The DigiKnight Saga

Chapter 1: Introductions

Author's Notes: Several years have passed since the prologue. Since this fic does deal with the idea of alternate dimensions, please bear with me if the time frames seem royally screwed up to you. Now then, on with the fic!

TK is now 15 and hardly ever thinks about his incident with Gatomon when he was 11. He and the rest of the DigiDestined have far worse things to worry about. Shortly after the discovery of interdimensional travel two years ago, the Virals were first encountered. Far worse than any DigiMon, Virals were computer viruses incarnate. To date no one has been able to come up with an effective way of fighting and defeating the Virals. The only guidance given to the DigiDestined is an old DigiMon myth that has yet to come to pass.

Today the DigiDestined have only to worry about being able to pick up the Interdimensional(ID) exchange student assigned to them. They are barley on time. The student arrives just as the gang walks into the ID Center located near their apartment. Sora is the first to notice the arrival.

"I don't see anybody....oh wait! That must be him right there!" Sora points out.

A taller-than-average youth is seen approaching the DigiDestined. He has a slight tan, blue eyes, and a very long ponytail(think of Tenchi's grandpa!) of blond hair tied back. The boy is wearing a pair of Nikes, shorts, and a tank top, revealing moderately developed muscles in his arms and legs. On his back is an overstuffed backpack and a huge duffle bag is seen in each hand.

Everybody rushes up to greet him; however, Tai is the first to reach the newcomer.

"Hey! I'm Tai! Welcome to Tokyo!"

"Hm. Thanks. Name's Micah."

At this moment everybody has finished catching up to Tai. The rest of the DigiDestined were just able to hear Micah's name. Tai takes a quick glance backwards and then proceeds to introduce everybody else to Micah.

"Guess I'd better introduce you to everybody else. First off, there's us original DigiDestined: Mimi and Palmon, Izzy and Tentomon, Kari and Gatomon, Sora and Biyomon, Joe and Gommamon, TK and Patamon, and Matt and Gabumon. We also have the newbies: Davis and Veemon, Yolei and Hawkmon, Ken and Wormmon, and Cody and Armadillomon. And here we have our the Tamers: Takato and Guilmon, Rika and Renamon, Henry and Terriermon,and Suzy and Lopmon."

"Y'all must really believe in strength in numbers." Micah responded.

"Well, we kinda have to what with the Viral threat and everything." piped in Sora.

At this Micah just started laughing. The DigiDestined and Tamers just looked at him with confused looks. After all, always being in large groups was what the police had said was the best way to deter and escape Viral attack.

"You do realize that what you've been told is nothing more than a giant crock of shit don't you?" Micah was finally able to ask.

Now it was Izzy's turn, "What do you mean? Are you saying we can't trust what we're told?"

"Oh, no!" Micah said, "You just can't believe a single thing coming from the mouths of what passes for this dimension's anti-Viral force. They'll say anything to keep the government off their backs. Believe you me, the best protection is to run, either that or have a DigiKnight for your dimension."

"DigiKnight? Oh come on! Everyone knows that the DigiKnights are just a myth!" Gatomon laughed.

"If there was such a being, then why are the Virals still attacking?" asked Ken.

"Ken, if the DigiKnights really were just a myth, why haven't the Virals completely taken over yet?"

"Oh!" Everyone else said.

"Wait a second." said Rika, "Then why don't our dimensions have a DigiKnight yet?"

"It's complicated." Micah replied, "Not just anybody can become a DigiKnight. Every DigiKnight is a real, living, breathing human DigiMon hybrid. Unfortunately for us, there are so few that only those dimensions hardest hit could have a DigiKnight. Now don't ask me why. Only God could possibly know the answer to that question."

"Ah, I see." Davis responded.

After this conversation everybody headed for the DigiDestined's huge penthouse. It was a short walk to the apartment complex where they lived. Once inside Micah noticed that it was an extremely well planned living area. There were separate sleeping areas for the boys and girls, and each sleeping area had its own toilet. The Kitchen was just big enough to cook and clean in. Apparently most of the eating was done in the huge common room that dominated the penthouse. The only thing even remotely close in size was the private bathing area built especially for them. When asked why it wasn't separated for the sexes, Tai replied that the budget they used didn't have enough money to cover that little part. No big deal to them since this was ,after all, Japan. Back in the living room, Micah noticed the big screen TV, fireplace and huge desk work area. In the work area was what had to be the most powerful civilian computer in existence. Next to that was a veritable library on all things digital.

After getting settled in, Micah and the DigiDestined got to know each other better.

"So how old are you anyway and what do you do for fun?" asked Kari.

Micah replied, "I'm 15. My hobbies include swimming, Kendo, and virus hunting(A/N: Virus hunting is the dangerous profession of tracking down and destroying the viruses that become Virals before they can Bioemerge.)."

"Virus hunting!? You have got to be kidding me!" TK yelled.

"Why would I lie? You wanna see my license? Here, take a look." Micah said and with that pulled a card very similar to one's driving ID out of his wallet.

Everybody looked upon the license with awe and acquired a newfound respect for Micah.

"No fucking way." whispered Izzy.

"That's all?" Rika aksed Micah.

"I also love extreme sports." he responded with a grin.

The conversation went back and forth in the same manner 'til the wee hours of the morning. Finally, at about 3:30 AM, everyone decided it was time to crash for the night; however, Kari, Rika, and Tai didn't go to sleep right away.

