Legal Junk.
Ok I admit this is my first lemon and it is blatantly void of any action
between characters. The character of Jason is a creation of my own and as
always Digimon doesn't belong to me.

Blind Interlude.

The night was calm and quiet from where the fox digimon was perched atop
the spire of a building, stars twinkling above her and the lights of the
city doing the same below. Renamon was oblivious to it all though and lost
in her thoughts from the day and the battles she and Rika had fought
together. Her tamer was strong willed and expected her to be the same in
the battles. Renamon did her best but it seemed that her best wasn't
enough some times.
The sound of a clock chiming pulled her from her thoughts and
brought a small smile to her face as she stood gracefully and fazed out
reappearing on another roof top a ways away heading towards another part
of town where someone was waiting for her.

~~~~~~~Flashback~~~~~~~~~~~
She wasn't sure what had prompted her to head into that side of town that
night many weeks ago but she had found herself wondering that way and was
soon moving down the side of an apartment building jumping from one window
ledge to another. Stopping on one ledge to sniff at the air lightly she
had failed to notice that the window behind her was open and nearly jumped
out of her skin when a small voice had called out.
"Hello?... Is someone there?"
Part of her wanted to just ignore it and move on but something in that
voice prompted her to turn on the ledge and look into the room as the
voice spoke again.
"Hello? You'd better not be playing another trick on me Greg." The voice
came from a bed near the window where a boy, maybe fourteen she thought,
was sitting up and looking around.
"I'm not sure who Greg is, but," Her voice was quiet as she slipped into
the window setting her paws on the carpet and looking over at the bed. "I
am sorry if woke you."
"That's ok." The boys head turned to the window and she could see a smile
over his lips in the moonlight as it seemed to cut his face in half
letting her see only the lower bit of his nose and down. "Greg is my
brother and he tries to trick me a lot." His head tilted slightly to the
left as he faced her as if he was considering this new arrival. "Who are
you?"
Renamon smiled and silently cursed her rudeness for not introducing
herself. "I am Renamon, who are you?"
"Jason. Are you a digimon?"
She bit back a comment about how obvious a question that was and nodded.
"Yes, I am."
"That's neat." The smile grew wider on the moon lit face as he turned a
bit more. "I've never met a Digimon before.."
"Well.. Now you have." Renamon took a step forward thinking to offer her
paw to shake his hand but stopped as she moved out of the moonlight
letting it fall onto the rest of his face allowing her see that he wasn't
even really looking at her. A glimmer of white from his open eyes let her
know that this boy was blind..
"It's ok." He seemed to sense her hesitation and laughed lightly. "I won't
bite."
~~~~~~~End Flashback~~~~~~~~

That had been the beginning of the unlikely friendship between Renamon and
Jason and almost nightly she found herself at his window slipping inside
to talk with him. Jason, she had learned, was blind from birth and only
had his mother and older brother as family. He was schooled in the
apartment and only went out a few times a day with his mother when she
would take him to the park or shopping with her. It was always extremely
dangerous for him even with his mother there with him because the loud
noises of the city confused him easily and he would get. In spite of it
all he still had a ready since of humor would listen intently as she
described her experiences to him.

Around nine fifteen their quiet talk was cut off by a soft knock on his
door and Jason turned towards it as it opened knowing that Renamon was
already fazed out of the room and probably on the ledge again.
"Hey hon, are you still awake?" His moms light tenor voice asked as he
felt her sit down on the covers beside him and he smiled.
"Yeah just reading a bit." He answered touching the book beside him with
his left hand.
"Oh?" He felt her reach across him and smelled her perfume as she leaned
closer looking at the printed title over the raised bumps on the cover
that he read with. "This one again?" He could hear the crinkle of pages as
she turned the book, a brail copy of "The Two Towers", in her hands. "I
thought you'd have it memorized by now, you've read it a dozen times."
He nodded. "I know, but it's my favorite."
His mom ruffled his hair a little and leaned down kissing his cheek
lightly. "All right, but don't stay up too long okay?"
"Okay, good night mom." He listened as the door closed and turned his head
as Renamon reappeared. "That got a little close."
"It did." She sat on the bed as Jason yawned lightly. "Are you tired?"
He nodded slightly and lay back a little stopping feeling his head touch
soft fur and looked up to where he could guess her face was with a
slightly puzzled look on his face. "It's all right, I wont bite."
He smiled apparently catching her jest and again rested against her
closing his eyes and sighing softly. "Your fur is very soft." He murmured
after a time as his hand slowly traced over the fur of her upper arm.
"Thank you." Renamon allowed herself a small smile as he turned resting
his face against her chest and snuggling in a bit more. No mater how she
tried she couldn't deny the fact that she cared for this boy but how far
could she let herself go? A small shiver trailed up her spine as his
breath played softly over her fur and he drifted off to sleep against her
and she couldn't resist wrapping her arms around him gently.

Hours later she still held him and watched as he slept. He seemed even
more vulnerable and fragile like this and it stirred up strange feelings
in her. Almost motherly feelings but with deeper implications that made
themselfs known as his fingers trailed over her chest lightly with a warm
feeling forming in her stomach and moving lower.
These feelings were new to her and Renamon wasn't sure what to make of
them but she knew the human male resting against her would likely provide
her a chance to explore them further. Murmuring softly to him wishes of
sweet dreams she leaned down and licked his cheek lightly before closing
her own eyes and resting her head against his drifted off to sleep.
