Will Their Love Prevail?

A year had passed, a very long year. The Digimon Tamers adventure has ended, after defeating the D-Reaper and saving both of the real and digital worlds. All of the Digimon returned to the Digi-world, their original home. But after that year has passed they returned to the real world, realizing that being with their humans partners is their real destiny. They came back from the Digi-portal inside Guilmon's shed, much to the joy of the tamers. Even Jeri's dear Leomon was brought back to life. After Beelzemon willingly accepted to extract Leomon's data from him by the hand of Hypnos, and with Jeri's Digivice and strong will, they succeeded in returning Leomon's lost data and bringing him back to life to live in the real world with his friends.

 

 

All were joyful, except for one person, one Digimon... Renamon. Her heart still aching, still longing for his return, still holding on that promise. Though she keeps it perfectly to herself, she was very miserable. Even during her adventures with Rika and the other tamers, her heart and mind weren't always with her. Rika sometimes notices this. Although Renamon was fighting very skillfully, Rika couldn't help but notice how she's changed after that fateful week. Renamon hasn't told any soul about what happened at that time, about her encounter with Jedah, and about her lost love, Gallon. She kept it to herself, hoping for that day to come, the day her love will come back.

 

 

But, it's been more than a year, and no sign of Gallon. Renamon began to lose hope with every passing day, fearing that he will not return like he promised.

 

 

"No, he'll be back! He promised! I got to believe in him." Renamon reassured herself, resting on top of her usual tree near Rika's house. She's been like this since she returned to the real world. Always alone, not wanting to meet or talk to anyone. Even Rika began to get worried about her strange behavior. Sure, Renamon is a bit of a loner, but not like this.

 

 

"Renamon! Renamon, please get down. I want to talk to you." Rika called out, but didn't get any response.

"What happened to you Renamon? Why are you acting like this?" Rika said.

"Is it because... of your savior? That was more than a year ago. Why are you still thinking about him? Have you forgotten about me, Renamon? Your partner? Please Renamon! Come back to us. We need you. I need you." Rika said in sadness, a tear dropped from her eyes. She then ran back home, leaving Renamon behind.

"I'm sorry, Rika." Renamon whispered to herself, crying softly.

The next morning...

 

 

"Rika, Rika! Wake up!"

Rika heard someone calling her in her sleep, as she opened her eyes and saw Renamon before her.

"Renamon..." Rika uttered.

"Come on Rika. Let's go out and take a walk outside and meet the others. I kinda missed them." Renamon smiled at her.

"Oh, Renamon!" Rika hugged her happily, as Renamon rubbed her head gently. "I'm sorry about everything, Rika." Renamon whispered.

"It's alright. I'm just glad that you're back, Renamon."

 

 

Rika and Renamon went to the park and met Takato, Henry and Jeri there, along with their Digimon, Gulimon, Terriermon and Leomon. They were extremely happy to see Renamon. "Hi, Renamon!" Takato greeted, "Long time no see." Henry followed "we missed you, Renamon!" Jeri, Guilmon and Terriermon cheered, "Nice to have you back, Renamon." and Leomon said with a sweet smile.

 

 

"Everyone... thank you. I'm sorry if I had worried you." Renamon apologized. She was very glad to see that she have good friends that really cared about her.

"Come on, Rika. We were playing a good game of cards, wanna join?" Takato invited her.

"Why not? I am the queen of card game you know. I'm gonna beat the crap outta all of ya!" Rika said in confident.

"We'll see about that!" Henry retorted. And they began their intense Digimon card game.

 

 

"Renamon! Come here! I want to give you something!" Guilmon called out for her. She walked to him and leaned down to until she was in level with him.

"What?"

"This!" Guilmon gave her a nice pack of flowers. "I know that Renamon is feeling a bit sad these days, so I hope this will make you happy! Did it work?" he said, his eyes full of innocence.

Renamon simply smiled at him and kissed him on his snout. "Yes, Guilmon, It worked. Thank you." she said and took his flowers. Guilmon blushed red; Renamon never treated him this nice before.

"Wow! Your lucky, Guilmon! Renamon kissed you! I envy you." Terriermon chuckled.

They all then laughed together.

Later that night, Renamon was at the forest alone. She was sitting by the river, dipping her white bare foot in the cold water. She really did have fun today, but she was still feeling down. Gallon still haunted her mind, not being able to forget him. She sighed softly and played with the water, kicking it gently. She looked up at the black sky and stared at the stars and remembered that night. The night they watched the stars together, sitting side by side. 'Don't worry, I'll protect you.' she reminiscent that line, smiling happily.

 

 

"Enjoying the water?" someone said from behind. She turned to see who, "Oh, Leomon. What's brings you here?" she said and switched her sight from him.

Leomon moved to her side and sat next to her. He dips his big bare foot in the water, too, shaking the cold water a bit. "Hey, it does feel good!" he said, trying to start a conversation, but Renamon kept quite. Both of them didn't say a word for a few minutes, as silence enclosed them.

 

 

"So, that's it. You gonna spend the rest of your life like this?" Leomon broke the silence.

"What do you mean?" she turned to him and asked.

"Come on, Renamon, I know you too well. Something is killing you from inside. Inside your heart."

"What do you know about it?" she sternly said and turned her face.

