This is a weird lemon. First of all, this happens 5 years after Malomyotismon is defeated. I will also work with POV (points of view) in this lemon. It's a beautiful night but most people don't appreciate it. The reason is very simple. Tomorrow school starts again, so most children don't feel too happy. True, the world is a different place now that digimon live there. The first people with digimon partners were the chosen ones. But more and more people are "receiving" their digimon. Most people and digimon live happily together, but there are some digimon who cause trouble. Unfortunately some humans do as well. But that will change or so I hope. Like any other human I too have a problem. Well, better say problems named Daisuku Motomiya and Takeru Takaishi better known as TK. Both of these boys are very close friends of mine and I know that they like me more than a friend, but lately one of the two doesn't show it anymore. The first one named Davis has sure changed a lot in these five years. After the defeat of Malomyotismon he made a complete change in everything and I do mean everything. He isn’t such a hothead anymore and he actually acts like his age. But that's not so good because he doesn't flirt with me anymore. You don't believe it do you? Well I got proof. Last week I asked him to go swimming with me, just him and me, but he turned me down. Later I found out that Jun his sister was sick but still he turned me down for his sister. I would never tell anyone but I was actually heart broken that day. I know, everyone always says that Kari and Davis can't be a couple, but now I actually wish we were one. The only thing that stops me from asking Davis is TK. We were the youngest of the first group of digidestined and became close friends over the years. Our crests are light and hope and the only thing that can be a better "item" are DemiVeemon and a bag of candy. Heck, even our digimon are a little linked together. Angemon and Angewomon. Well it can get worse like for example, my brother Tai and his girlfriend Sora. In seven months I will be auntie Kari. Yes, you heard me, Sora is pregnant. Tai is already working to support his wife (they got married the day after my parents heard of the news) and their unborn child. But the weirdest thing is that my parents as well as Sora's mom are ok with it. Well now that I’m talking about the others I might as well continue. Mimi moved back to Odaiba and started a relation with Joe. Ken and Yolei are a couple too, but everyone knew that it would happen sooner or later. Izzy is still the computer freak, but when a problem happens in the digiworld he is always ready to help us. Matt is doing great with his band and actually went on a tour with them. True, it was still in Japan but they where great. Cody is becoming very skilled in kendo and is also very popular with the girls. Cody is still the shy type though, so he still doesn't have a girlfriend. Well, all boys from the new group are popular with the girls. Last we have the two special boys (In my opinion). Davis is now the best soccer player in Odaiba since Ken stopped playing. TK is the best basketball player but in the last two months he changed just like Davis. He is still that friendly boy, but there is something different about him. It’s like some sort of show from the twilight zone. Well dear diary that's all I have to tell you and I had better go to sleep because tomorrow school starts.

“Kari.” A voice said.

“I'm coming Gatomon.” I said before I took off my yellow pants and pink-wit shirt and got into my bed. ”Goodnight Gatomon.”

“Goodnight Kari.” Gatomon replied.

*Davis POV*(same night)

Tomorrow my heaven and hell begins again. Tomorrow I start in 10th grade with the girl that I love, Kari, and my old rival TK. These five years have been hard because I know that I didn't have a chance with Kari so I stopped flirting with her, but it will be different now. TK and I have become best friends (after Ken of course) and I know that he likes Kari, although he’s never even tried something. Besides, tomorrow I finally see Rebecca again (A/N this is a character completely made up she doesn't even appear on one episode but I made her up for later) Rebecca and I are close friends and if it wasn't for Kari and the move to Odaiba, we’d be more than friends. We’ve got a very close band. It's only natural, when you’re born on the same day and we were neighbors until my family moved. Rebecca and Kari are almost the same person. What I mean is just that Kari, she always thinks about other people first. When I first saw Kari it was like I saw Rebecca. Even on the outside, it’s almost the same only the hair is different. Rebecca's hair is black while Kari is a brunette but the style was just the same. Even the personality was the same. I'm actually scared about tomorrow. It's been so long since I’ve seen Rebecca. I just hope she’s still that same girl.