"Micha seems interesting, but he's just a little bit odd. Doncha think so?" said Rika.

Kari responded with an obersvation of her own, "Yeah! Did you also notice how he never acquired a Digivice when he came into our dimension?"

"You're right!" exclaimed Tai, "Everybody who's ever stepped foot in any of our diemensions has ended up with a DigiMon partner."

"Very odd indeed" Rika added, "We'll just have to wait and see what happens next."

After that, they hit the sack as well.

The next morning everyone enjoyed a huge breakfast compliments of Micah. He included many American dishes such as scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, and sausage links. The DigiDestined and Tamers decided to spend the rest of the day showing Micah around since it was Saturday. After cleaning and freshening up, the group was on its way.

The gang was walking down the street pointing out places of interest to Micah when they heard a loud scream coming from a nearby alley. Everybody ran towards the sound. Upon reaching the alley they saw a young woman being raped by a viral.

The Viral had apparently just finished ripping off the poor woman's clothing. It seemed to be enjoying the fear as much as the body of its victim. The girl's ample tits were at the mercy of the Viral's tongue while he was simultaneously pleasuring his dick via her pussy. The Viral wasn't even half occupied though. It was using its tail to fuck the woman's DigiMon partner in an extremely violent manner. The poor thing was just about to be deleted when a sizzling flash of light rushed past the horrified DigiDestined and struck the Viral square in the chest. It turned around in a look of shock as its body started evaporating away. The DigiDestined turned and saw Micah holding what appeared to be some sort of gun.

"What was that!?" asked a befuddled Davis.

"A Viral Sequencer Dislocator. It spreads the Viral's molecules across the next 50 dimensions or so. Very handy if you're gonna be running into Virals a lot."

"If that weapon's so useful, then why doesn't the government have it?" Kari questioned.

"Hate to break it to you, but your government's full of a bunch of cheap-ass, cock-sucking dip-shits. We offered it to the bitches for free, yet they still didn't want to take 'em. Said it'd cost too much for the useage training. Hmph!"

"Go figure." Izzy mumbled.

Just then the woman came forward and thanked everybody for rescuing her. She was still blushing from what had just occurred and asked Micah what she should do next.

"Next? That's easy. Here, take this temporary free pass and use it at the nearest ID terminal. My Home Dimension has some doctors who treat only patients such as yourself. It's also extremely anonymous. You do need to get checked out just to make sure you haven't caught anything."

"Thank-you so much!" the woman answered, "I'll head there right now!"

Afterwards the DigiDestined continued giving Micah the tour of Tokyo. They stopped at noon in a park for a picnic lunch. As the DigiDestined and Micah sat down to lunch, the DigiMon went off to play "Catch Guilmon!". Only Renamon didn't join in, she was too busy discreetly observing Micah. At the moment he was engaged in an intense game of DigiMon cards with Rika.

"And Angemon Digivolves to MagnaAngemon!" yelled Micah as he thoroughly stomped Rika.

Rika looked like the world had just ended.

"But that's impossible! MagnaAngemon doesn't stand a chance against WarGreymon!" Rika complained.

"He does if he's been equiped with the right cards!" piped Micah.

"Why don't you just give up while you're still ahead Rika. There's no shame in forfeiting." sighed Takato

"Especially when the score is 100 to 0!" Cody snickered.

"Oh shut up!" Rika screamed while throwing an empty bag at Cody. She then turned her attention back to Micah. "Could you teach me how to play as well as you, Micah-san?"

"Micah-san? Since when am I "san" anything? Just because I built a balanced deck and was lucky doesn't make me any better than you Rika! You would've handed my ass to me on a silver platter if those two modification cards hadn't been in my hand!"

"Well then could you give me some deck-building tips? I had no clue you could use those cards in that way."

"Sure, no problemo" Micah answered.

Watching them from a distance Renamon nodded to herself. <Not bad, not bad at all. Still, there's something fishy about Micah. I wonder.> She stared at Micah all the more 'til he looked up at her. Renamon just barely averted her gaze in time.

Micah and Rika spent the next two hours discussing the different tactics used in Micah's Home Diemension for the DigiMon card game. Finally everyone went back to the penthouse. There Micah talked about his home some more with Izzy and Ken. Eventually everyone decided to call it a night.

It was just past 2 in the morning. Renamon woke up suddenly feeling that something wasn't right. She looked at where Rika was, or should have been. <Rika!> Renamon rushed out to the common room in search of her Tamer partner. She saw a faint light coming from the girl's section of the bathroom. Renamon inced up to the conveniently cracked open door. Looking in Renamon saw Rika sitting on the toilet buck naked. She appeared to be in the middle of masturbating. Rika's eyes were screwed shut and her head was tilted back leaning against the wall. Her right hand was in between her legs, and a white liquid was visible on the exposed fingers. "Oh Micah!" Renamon nearly had kittens when she heard this. <Micah! Why of all people...? Well, I'm sure it was bound to happen sooner or later. Guess his victory today in the cards acted as a catalyst. I'd better get back to the room, it looks like she's almost finished.>

Indeed Rika was almost finished. Reanamon had no sooner returned to her sleeping area when Rika orgasmed all over her hand. She cleaned up, put her clothes back on, and quietly returned to her bed.

Outside, a lone figure was watching the penthouse.

"You sure he's the one?" it asked another person to it's right.

"Absolutely." the other replied.

"Well, for all our sakes I hope you're right Gennai."

"We'll see soon enough. Won't we Wizardmon?"