 

 

Leomon smiled and moved closer to Renamon, until they were glued to each other. Renamon tried to ignore him, but he surprised her and wrapped one arm around her. "You have to let it out of your chest, or you'll be distressed by it for rest of your life. Come on, Renamon." Leomon gently said to her, looking deeply into her beautiful blue eyes. He never showed it, but he had fond feelings toward Renamon from a long time. And seeing her drowning in sorrow like this, he couldn't bear not to do anything for her. "Come on, Renamon. Let it out." he whispered.

 

 

"Oh, Leomon." Renamon couldn't tolerate it anymore as she threw herself at Leomon's wide chest and started to cry greatly. She wept and sobbed nonstop, hugging Leomon tightly as he hugged back.

"That's it Renamon. Let it all out. You'll feel much better after that." he gently said, caressing her soft back.

 

 

Renamon kept on crying for along time, until she calmed down and felt easy. She lifted her head and looked at Leomon's handsome face, "Thank you, Leomon. I needed that." she smiled at him.

"No need to thank me." he replied, wiping her teary eyes with his big hands. "Renamon... I..." Leomon uttered.

"What?"

"Will you let me help you... ease your sorrow?" Leomon told her, a warm look on his eyes.

 

 

Renamon stared deeply into his blue eyes, feeling that she saw them before. She simply nodded to him as Leomon smiled happily. He rested his hands on her shoulders and leaned his head to her face, opening his mouth slowly. She knew he was going to kiss her and willingly accepted. She was very desperate and wanted someone to take away her pain. She closed her eyes and prepared for his lips to touch hers. The finally connect, Leomon pressing his muzzle softly on her lips, kissing her. It was a tender kiss at first, but then Leomon wrapped his strong arms around her and gave her a deeper kiss. Renamon felt that it was a nice kiss, but still not the same, not the same as Gallon. He was more passionate, more loving.

 

 

Leomon tried to go one step further, as he ran one hand to explore her sexy firm body. He caressed the fur on her chest, not trying to touch her breasts yet.

Suddenly, Renamon broke the kiss and backed off him, stunning poor Leomon.

"Renamon, what's wrong?" he said, very stunned.

"Oh, Leomon... I can't... please... I can't..." Renamon uttered.

"I'm sorry, Leomon..." she said and left right away, leaving Leomon behind, a sad look on his eyes.

The next day...

 

 

Rika was jogging to the park to meet her friends. They were planning to go on a small picnic to the mountains forests. She arrived to the spot and met with the other tamers.

"(huff, huff) Sorry if I’m late." Rika said, panting from that entire running.

"Not to worry. You’re just in time." Henry said.

"At least you're not as late as Takato always is." Jeri giggled.

"Jeri, that's not fair! Guilmon is the one to blame." Takato blushed.

"What are you saying, Takatomon? Have Guilmon done something bad?" Guilmon asked.

"Enough of that already! By the way, where’s Renamon, Rika?" Henry asked her.

"She said she wanted to go somewhere private first. She’ll catch up with us later."

"Oh, Ok! Let's get a move on then." Takato cheered.

"Wait! What about Kazu and Kenta? Shouldn’t we wait for them?" Rika said.

"Oh, Kazu got a sudden flue all of the sudden, so he couldn't come. And Kenta had a surprise family visit, so he has to stay home and couldn't come either." Takato answered her, picking up his bag.

 

 

"What's the matter Leomon? You look kinda pale." Jeri told her Digimon. He was lost on thought, thinking about Renamon. He presumed that the reason she didn't come was because of him and what he did last night. He really felt ashamed of himself.

"Leomon!"

"Huh? What?"

"Are you ok?

"Yes, yeah! I’m alright. I'm just disappointed that Renamon isn't joining us."

"Ahh, you like her don't you? I'm feeling jealous." Jeri teased him. Leomon quickly blushed, "Ahem!" and looked the other way.

 

 

"OKAY! Let go!" Takato hollered.

"Takato? I'm hungry! Can I have bread now?" Guilmon whined, making Takato fall on his face in a surprise.

Meanwhile, Impmon was snoring on top of a tree in the forest. "Yaaaaawwwwnn! That was a good nap. Now let's go have some fun. I think I'll go tease Calumon, he's really easy to fool. Ha!" he jumped from tree to tree, before he saw Renamon walking in the forest, alone.

 

 

"Ah, my sweet Renamon. I'll irritate her a bit. She’s really cute when she's mad." Impmon chuckled and followed her.

 

 

Renamon arrived at Guilmon's shed and made a stop there. It was totally empty now, since Guilmon moved out to Takato's and Leomon is at Jeri's. She closed her eyes and her memory drifted back to that time. She remembered the first time she gave him food and he didn't like it, the bread and jam. She remembered when she dropped his meal at him and how he was grabbing her breasts. She also remembered how they made sweet love to each other at the beach. She smiled joyfully, as she reminiscent these great memories.

 

 

"Nostalgic, eh, Rena?"

 

 

She heard a familiar voice from behind, a voice she quickly recognized. She opened her eyes and turned slowly around. "Ga... GALLON!!!" She gasped, not believing her eyes.

 

"Hi, Rena. Missed me?"

"Gallon! Is it really you?"

"Of course! I promised you that I’d come back. What, you gave up on me already?" the charming blue wolf smirked.

 

 

"Oh, Gallon! It is you!" Renamon rushed to him and jumped to his arms, as he embraced her.

"Oh, how I missed you, my love. I knew this day would come, even though I was beginning to lose hope. Oh, Gallon, I really missed you!" Renamon happily exclaimed, resting her head on his great furry chest and hugging him tightly.