Davis was lost in his thoughts until he received an email (he was on his computer chatting with friends until all of them went offline and he began thinking about his past). He looked at the small "alert" to see from who it was. *You’ve got mail from Link* that was something that amazed Davis. After all that time she still used the nickname Davis gave her. You know some boys make a clubhouse and only boys are allowed, but Rebecca was a special girl at least for Davis and he was the leader, so he wanted her to enter too. The others didn't want an icky girl (remember there boys with a age from 4 and 5) to enter their clubhouse, so Davis gave her a nickname. Link was a cool nickname, but still it sounded male so she was able to enter. Right after they defeated Malomyotismon Davis came on TV, and on the same night Rebecca talked with him in a chat room. Davis knew her so they talked almost every day to each other. When he learned that Rebecca was moving to Odaiba he was so glad that he would see his "old" friend again. But then he thought about Kari and from that day on he felt weird when he was with her.

“Enough of this, lets see what she sent me.” Davis said to himself. He clicked on the open button and he waited for the message to open. But instead a picture of a girl around the age of 16 years old opened up. “Well, I promised you a picture, so here it is (I know, you see me tomorrow but I didn't want to wait).” was written under the picture. Davis was stunned looking at the picture that the girl had sent him. She had grown up over the years, but he still knew that it was her. She had small black hair that came just to her shoulders just like Kari's. Heck, almost everything about her and Kari was the same. Same height, same eyes, that smile that Kari always did was on the picture of Rebecca too. Even her breasts were probably the same or so he thought. Just then Veemon walked in.

“Wow who is she?” He asked.

“That's Rebecca.” Davis replied.

“Dude, that girl looks almost the same as Kari.” Veemon pointed out.

“Yeah, I know.” Davis said with a sigh. Veemon heard this and wanted to know why Davis sighed.

“What's wrong?” He asked.

“Everything.” Davis told his digi partner. “I'm scared Veemon.”

“WHAT.” Veemon yelled out. “You’re scared?! No way! Of what?”

“Tomorrow.” Davis replied. “What I mean is tomorrow I’ll be in the same class as the two girls that mean the most to me.”

“Well what's wrong about that, you’re already going in the same class as Kari.” Veemon said.

“Yeah I know but I’m getting weird feelings. What I mean is, do I love Kari or was it just because she is an almost complete replica of Rebecca.” Davis said with another sigh.

“Davis I’m not very good at this but what I know is that you care for Kari and not because of her looks or that she looks just like Rebecca.” Veemon replied.

Davis was shocked to hear those wise words come from his partner. “Wow, where did you learn to talk so wise?” He asked.

“Television.” Veemon replied like it was nothing.

“That figures.” Davis said with a little sarcasm. “Well anyway, thanks for the pep talk.”

“Anytime.” Veemon said as he laid himself down onto Davis bed. Davis saw this and went to bed too.

*Next day Davis POV*

I'm so nervous that I didn't even eat this morning and if you know me, then you would think that I’m sick maybe even dead or something like that. The only things that are on my mind are Rebecca and Kari. Rebecca, because it's been so long since I’ve seen her, and Kari, well, because she is always on my mind. The last time I was this nervous was in a game of truth and dare when Kari was dared to kiss me.

“Hey Davis we better go it's almost 8.AM.” Veemon said to me.

“Huh? Oh yeah you’re right.” I said snapping out of my thoughts. “C’mon hop in.” I told my digimon.

“Davis why can't I go into the classroom with you?” Veemon asked me. Ever since digimon had started living in our world the schools accepted the digimon of the children who have them. However they can't go in the classrooms, so there is a room made especially for them. Well, we can bring them and visit them on our breaks so I’m not complaining.

“What are you doing there?” I asked Veemon because I felt my backpack moving like crazy.

“Do you think it's easy to fit in this? I'm used to going in as DemiVeemon you know.” Veemon said a little annoyed .I just laughed a little.

