creatures. The demons got tougher. REAL tougher. I wasted my chaingun, rocket launcher and plasma gun just to get where I am now. And now I've lost the BFG9000. If the Mother Brain isn't destroyed, it'll spread into my world and, possibly next, this world. And that's where I stand."

"Well, I'm sure the other Digimon will help us in destroying that thing." Tai suggested. Doom shook his head.

"They've all either been killed or zombified." Doom said.

"But in the Digiworld, Digimon don't die. They just..."

"Listen, junior, hell finds a way. And they've probably found a way to keep those little creatures dead, or in a state of living dead."

"Well, there must be something we can do." Tai said.

"Hah, and end up like your little buddy, torso-boy?" Kari shuddered and sobbed louder, "Arch-Viles are only the beginning of the horrors you'll see. Demon skyscrapers firing rockets into you like there's no tomorrow. Others that look like shaved gorillas with teeth like knives. Spider demons that rapidly shoot plasma bursts at you. Hah, the list goes on."

"Uhhhg." Davis stumbled into the room and plopped back into a chair.

"I'm not sure he could even STOMACH the rest of hell." Doom gestured to Davis.

"Hey." Demiveemon squeaked, "Just because Davis is a little sick doesn't mean he's afraid of a few monsters." Doom held back laughter. Kari sniffed and wiped her eyes. Suddenly, she looked around.

"W,wait." She said, "Where's Patamon?" Everyone but Doom gasped.

"He's either a zombie slave of Mother Brain or a blood stain on the bottom of a Cyberdemon's hoof." He scoffed.

"How can you be so heartless?!" Kari stood up to the man nearly twice her size.

"Because I've been desensitized. I don't feel remorse or sickness or guilt when I blow away the head of a former human. If I did, I'd be dead by now. Look, I have planning to do. I'll understand if you won't want to come back with me." Davis took a deep breath and stood up.

"We'll be here. I didn't know that TK guy too much, but if he was important to Kari, then I'm in for revenge." He said.

"Yeah, me too." Demiveemon put up his tiny fists. Doom chuckled.

"You kids really are brave. But it takes more than that to survive in hell." He pocketed his pistol and walked out of the room.

"Was it really that bad?" Cody asked.

"Worse. I'm not sure we can handle all this." Tai sighed.

The next day at school, Davis looked around for Kari. He found her sitting by herself on a bench next to a tree. He sat down next to her and took a deep breath.

"Hi." He softly said. She didn't answer him.

"Listen, I'm sorry about TK..." He continued. Kari sniffed and placed her face in her hands, weeping. Davis gasped and put his arm around her.

"Sorry... sorry... I shouldn't have said anything." Kari shook and cried, "Look... I can understand what it's like to lose your friend." Kari looked up at him angrily and threw his arm off of her.

"You don't have a clue! You have no idea of what it's like to lose someone close to you!" She shouted, turning and quickly walking away. Davis reached out to her then sighed.

A.E.: Dammit. Dammit, dammit, dammit. I'm going into sex again. Okay, deep breaths, Roseanne in a string bikini in Siberia, Roseanne in a string bikini in Siberia. *Exhale* whew, all right. (why do I always involve sex in my stories?) I'm cool now. Sorry about all that, I'll try to keep it under control from now on. Whew (God I need a cold shower now).