 

 

"I missed you too, Rena. Oh, how I longed for this day, to see your beauty, to hear your enchanting voice and to smell your elegant scent. (sniff) Ah, Rena, my sweet Rena." Gallon said, embracing her firmly and sniffing her smart scent. They held this embrace for a long time, like they were making up for the time they were apart.

 

 

"WHO THE HECK IS THAT GUY?!" Impmon gasped in shock. He was watching in top of a tree, his eyes bugged out and his jaw dropped to his feet. "What happening here? Why is Renamon so happy around that guy? She never acted like that to anyone before, especially to ME!" he cried, a tear hanging on his eye, as he continued to watch the two lovers.

 

 

The two lovers finally parted, while Gallon still wrapping his arms around Renamon, as she rested her paws on his chest. They stared at each other for a moment. "You’re more beautiful than ever before, Rena." Gallon said to her. Renamon blushed a bit, "and you're still as handsome and charming as I’d known you." she replied.

Gallon crossed his eyebrows, "What? Nothing more?" he smirked and they both laughed.

 

 

"I love you, Rena."

"Oh, I love you, Gallon." they said to each other before they locked into a deep passionate kiss. Renamon was extremely happy. This is it; this is what she was searching for. A person she could love and love her back. This kiss was proof to her that she truly loves Gallon with all her heart and soul, and she won't let go of him whatever the cost.

 

 

"WHAT? LOVE HIM? THIS CAN'T BE?" Impmon cried in anger, banging his head on the tree. He couldn't stand this anymore, as he vanished away, sobbing in sorrow.

 

 

Gallon was still kissing his love, before he moved his muzzle down and started to nuzzle her smooth neck.

"Ah, Gaaallooon!" She hissed softly. "Oh, how I missed you, Rena." he whispered in his nuzzling. He ran his hands around her body, giving it a few rubs of pleasure. Renamon began moan louder, licking his cheek and chewing on his ear gently.

 

 

"Wait, Gallon!" Renamon suddenly gasped.

"What the matter? Don’t you want me to go on?"

"Oh, I want to, I really do, but not now. Later, I promise. Now you have to come with me and meet my friends." she cheerfully told him.

"Well... I don't know..." he hesitated.

"Don't be shy; they're going to be thrilled. I’m sure of it! Come on, what do you say?"

"Ah, Ok. Why not?"

"Oh, you're so wonderful, my love!" she giggled and gave him a nice kiss on the cheek, before they left to meet the Tamers.

 The tamers and their Digimon finally reached the mountains and found a nice spot to set the picnic.

"This looks like a nice place for a picnic." Jeri suggested.

"(inhale) sigh, and the breeze is refreshing around here." Takato said, enjoying the nice breeze.

"It's decided then, we'll set the picnic right here." Henry said, as they began to prepare.

 

 

"Hey, Henry, why didn't you bring Suzie with you? I'm sure she would like it here." Rika asked him.

"Oh, I tried, but she preferred to stay home and play dolly with Lopmon." he answered. "Poor Lopmon..." Terriermon sweat dropped and sighed.

 

 

"Hey! Where's the peanut butter?" Takato suddenly wondered, searching the basket. "You're looking for this?" Guilmon showed him the jar.

"Yeah! Where did you find it?"

"I took it from the basket. It was yummy, Takato! Even without bread!" Guilmon said with a smile.

"What? You ate it all!" Takato gasped and opened the jar, only to see it was completely empty. "Guilmon!"

                                                                                  

 

"Don't fret, Takato. We'll manage without the peanut butter. That's the only thing you ate, right Guilmon?" Jeri said.

"Well, yeah. I guess." Guilmon said. "What do you mean 'I guess'?" Takato uttered.

"There was the goody fruits pie, but I saved a piece for you Takatomon! Here!" Guilmon happily handed him a pie slice. "(sigh) Oh, Guilmon, you're hopeless." Takato sighed, as the rest laughed.

 

 

"I have an idea! I go look in the nearby forest for mushrooms. I know a nice place there full of delicious kinds." Jeri said and was about to go. "Wait, I'll come along with you." Leomon said.

"You don't have to, Leomon. It's really not that far away; I'll be back in a jiffy. You stay here and help them." She smiled and went for the mushrooms.

 

 

"This one looks good." Jeri said, as she picked a mushroom and put it in a basket. "I guess this will do!" she stood up on her feet and walked out of the forest, before she heard some growls.

"Huh? What's that?" she cowered in fear. She looked around her and didn't see anything or anyone. "Must be my imagination." she said to herself and carried on her way. She then notices a rare mushroom under a tree.

"Wow, that one is very hard to find! I must have it!" she rushed to the tree and was about to pick up the mushroom, when a few tree leafs dropped on her head. She looked up, and then screamed loudly.

"EEEEEEEEEEEEEK!"

 

 

"Jeri!" Leomon gasped. "What happened? Jeri!" Takato said as he heard her shriek and ran after her with Leomon, the rest followed them. They reached her, only to see that she was surrounded by a group of Devidramon.

"Jeri! Hang on, we'll save you!" Leomon called out.

"Help me, Leomon." She cried.

 

 

"What are those Devidramons doing here?" Takato wondered.

"Now is not the time, Takato! We have to rescue her!" Rika yelled at him, as he nodded.

 

 

"Henry! Here!" Rika threw a card at him. Henry snatched it, "Thanks!" and slashed it into his D-Arc. "Card Slash!"