*Story POV*

Davis arrived at the school but didn't see any of his friends so he walked around looking for them. After walking for a while and running from his girl fans (not only because he is the best soccer player in Odaiba but also because he is a "legend" with digimon) he found Cody.

“Hi *pant* Cody.” Davis said out off breath.

“Hi Davis, those girls chasing you again?” Cody asked because he is used to Davis showing up out of breath.

“Yea and every time I see them they get faster and faster.” Davis replied regaining his breath.

“Tell *pant* me *pant* about it.” Another voice said.

“Hi TK.” Davis said recognizing the voice.

“I'm glad that I’m only in 7th grade, the girls don't act so weird there.” Cody said.

“Don't worry, only two more years to go.” TK said laughing.

“What's so funny?” A female voice asked.

“KARI!!” Both TK and Davis yelled.

“Now what's so funny?” Kari asked again.

“Nothing just warning Cody to look out for the girls.” TK said again laughing.

“DAVIS!!” A female voice yelled.

“Speaking of fans.” Cody said. Davis wanted to see who called his name but when he turned around the girl gave him a small peck on the cheek.

<WHAT THE who is this bitch! Wow did I just say that. I'm actually jealous seeing Davis get kissed by another girl>Kari thought to herself.

“REBECCA!!” Davis yelled out when he completely turned around and saw her. He gave her a hug (which lasted a little to long for Kari's liking) but then he saw the confused looks on his friend’s faces. “Oh um guys this is Rebecca a very good friend of mine.”

“Hi.” Cody said to her.

“This is Cody.” Davis told her. “And this is TK and Kari.”

“Pleased to meet you.” Rebecca said.

“Um, yeah.” Kari replied.

<Wow! Damn is she hot!>TK thought in himself. “Um, hi my name is TK.” He said blushing a little.

Rebecca saw the boy blushing and found it cute but didn't say anything. “I know who you are, you’re the chosen who saved or world.”

“Yeah, we’re amazing.” Davis said with a smirk.

“I see that you still think you’re the greatest person alive Davis.” Rebecca said with the same smirk.

“So how do you know Davis?” Kari asked with a trace of anger in her voice.

“Well me and Davis are born on the same day and our parents where neighbors until Davis moved when he was seven, so Davis and I are best friends.” Rebecca replied.

“Really, then why didn't Davis tell us about you.” Kari asked again still trying to hide the anger in her voice but this time TK, Cody, Rebecca and Davis saw that Kari was angry.

<Why is Kari mad at Rebecca? Wow, maybe she’s jealous. No, Davis, she doesn't like you so never mind, maybe it's that time of the month>Davis thought to himself.

“Oh I’m sorry.” Kari said to Rebecca while she moved close to her and whispered something in her ear. “It's that time off the month.” She said, but deep down she knew that she was lying. Rebecca believed it though so she didn't go into it further.

“Davis will you please let me out of here.” A voice yelled from Davis’ backpack. Davis knew that it was Veemon so he let him out. “It's about time.”

“Wow, you were able to fit in that?” Cody said, shocked that the blue digimon was able to fit in such a small (according to Veemon’s height) backpack.

“I'm not going in there again.” Veemon said annoyed from being in such a small area. “So where are the others?”

“Oh yeah, follow me.” TK said while he waked to a room where you can easily fit in with a thousand students. “Here’s the “special” room for the digimon.”

“GATOMON, ARMADILLOMON, PATAMON!!” Veemon yelled out, seeing his friends again. They heard their friend and walked over to him.

“Not very many digimon here.” Davis pointed out, which was right. After Gatomon, Veemon, Armadillomon and Patamon, there was only three other digimon there. An Elecmon, Gotsumon and a Tapirmon.

“Yeah, only seven digimon.” Cody said.

“Well, make that eight.” Rebecca said. Everyone looked confused at her until she opened her backpack and a Salamon came out off it.

“Rebecca you never told me you hade a digimon.” Davis said.

