“Oh nothing…I think a mosquito just bit me, that’s all,”
“Oh, well then like I was saying, he said that…” As he continued his talk, Elle looked back at Black and mouth out “Do you think he knows?” Black shrugged his shoulders and just looked straight. Elle turn her attention back to Leo as he was finishing his story. “…He also said that she paid for the food which really shocked me beyond reason.”
“Why?” Spoke Elle. They stopped in the middle of the walk way.
“Because LadyDevimon is a cold, heartless, murderous being who could care less about the people whom lives she destroyed and taken away much less care about the homes and villages she put to ruins.” Leo spoke with malice in his voice, having much hate towards LadyDevimon, or in this case, Elle. What he said really struck her hard in her heart and it made her feel just like she was before…alone. As for Black, it made him mad as hell and decided to add in a few words of his own.
“Now I don’t think that’s fair to judge. LadyDevimon may have been forced into doing those things; there might have been a time that didn’t want to hurt all those digimon, but had no choice for she was controlled. Remember, she was under Piemon’s control, and with his powers, he could have easily manipulated her. In addition, there was the time when The Dark Lord Demon had control of her as well. He could have brainwashed her to do his bidding.”
“Oh please, spare me the sob story; she had a choice and she chose wrong…”
“THAT’S JUST IT!!! SHE’S DIDN’T HAVE A CHOICE!!!!” Black’s anger just went to a whole new level and he didn’t think he could control himself anymore. Leo, to say the least, was taken back by Black’s sudden outburst as was Elle.
“Hey, what is your problem?!” Spoke Leo.
“My problem is you, hypocrite! You’re given this demeanor as this great warrior of good and justice, and yet when you looked at me, you saw nothing but evil and never even thought that I’m just trying to pass through and leave things in peace, but you had to see the evil in me, no matter what I said or try to say, and if not yesterday you tried to pick a fight with me when I clearly didn’t want to fight you!”
“And what’s this has to do with LadyDevimon…?!”
“EVERYTHING!!!” Growled Black. “YOU SHOULDN’T BE ALLOWED TO JUDGE OTHERS SO QUICKLY BECAUSE ALL YOU CHOOSE TO SEE IS DARKNESS AND EVIL AROUND THEM!!! YOU DON’T EVEN KNOW HER TO JUDGE HER!!!!”
“I KNOW ENOUGH!!! THAT ALL I NEED TO KNOW AS WELL AS YOU!!!” Very soon all hell was going to break out and a fist fight was about to being with two equally strong digimon. A group of onlookers stopped to see this soon to be fight; seeing Leo in a fight for the first time was something to look on to and they weren’t going to miss a beat of it. Elle, never wanting anyone to get hurt, stood between them and tried to push Black back.
“Black-Kun! Please, don’t do this! It’s not worth it! Please, Black-Kun calm down!” Black still looked at Leo with much hate, unable to hear Elle’s words until she gently placed her hands on his face and made him look at her; tears started to form as she looked at Black with pleading eyes. “Black-Kun…please,” Black saw the sadness that he has created in her eyes and with a deep breath, he finally calmed down, not because he had to, but because he needed to, for Elle. After a while, Elle turned back to Leo and stood between them. “Leo-Kun, Black-Kun…I think the both of you should apologize to each other.”
“Say what?!?” Spoke Leo and Black.
“Yes because you were both right, but also wrong; Black-Kun, you spoke truthfully when you said that it’s not fair to judge so quickly because of what a digimon looks like: Data, Vaccine, or Virus, but you must understand that Leo-Kun never knew LadyDevimon personally, just in stories that others tell, so in truth he can’t see her in any other way,” Black lowered his eyes down as he knew she was right, and he was about to fight not to protect her honor, but because of his disliking towards Leo; he just need a reason to fight him if anything. Leo smiles in triumph, but soon stops as Elle turns to him.
“And you Leo-Kun, you too spoke truthfully about LadyDevimon and her great misdeeds, but she was under control of two the most powerful Ultimate in the Digital World; she could have easily been taken and forced to do their biddings and not the other way around. The story of her life isn’t as black and white as you want to see or hear it, so in truth, it was very wrong for you to judge her when you don’t even know the full story.” Leo then lowered his eyes from her as well, seeing a lot of truth in her words for he did not know the full story, just small parts from different places and villages.
“Now boys, I know this might be hard for you, but for me, will you forgive each other.” They looked at Elle, then at each other and breathed out a breath of defeat.
“Of course,” Spoke Leo and Black. They stepped towards each other and Black stretched out his hand to Leo, and Leo took it without fail.
“I apologize to you, BlackWarGreymon; my actions and words were unkind, and for that, I hope you forgive me.”
“I do. And I apologize to you, Leomon, for being so overly dramatic, I just hate it when people want to judge others so quickly and see them as nothing more, but I do hope you can forgive my behavior.”
“I do,” They smiled at each other and pulled back, then looked over to Elle who was nothing but smiles.
“Aw~we! ♥ Thank you, Leo-Kun! Thank you, Black-Kun! ♥” She rushed up to them and hugged them at the same time and they hugged her as well.
“You’re welcome, Elle-Chan,” They broke the hug and soon heard a volley of cheers and clapping. They turned around to their temporary audience and looked at their smiling faces. Elle, Black, and Leo looked at each other, shrugged their shoulders, and did a bow for their viewers which made them cheer even louder. After a good laugh and a few goodbyes, they continued their walk through the park and decided to sit on a bench with Elle sitting in the middle.
“Well this has been a very interesting mid-day, hasn’t it, boys?”
“*Leo And Black At The Same Time* Yeah; very much so,”
“And to make it even better, we made new friends.”
“Yeah, we sort of did, didn’t we?” Spoke Black as he looked at Leo.
“So you consider me a friend?”
“Hey, I’m willing to let go of the past as long as you are,” Black stuck out his hand again, and Leo took his hand, but this time, it felt right in doing so.
“Sure I am; let bygones be bygones, and so on,”
“Sure thing,” They pulled back once again. Elle, seeing the display of new friendship, couldn’t help but be overjoyed and grabbed Leo and Black around the neck.
“Aw~we!!! This is so sweet! ♥ *Giggles* ♥” She gives Leo a kiss on the cheek and gave Black a kiss on the cheek too and hugged them close. “You guys don’t know how happy you made me; thank you both.” They hugged her back and they too gave her a kiss on the cheek.
“You’re welcome, Elle-Chan,” Spoke Leo and Black in unison. They released their embrace and sat back to enjoy the midday as the wind the cherry blossom petals off the tree and around three good friends.
“Hey, you guys need a guide through the village,” Spoke Leo, and just out of nowhere as well. Elle and Black looked at each and back at Leo.
“Sure…” Therefore, begins their trip through the villages, seeing what’s old…and seeing what’s new.

Sugar-Bear – Well, well…looks like Black and Leo finally decided to put their differences aside…and all this for a girl…how surreal, but then again that’s life. Well here’s part one of my third chapter and I really hope you like it, and like always, I want to thank the cast for making part one of the third chapter.