"Terriermon Digivolve To... Gargomon!"

Gargomon shot his Gattling Arm at the Devidramons, careful not to harm Jeri. He succeeded in scattering them. "Jeri, run away, Now!" Leomon yelled at here as she quickly did. "Now, I'll show you! Fist of The Beast King!" Leomon launched his attack at a Devidramon, blowing him away. Then he drew his sword and concentrated his sight on another two.

 

 

"Pyro Sphere!" Guilmon threw his fire ball toward one of them wild Digimon, but he dodged it and attacked Guilmon with his tail. "Auugh!" Guilmon grunted in agony as he was hit and flew to the back.

"Guilmon! Darn! I wish if I brought my cards with me." Takato yelped in anger.

 

"Where are you, Renamon?" Rika said in distress, watching the battle helplessly.

"Aahhhgg!" Gargomon screamed as he was slashed by one of the Devidramon and got slammed into a tree.

"Gargomon!" Henry gasped and rushed to his Digimon side, who devolved back to Terriermon.

 

 

Leomon was fighting three Devidramons at once, having a hard time carrying on. "Damn!" he grumbled madly. He dashed toward them and attacked with his sword, but they managed to surround him and pinning him to the ground, beating him up.

 

 

"Leomon!" Jeri cried for her dear Digimon, before one of the Devidramon appeared before her and was ready to attack her. "EEEEEK!" She shrieked in terror.

"JEERRIII!" Leomon shouted for his partner, not able to do anything. Jeri closed her eyes, waiting for that painful moment of being shred to pieces. But, she felt someone's arms grabbing her and taking her away to safety. She opened her eyes and saw the Devidramon's head stuck in the tree. She looked up to see who that was rescued her and saw a wolfman, he was carrying her between his arms.

 

 

"Are you ok?" he said to her, but she kept silent from the fright.

"Oh, you're mute, huh? But, I guess you're alright." He smirked and lowered her to the ground. "Stay here. I'll take care of this." he said and dashed toward the Devidramons that was on top of Leomon. He threw a quick slash kick and hit them all at once, sending them flying away. He then rocketed to one them with his Wolf Canon attack and blew him away. Then he quickly switched his target and launched toward the second one, striking him in the stomach, before kicking him in the chin with a flash kick, lifting him up on the air and crashing to the ground. The third one attacked from the side, but the wolf simply bend down and dodged it, before her threw a strong uppercut to the monster's jaw and followed it with a powerful kick to the side, sending him smashing into a mountain wall. 

 

 

"Tsk, tsk, tsk. Never mess around with me!" the wolfman snarled.

"Gallon! Look out!" he turned to his back and was slashed in his left arm by the Devidramon, who was the one who got his head stuck on the tree. "Shit!" Gallon growled in anger, holding his bleeding arm.

"Diamond Storm!" Renamon used her special attack and hit the evil Digimon, making him and the others retreat in fear.

 

 

The tamers and their Digimon were watching all this events, speechless and astonished.

"WOW! Did you see that? Who is that, Henry?" Takato said in shock.

Henry held his D-Arc and pointed it at Gallon. "Huh? No Data? Isn't he a Digimon?" Henry uttered in a surprised.

"What? What is he then? Whoa, he's sooo cool! Isn't he Guilmon?" Takato said in optimistic. "YEAH!" Guilmon followed.

 

 

"Gallon! Are you alright?" Renamon ran to him, checking his injured arm.

"It's nothing, really. It's just a scratch."

"A scratch? Look at this! You're bleeding severely. Why are always this careless!" she scolded him.

"Heh, sorry, Rena." he chuckled, scratching the back of his head.

 

 

"Renamon?" Rika said in a surprised tone. They were all surprised to see the two of them this close together, like they knew each other from along time. Renamon took off one of her purple gloves and used it as bandage to wrap his wounded arm. "This would hold it for now. Don't worry me like that again!" she said in concern.

"Thanks, Rena." Gallon then gave her a nice embrace, much to the surprise of the others.

 

 

"Rena?" Leomon wondered. He was very stunned from what his eyes is witnessing. Who is that man? Why does Renamon care about him like this? What is happening here? These questions were whirling inside his head.

 

 

"Oh, I have to introduce you to my friends. Come on!" Renamon dragged him to the Tamers. "Everyone, I want you to meet Gallon. He's the one that saved me one year ago. You remember, my savior? Well, this is him!" Renamon happily introduced him.

 

 

"Gallon?" Rika whispered.

"Wow, you're so awesome, Mr. Gallon. My name's Takato, this is my Digimon, Guilmon." Takato said.

"HI! I'm Guilmon. I like bread. What do you like, Gallonmon?" Guilmon asked.

"Guilmon! Not now!" Takato scolded him.

 

 

"I'm Henry and this is Terriermon, nice to meet you Gallon." Henry politely introduced himself.

"Whoa, you were really something out there! What kind of a Digimon are you?" Terriermon suddenly asked.

"Oh, no. Gallon isn't a Digimon. He's a... werebeast." Renamon tried to explain.

"Wow! A real werewolf! I always dreamed to meet one. Can I touch you?" Takato said and put his hands on Gallon's belly, feeling his fur. "A bit rough, yet gentle at same time. You're so cool!"

"Let me! Let me!" Guilmon rushed to touch Gallon.