“Yea I know I wanted to surprise you.” She replied. Just then Gatomon saw her rookie form.

“Hey cool a Salamon.” She yelled while she ran over to the digimon. “Do you know that if you digivolve you turn into me?”

“Well not exactly.” Salamon said. “We better show it to them.”

“Right.” Rebecca said to her digimon.

“SALAMON DIGIVOLVE IN…” A white light surrounds Salamon. “BLACKGATOMON!” A digimon who looks just like Gatomon but her fur is black instead off white stands where Salamon just stood.

“WHAT THE HECK!” Cody yelled. ”I think something went wrong.”

“No, you see my Salamon is a virus digimon and her champion level is BlackGatomon.” Rebecca said to the young boy.

<Great first she steals my man and now my digimon in her viral form. Huh? Did I just call Davis my man > Kari thought in herself.

”Wow, how long do you have her?” Davis asked her.

”Well that's the weird part, from today six years.” Rebecca replied.

“But that's when we got our digimon.” Cody replied.

“But that means you’re a digidestined too, a chosen one.” TK said in shock. “Do you have one of these?” He asked while he showed his green D-3.

“Yea.” She replied and showed her purple D-3.

“But why didn't Gennai say there were more digidestined?” Kari asked.

“I don't know, but after school we better go talk to him.” Davis replied while he walked out off the area followed by Cody, TK, Kari and Rebecca.

“So..um..how are you?” Patamon asked uneasy.

“Fine.” BlackGatomon replied.

“So you’re Gatomon’s viral form?” Veemon asked her.

“Yes.” She replied.

“Not a big talker huh?” Patamon whispered into Gatomon’s ear.

“You know, you look just like Gatomon except your fur is black and her’s is white.” Veemon pointed out.

“Yep.” She replied.

“Is it just me or are you a digimon of view words?” Gatomon asked her.

“I don’t talk much.” BlackGatomon said.

“Duh, we got that one figured out.” Patamon whispered into Gatomon’s ear again.

Mr. Blair, the teacher from the 10th grade was looking into his class list. He saw some interesting names on it and ALL his students this year had a digimon. But then he saw one particular name that made him sigh. Daisuke Motomiya. He was the nightmare of every teacher. Being a slow student and a small rebel made him not a popular student. “Hey how are you.” Another teacher asked who goes bye the name Mr. Love. He was the teacher in 7th grade.

“Fine but I’ve gotten some interesting students this year.” He told Mr. Love. “And you?” He asked.

“Take a look for yourself.” He told him before he handed him his list.” Mr. Blair took the list while he gave Mr. Love his list. Mr. Love was looking at the list off students in 10th grade. (A/N yes people here is where your characters start with a J. It was a class of ten people. Davis Motomiya, Hikari Kamiya, Kelly Tarantino, Kevin Cesler, Matthew Malone, Rebecca Peterson, Seto Konia, Sherry Chappelle, Stephen Tarantino and Takeru Takaishi. Mr. Blair was looking at the class list off the 7th grade (A/N I had to make up some people here because only two characters have been posted with the age of 13 or 14)

Cindy Wilson, Cody Hida, Hank Stevenson, James Synajo, Sakura Banks, the twins Sarah and Simon Parker and Sydney Cesler.

“So, any of your students who have digimon?” Mr. love asked.

“Ha! All of them.” Mr. Blair said as he gave Mr. Love a second list. This list was a small detail list of the students containing age, where he/she lived, and things like that but now it was also posted if the student had a digimon or not. Mr. Love was looking at the list while he gave his own list to Mr. Blair.

“Huh, looks like you’re going to have one heck of a school year.” Mr. Love said to Mr. Blair.

“Yeah, I guess so.” He replied.

Davis, Kari, TK, Cody, and Rebecca where talking until they heard two voices yell at them. One of the voices belonged to a girl with lavender hair and the other to a boy with black hair. “Hi Yolei and Ken.” Everyone greeted them except Rebecca, because she didn’t know the two. TK saw the confused look on her face and quickly told Rebecca who the boy and girl where.

