“And be destroyed straight away?” Legacimon told him, “We have a better plan – one that will
increase your power, but you must join with us...”

Ken looked outside his window to the empty aura around.
“What could it be Wormmon?” Ken asked his friend.
“I don’t know Ken. It just feels... odd. Nothing around, but we’ll find out what it is Ken. We don’t have to do this by ourselves this time. We have our friends” Wormmon replied.
“You’re right. We should stop worrying and get to the meeting place. I hope Yolei’s alright” Ken told his friend.
“She’ll be alright. Especially after what you two did earlier today” Wormmon chuckled.
“Hey. How did you find out?” Ken asked.
“I can tell Ken. I can tell”

“If I agree to your plan, you will destroy those...pests?” the voice echoed.
“We will be able to. With your power, we can become more powerful - hopefully enough to destroy them” Legacimon boomed.
“This is acceptable. As long as those children are out of the way, I can take over the real world and destroy it. I shall perform the compression” A dark red light shone around the chasm as the task was fulfilled. As the light died down, 6 dark objects were lying on the floor.
“Excellent” Legacimon picked up the devices and disappeared.

“Gabumon? Have you seen my digivice?” Matt asked his friend.
“No. But you definitely had it when you were in the park. I don’t think I saw it when you came home though. Do you want me to go and check?” Gabumon asked.

“DIGI-PORT...OPEN” Izzy shouted. As if on cue, everyone lifted their digivices and D3s and pointed them towards the computer. A bright light appeared and the chosen 12 had started their journey.

Legacimon arrived back to the 5 rookie digimon, who were still sitting in a circle.
“Ring of Six. I have found your first step to your digivolution” he thundered. He held up one of the devices. It was black, shaped like an oval, with a small screen at the top. In the screen was a small bubbling red blob.
“Behold the dark digivices, its name formed from the very being who created it.”