"Uhhh, maybe in another time, Ok?" Gallon said as he sweat dropped. He was really surprised to see that those humans were thrilled to meet him. They always feared him or despised him for being a werebeast, but he was pleased to see that it wasn't the same case here.

 

 

"And this is my dearest friend and partner, Rika." Renamon introduced him to Rika. Gallon walked to her and raised his right hand to shake. "Hello Rika. Sorry if I had surprised you with my sudden appearance, but I'm sure we'll be good friends after we know each other well." Gallon told her with a smile. Rika just stood there. She was really stunned to see that Renamon known someone else beside her, and she didn't know about. But, she felt something inside Gallon; something telling her that she can trust him. She smiled back at him and shook his hand. "Glad to meet you too, Gallon." Rika said.

"Thank you, Rika." Renamon whispered to herself.       

 

 

"Jeri, are you Ok? Are you hurt?" Leomon rushed to her side and said. Jeri didn't say a word as she kept staring at Gallon.

"Jeri? What's wrong?" Her silence treatment was worrying Leomon.

"Isn't he Wonderful?" She suddenly squealed.

"Say What?"

"That Gallon! He was incredible! Wasn't he, Leomon?" Jeri said with joy, her eyes sparkling in admiration.

Leomon blinked his eyes in disbelief; even Jeri was overtaken by this strange intruder. Leomon stared sharply at Gallon, as Renamon was holding his arm, hugging it gently. Jealousy began to fill him.

 

 

"Oh, I haven't introduced you to Leomon and his partner yet, Gallon." Renamon took Gallon to where Leomon and Jeri were standing. "This girl is Jeri," Renamon said.

"Oh, the muted girl." Gallon smirked. Jeri quickly blushed. "I was just over shocked before. Thank you for saving me, Sir Gallon." Jeri thanked him as she blushed again.

"Ah, it was nothing. And stop this 'Sir' crap. It's making me feel old." he smirked again, making both Renamon and Jeri giggle.

 

 

"And this is Leomon, her Digimon partner. He's a dear friend of ours." Renamon said to Gallon, as he moved to face Leomon.

"So, Leo. You look kinda scary, but you seem Ok. Put it there!" Gallon said as opened as always and lifted his hand to Leomon. Leomon just stared coldly at him, not lifting a finger.

"Ah, mute as your little friend, eh? You're too grumpy to be called Leo, so let's just keep it as Leomon." Gallon grinned, sensing that Leomon is having a hard time swallowing him. Gallon was slightly shorter than Leomon, reaching somewhat to his chin, as they were standing there facing each other. Gallon hand was still at its place, waiting for Leomon.

 

 

"Leomon..." Renamon whispered sadly, but Leomon clearly heard her. He let out a sigh and began to shake Gallon's hand.

"I know, I know! But what can we do? It seems like they’re ready to fight to the death." Takato replied, getting really worried.

 

 

Gallon flipped backward and made distance between him and the biker Digimon. He wiped the blood from his cheek and stared at it. "Not bad, for a Midget. But play time is over!" he smirked, before he looked sharply at Beelzemon, which made him panic a bit. Gallon suddenly darted toward Beelzemon with his Wolf Canon, but Beelzemon flew to the air before he reached him. "Hah! You won’t defeat me if you…!" before Beelzemon even finished his line, Gallon switched his course in the middle of his attack and dashed upward toward Beelzemon, taking him completely off guard.

"WHAT?" Beelzemon grunted as the blue wolf strike him hard, blowing him away. Beelzemon fell downward, but before he hit the ground, Gallon rocketed toward him again, hitting him right in the stomach and followed it with a slash flash kick, sending him up to the air again. Gallon then followed him and jumped high, finishing his combo with a downward claw slash attack, crashing a very shocked Beelzemon into the hard ground, grunting in pain.

 

 

Gallon landed gracefully to the ground, dusting off his hands. "Well, that was fast." The blue wolf grinned.

Takato and Guilmon were flabbergasted from what they just saw, the mouths wide opened to its end.

"I tried to warn ya, pal. Be seeing ya! Gotta go get something to eat." Gallon waved his hands and was about to leave.

"It’s not over yet!" Beelzemon shouted and a big hand canon materialized in his hand.

"What was that?!" Henry said in a surprise. "It came from over there!" Rika pointed to the forest pathway, as smoke was rising from it. They hustled to the destination and pumped into Leomon.

"Hey, is everyone ok?" the lion said in concern.

"Leomon! Where were you?" Jeri demanded. Leomon panicked and didn’t say a word.

"Not now, Jeri! We have to see what that was. Takato might be in danger." Rika yelled.

"Oh, so it's Takato that you're worried about." Henry smirked, as Terriermon let out a suppressed laugh.

 "That's not it! Ohh! I'll deal with you later." She angered and ran off. Henry chuckled and went after her with Jeri and Leomon.

After the smoke faded, the battle field was totally wrecked, leaving only a ruined pathway. "Humph! That should do it. He was really an annoying pest." Beelzemon smiled as he stood there, rising his head in victory.

Takato opened his eyes and gasped, "Beelzemon! Are you nuts? Look at what've done! Gallon! Where's Gallon?" The goggle head yelped.

"Takato… He killed him!" Guilmon cried.

"Why? Why Beelzemon?! Wasn't Leomon Enough?! Have you turned evil again?" Takato shouted, tears escaping his eyes.