“Rebecca, this is Yolei Inoue and Ken Ichijouji.” TK told her.

“Nice to meet you, I’m Rebecca Peterson.” She told the couple. Ken and Yolei both greeted her and after telling the story about her whereabouts she was also accepted into the group by Ken and Yolei. Not much later the bell rang and everyone went to his or her class.

(A/N I don’t know much about the US school system because I’m from Europe and we use a totally different school system but I try to make it like the US system) Everyone was chatting with each other until Mr. Blair entered the class. He walked to his desk and placed his suitcase down. “All right, my name is Mr. Blair and I’m your teacher for this school year.” He told his class. “Ok, now I see some new faces here so why doesn’t everyone take turns coming up here and introducing themselves to their classmates.” He told the class while he opened his suitcase and took out his list. “Daisuke Motomiya why don’t you start.” Mr. Blair said.

“Ok, but I prefer to be called Davis.” He told Mr. Blair. Mr. Blair raised an eye at that comment, but let it pass. Davis stood up from his desk and walked to the front. “Hi I’m Davis Motomiya and I’m 16 years old. I have a digimon that’s called Veemon. I have a mother, father and a sister that’s 19 years old.” He told the class and then walked back to his desk. Some of the kids eyed him from that short introduction while some didn’t seem to care.

“Ok next is Hikari Kamiya.” Mr. Blair said. Kari stood up and walked to the front of the class. “Hello my name is Hikari Kamiya but I’d rather be called Kari for short. I’m 16 years old and I have a Digimon that’s called Gatomon. My parents are really great and my older brother Tai is the best big brother someone can have.” Kari told her class with her sweet voice before she walked back to her desk.

“All right next is Kelly Tarantino.” Mr. Blair said. Kelly didn’t move but just sat at her desk. “I’m Kelly and that’s all you need to know.” She said harshly. Mr. Blair decided to let her go with that remark seeming it was the first day.

“Well then let’s move on with Kevin Cesler.” Mr. Blair said.

“I’d rather not sir.” He replied. Mr. Blair sighed and thought to himself <Oh yes this is going to be one heck of a year>

“Well let’s go on.” Mr. Blair said. “Matthew Malone, care to tell us something about yourself?’ He asked the sixteen-year-old boy. The boy walked to the front with a goofy grin. (A/N think about Duo’s grin. A bit stupid but funny) When he was to the front he stood there watching the class.

“Hello everyone my name is Matthew Malone but you guys can call me Matt for short.” He said with a Canadian accent as he gave a small wink to Sherry, which made her blush and the rest of the class giggle and laugh quietly. “I have a female digimon named Renamon, she’s a rookie but a very strong one and she’s a very good friend. I’m an only child but my parents are ok and I guess that’s all I have to say.” He said still with the grin when he walked back to his desk while Sherry kept looking at him until he sat down. When he turned around and looked back toward the front she quickly turned back looking to the front of the class too. <Great a comedian> Mr. Blair said to himself.

“Moving on we have Rebecca Peterson.” Mr. Blair said. Rebecca stood up from her desk and walked to the front.

“Hello I’m Rebecca Peterson and I’m 16 years old. I have a digimon and her name is BlackGatomon, she’s a viral champion but she’s sweet. I’m an only child but my parents are really great. Well that’s all I got to say.” She said before she walked back to her desk. TK kept looking at her until she sat down again in the desk next to him on the left. She looked back at TK and smiled but he quickly turned away and stared at his desk getting a small blush in his cheeks. She kept looking for five more seconds before she faced the front again.

“Ok then, next is Seto Konia, would you come up please.” Mr. Blair said.
”Sure why not.” He said before he walked up to the front. “I’m Seto Konia, I’m 16 years old and I don’t like to have friends. That’s all.” He said without even looking to the class and walked back to his desk. <Oh yeah, what a great class I have this year> Mr. Blair thought in himself.