 

 

"Heh, you're just a kid. You wouldn't understand." Beelzmon said and was about to leave. "Wait! You're not going to run away with this!" Takato yelled and held his D-Arc, Guilmon readying himself.

Beelzemon just ignored him and continued on his way.

 

                                   

Just then the other arrived. "What the hell happened here?" Leomon demanded.

"Takato! Thank god you're alright!" Jeri said in relieve.

"Beelzemon, did you do this?" Henry shouted.

"Yes! And… he Killed Gallon!" Takato said.

"What?" Rika gasped.

 

 

"This can't be?" Renamon suddenly gasped from behind and dropped the lunchbox, as they all turned to her.

"Renamon!" Leomon said.

"This can't be true! Tell me it isn't true!" She shouted, looking sharply at Beelzemon. Everyone kept silent.

 

 

"No…" Renamon whispered sadly and dropped on her knees. She started to sob, as Rika sat next to her. "Renamon… Beelzemon! How could you? Are you happy now?" Rika yelled angrily.

 

 

Beelzmon was speechless; he didn't know what to say. He really felt bad, seeing Renamon this miserable, and de-evolved back to Impmon.

"There, there. Don't mourn for me yet. It's still too early for that." Gallon said, resting his hand on Renamon's shoulder.

"How? I was sure that I didn't miss you! How?" growled Impmon, getting wild again.

"Simple. It was the kid warning. When I heard him, I immediately got out of your range with my Wolf Canon. It's really handy!" The blue wolf grinned. "Thanks, kid. I owe you one."

"Anytime, Gallon!" Takato happily replied.

 

 

"This isn't the end of it, blue shit!" Impmon shouted and ran away, Rika tried to chase him, but Leomon stopped her. "Let him go! We'll deal with him later." He told her.      

 

 

They all then gathered around Gallon, except for Leomon, who was standing a bit far away.

"Are you Ok? Are hurt somewhere?" Renamon began to check on Gallon.

"Hey, hey, hey, I'm fine. Geez, Rena, you've became such a worry wart." Gallon said, slightly annoyed by her over concern.

"That's because you're always careless! Why did you have to fight him anyway?" Renamon madly said.

"He started it, that midget. It's not my fault that all the males, including that grumpy lion, are mad about you!" he loudly smirked, making everyone turn to stare at Leomon.

"Wha...? What did you say?" Leomon angered and walked toward Gallon.

 

 

"Hurray! I've finally found ya!" That mysterious catwoman suddenly appeared and jumped at Gallon before Leomon reached him. She pinned him to the ground and started to hug him and cuddle him snugly.

"What the? You're... Felicia!" Gallon gasped, pushing the catwoman off him.

Everyone just stared at the scene, extremely puzzled, mostly Renamon and Leomon. "(That...!)" Leomon said to himself.

"I don't see anything." Jeri replied.

Meanwhile, Leomon was at the park, waiting for the tamers to arrive like they usually do. He was leaning his back to a tree and crossing his arms, and like always, was in deep thought.

“I think that's for the best. Everyone would be happy, especially Renamon, though I won't be able to see her that much anymore. And maybe I'll give that Gallon a chance to know him better. He looks like a nice guy, though I think his too full of himself. Maybe we can be friends? Nah!” He shook his head.

 

 

“Ah, and Felicia. She was incredible. I don't know why I like her so much, I barely know her and we already made love to each other. Is she serious about us, or is she just playing with me? I have to clear this thing up with her next time we meet. I hope she'll turn up soon.”

I can see that... in your eyes...” He gently said, staring into her eyes. Felicia smiled greatly and stared back into his charming blue eyes. She embraced him tightly again, “Oh, Leomon... You... I...”

 

 

“LEOMON!” Jeri shrieked, seeing her dear partner wrapping his arm around Felicia, as the rest of the tamers and Digimon equally watched in stun.

“Jeri!?” Leomon gasped while he blushed. “What's happening here?” Renamon appeared from the other side. “Renamon!?” He turned to her and gasped again. The new couple parted as their secret affair was exposed.

 

 

“Oh how the mighty has fallen. I can't believe you did this, Leomon! You with that… catwoman! I'm sorely disappointed in you.” Jeri scolded him. “Way to go Leomon! Go get'em.” Terriermon chuckled. “Shut up!” Henry muffled his big mouth.

 

 

Leomon was quite embarrassed; he didn't imagine it would come to this. Being found out by his partner and first love at the same time, he was really dumbfounded. He tried to explain, but no word could come up in his mind.

Felicia on the other hand, was glad that they caught them in the act. This will help her on her on a way to redeem herself, though she didn’t want to put Leomon in trouble with his friends.

 

 

“Renamon, where were…” Rika tried to ask her partner but Jeri cut her off, “What do you have to say for yourself? And you, you schemer! Wasn’t Gallon enough for you? Are you trying to gather all the men for yourself, you…” “Hey! Chill out Jeri!” Takato tried to calm her down.

 

 

“Felicia, what are you trying to do?” Renamon then asked her sternly. “I… I…” Felicia stuttered, she didn’t know what to say and really felt bad about herself. Leomon was quite angry seeing everyone attacking her.

“That’s enough! Who are you to judge her? You don’t know what she’s been through, so stop attacking her!” Leomon madly yelled, stunning everyone, even himself.

“So, that’s it, eh, Leomon? But why her? Just forget it, I’m outta here.” Renamon sharply looked at him and disappeared away.

 

 

“Renamon, wait!” Rika called out for her but for no use.