“Well then, next is Sherry Chappelle.” He said. Sherry stood up and walked to the front of the class.

“Hi I’m Sherry and I’m 16 years old. My digimon is a rookie who looks like a dragon. Her name is Redmon and she’s my best friend.” She said and then walked back to her desk.

“Moving on with Stephen Tarantino.” Mr. Blair said. Stephen got up to the front.

“Hi I’m Stephen Tarantino and I’m 16 years old. You’ve already had the pleasure of meeting my twin sister.” He said with a small tone of sarcasm. “My digimon is a female IceGatomon. She’s a champion level data digimon. She has a short temper but she can be a great friend once you get to know her.” He said and walked back to his desk.

“And the last is Takeru Takaishi.” Mr. Blair said. TK walked to the front of the class.

“Hello I’m Takeru Takaishi but you can call me TK. I’ve got an older brother named Matt and my parents are divorced.” TK said but with that last sentence you could hear the sad tone. “Well I have a digimon who’s named Patamon and he’s my best friend. He’s a rookie level and he’s always full of hope.” TK said his tone getting back to his old cheerful self before he walked back to his desk. Rebecca kept staring at TK until he took his seat again next to her.
”Well it’s the first day so for the first two hours you can chat with each other while I’m busy with things but keep it in order.

Cody sighed. After the introductions everyone was talking to one another but Cody wasn’t really one to chat so he just sat there. All of a sudden there was a knock on the door.

“Enter.” Mr. Love yelled to the person. The door opened and a girl with blond hair and a hint of brown with a bow into her hair walked in the class. Cody immediately snapped out from his boredom when he saw this new girl walking in <Wow! She’s cute.> He thought to himself.

“Can I help you?” Mr. Love asked.

“Um, hi I’m Sydney Cesler.” She said.

“Ah yes you’re the girl that was going to be late.” Mr. Love said to her while she nodded. “Well the principal told me all about it so there’s no need to worry. So, why don’t you introduce yourself to the class.

“Well my name is Sydney Cesler and I’m 13 years old. I’ve got an older brother who’s in 10th grade and his name is Kevin Cesler. My parents are divorced and my brother and I live with my mom. She’s a real good person. I also have a digimon. She’s a Patamon and my best friend.” Sidney said.

“Ok Sydney, you can take that empty seat next to Cody there.” Mr. Love said pointing to the seat. Sydney walked over to the desk while Cody never took his eyes away from her. She sat down and immediately looked around her at her fellow classmates who were all chatting, except one boy who was looking at her. But when she saw that he saw that, she looked back and he quickly turned his face to his desk. She’s could see a small blush appear on his face. <He’s cute> She said smiling while she looked at the boy.

“Hi, I’m Sydney.” She said to him. Cody waited until he felt his blush disappear before he faced her.

“Hi I’m Cody.” He replied. She smiled at him as he smiled back without both off them knowing that they were doing it. “So where do you live?” The boy asked nervously.

“In Odaiba.” She said with a giggle. Cody just stared at her with a goofy grin on his face. “I live in that big apartment around the center of Odaiba.” (A/N this is the apartment where TK, Cody and Yolei live.)

“Really?” Cody asked her while she nodded. “I live there too.” Cody said, smiling even more.

“Cool, we can walk home together when schools done.” She said with another giggle. Cody just kept staring at her. Meanwhile, Simon was talking to his twin sister Sarah. Both were good friends of Cody.

“Hey Simon.” Sarah whispered to her brother.

“Yeah?” He whispered back.

“Look at Cody and the new girl.” She said to her brother. Simon looked to the two teens and saw how well they where getting along.

“Oh my god.” Simon said softly. “Cody Hida is interested in a girl.” He said laughing a little.

“I think it’s cute.” Sarah said to her brother.

“Maybe so but we’re talking about Cody.” Simon said. “You know, the serious kid who never was interested in a girl.”

“Until now.” Sarah said with a small giggle.