"Where are you, Gallon?" Renamon was still looking for her sweetheart. She teleported back and forth from the shed to the woods, but no trace of him. She began to get worried, fearing that something might have happened to him. Renamon then decided to take a rest and to head back to the shed, thinking that it's better to wait for him there.

But, she sensed that someone was watching her. She pretended that she didn't notice and continued on her way. She kept walking till she was certain that someone was following her. She located his position and quickly vanished and teleported to the intruder.

 

 

"Got you! Huh?" She didn't see anyone. "That's odd. I was sure that... Mmmphh!" Renamon felt someone holding her from behind and muffling her.

"Shhh! don't make a single sound or I'll brake your pretty neck." The intruder whispered into her ear from behind. Renamon struggled to free herself, but his grip was too strong, she couldn't even teleport.

 

 

"Now, now, sweet Rena. Stay calm and nobody will get hurt. You are very attractive and irresistible; I couldn't help but follow you around. No wonder that stupid Gallon is mad about you." He smirked and licked her cheek. "Mmmm, very tasty too."

Renamon was terrified; who is this intruder and how do he knew about her and Gallon? She then freed her mouth and nipped his hand, which made him growl and push her away. "Ouch! You bitch! Is that the way you treat your lover?" The mysterious Shadow angered, rubbing his sour hand.

 

 

Renamon eyes fully widened from what she saw. "Gallon? No! Who are you?" She asked in a stun, not believing what she's seeing.

"Don't you recognize your dear Gallon when you see him?" He grinned.

"No you're not! You are not Gallon! What did you do to him, you imposter?" Renamon demanded, rising to her feet.

"Imposter? Ho ho, that's funny! I'm no imposter, I'm Gallon, but at the same time not him. So, to not get confused, call me Shadow." The dark werewolf said in his laughter. "And you, sweet Rena, have become such annoying hurdle in my plan. So you have to go. But first, I wanna have some fun with you. How about we play? Your choice, a quick battle or hot sweet sex?" Shadow smiled devilishly.              

 

 

Renamon glared sternly at him and readied herself for battle. "I don't know who you are or what you want, but I'm going to make you talk by force!" She yelled and jumped at him with a punch.

"Sigh. I preferred the later, but maybe I can have both." Shadow said as he dodged Renamon's attack. He quickly grabbed her arm and slammed her against a tree. "Agghh! Damn it!" She cursed and jumped high into the air, crossing her arms, "Diamond Storm!" she shouted and shot her shards at the black wolf.

Shadow stood still and waited for her attack. It hits him, raining down at him rapidly and then a small explosion occurred. Renamon lands nimbly and waited for the smoke to fade away.

 

 

"What?" She gasped, as the only thing left behind was nothing. "How pathetic! You call that an attack!" He popped up before her and threw a hard punch to her soft stomach, "Oughhh!" Renamon grunted in agony. He then followed it with a slap to the face and sent her flying to the side and crashing to the ground.

 

 

"Poor Rena. I really hated doing this to you, but you made me do that. Now be nice, and please your dear Gallon." Shadow smirked and approached her, before he was surprised to be punched to the face by her left fist, after she quickly teleported to his side while he was distracted. Her fist was still in its place, she couldn't even budge him an inch. He stared angrily at her, "Now that was a big mistake, Rena."

He then snatched her throat and lifted her of the ground, choking her hard. "I really wanted to fuck you up before getting rid of you, but, oh well; you don't get everything, do you." He started to choke her ruthlessly, while Renamon was kicking him and trying her best to free herself, but to no avail.

 

 

Then, Shadow unexpectedly let go of Renamon, as she dropped to the ground, coughing and gasping for air. "Ouaghhhh! Not again! Eyaaghh!" He started to scream and grunt in pain, rolling over the ground. Renamon watched him in fear, wondering in confusion. "What's happening to him?!"

Shadow finally snapped out of his madness and calms down after a while, panting as he looked straight at Renamon.

"Shit! I don't have much time! I'll kill you right NOW!" He growled and jumped at her. Renamon tried to move but couldn't, her whole body felt numb. She closed her eyes, "Gallon..." And whispered softly.

 

 

But nothing happened. She opened her eyes and saw Shadow's claws right in front her face, a few inches away. "Hmmm... Maybe you'll be more useful to me alive, don't you think." He grinned.

Gallon arrived at the park where the tamers and Felicia where gathering. "Felicia, I was looking for you… What's wrong? Did I miss something?" Gallon said, noticing the hot atmosphere.

"It's about time you showed up. Take your former girlfriend and get the hell outta here! It's enough that you're taking Renamon away from us, and now Leomon!" Rika yelled at Gallon harshly. Gallon did comprehend what she meant; he just looked at Feilicia and Leomon beside each other and got the picture.

 

 

"Oh boy… What the heck going on here? Ahh, whatever, I don't care. Felicia, I want you to tell me, who's that black werewolf?" Gallon then asked her. Felicia's face quickly became pale, "How… did you know?"

"That's not important! Just tell me the truth!" he yelled and grabbed her arm strongly.

"I… I…" Felicia didn't know what to say and kept silent. Leomon couldn't bear seeing Gallon treat her like this and decided to interfere.

"What the hell are you babbling about?" Leomon grabbed Gallon's hand and puuled them away from Felicia.

"Hey! None of your damn business, grumpy lion! Get your hands away!" Gallon growled and pushed Leomon. Leomon grew quite mad by this and was about to punch him, before the tamers meddled in.

 

 

"Cut it out you two! Something wrong going here and you're acting like school kids!" Henry shouted, making the two rivals calm down.

"Now let's just settle this thing out with rationality. Gallon, what do you mean by a black werewolf?" Takato followed.

Suddenly, Rika gasped, "Hey, where is Renamon? Wasn't she supposed to be with you?" she asked Gallon.

"What… Damn!" Gallon then ran off all of the sudden toward Guilmon's shed way.

 

Everybody was surprised by his odd behavior, but decided to shut up and follow him.

Gallon arrived at the shed, only to see that it was completely ruined. "Wha...? Who did...?" He said, before notice something written in the ground, and it was red colored! "'If you want your sweet Rena back, come meet at my place. Ask Felicia,  she knows where. Yours truly, YOURSELF.'" Gallon reads it, hoping it's not Renamon's blood. "DAMN!"

 

 

The others arrived shortly after. "What happened here?" Henry asked.

"Oh No! My shed!" Guilmon cried, seeing his old home wrecked.

"Who did this? Gallon, What...?" Rika approached him and saw the message. "Oh my! Renamon!"

Gallon kept silent, feeling that it's his fault for putting Renamon in danger.

"What's wrong, Rika? What happened to Renamon?" Takato asked, getting really worried.

"YOU! It's all because of you! Renamon is kidnapped! Bring my Renamon back!" Rika harshly yelled at him, hitting his belly in anger with her fists. Gallon let her be, knowing that she was right.

 

 

"Please! Stop! Don't blame him. I'm the one... to blame." Felicia confessed. "Felicia..." Leomon uttered.

"Yes, I know who did this. I helped him in coming here. He's Gallon alter ego. His dark self. He came to this world to seek down Gallon and get rid of him, because Gallon threatens his existence if he quit being a Darkstalker and stopped fighting. Shadow, the dark Gallon, lives by Gallon's desire to fight. Most Darksalkers have those alter egos, so if their originals stopped fighting, they'll disappear. But, if Shadow could kill Gallon, he will absorb his soul and take over his place, becoming one with him. That's why he used me. When he discovered that Gallon fell in love, he knew he'll be more powerful than ever. He found out about me and Gallon and decided to take advantage of that. He threatened me that if I won't cooperate, He'll kill all of my friends at the circus. I am a circus performer, you remember that, right Gallon?" She asked as he nodded.

 

 

"Please forgive me... I didn't mean any harm. I just wanted him to leave me alone. I'm so sorry everybody. (sob)" Felicia kneeled down and began to weep. Leomon leaned down to her and rested his hand on her shoulder. "It's alright. You did what you believed was right." He gently smiled. "Thank you... (sniff)" she held his hand tightly and smiled back. "Leomon..." Jeri whispered, noticing how those two care for each other.

 

 

"No, Felicia, forgive me. It's my entire fault I dragged you all into this. But I swear, I'll save Rena and defeat that clone, for good!" Gallon said in confident, facing all the others then turning his sight to Rika. "I swear I'll bring her back to you." He whispered to her.

Rika was really ashamed of herself. She really misjudged Gallon. "Thank you, I'm sorry. Let's go save Rena." She smiled at him.

 

 

"Alright! Let's all go! This is going to be like one of our adventures! Right, Guilmon?" Takato chirped, "Yeah!" as Guilmon followed.

"But where to?" Henry then pointed out.

"To the abandoned factory, the one just outside the city." Felicia quickly replied. "Ok, let's go." Leomon said, holding his sword.

Gallon stared at his newfound friends, feeling quite happy that he managed to befriend them. "Thanks everyone." He smiled at them. "Just hang on Rena! I'm coming for you!"         

    

When they were all ready to departure, they heard a gun shot in the sky. The all turned to the source and saw Beelzemon, pointing one of his pistols to sky. "Not so fast!"

"Beelzemon! What now?" Takato shouted.

"You haven't forgotten about me, have you? I'll go rescue my sweet Renamon. She's not in need of you all, especially you, blue shit! It's your fault from that she's in trouble in the first place." said Beelzemon, aiming his gun at Gallon. "So, how about a rematch? The stakes are high, but they're good!"

"Now is not the time! We have to save Renamon!" Rika cried.

"Shut up! This between that dog and me! Do whatever you want, if I care. Come on Gallon, if you win, I'll leave you two alone. But, if I win... You'll DIE!" Beelzemon madly yelled.

 

 

"I accept." Gallon said.

"Wha...? Gallon, you don't..." Takato was trying to stop him before Gallon interrupted, "You all go ahead and save Rena. I'm going to finish this nonsense and catch up with you all."

"Gallon..." Rika whispered.

"Ok, let's go." Leomon said, resting his hand on Gallon shoulder, "Don't be late."

"I won't. Just save something for me, eh? I wanna beat the hell out of that clone myself. I'm counting on you, Leo." Gallon smiled at him. Leomon was a bit surprised by Gallon change of attitude, but he smiled back and nodded to him before he went off with the rest of the tamers and Felicia.

 

 

"Be careful Gallon!" Takato called out.

"Renamon... needs you!" Rika waved at him. Gallon spirit was lifted by those words and gave them the thumbs up.

"Ahhhg! Will you finish this crap? Let's get on with it!" Beelzemon growled.

"Okay, then! You asked for it!" Said Gallon, taking a battle stance.

Beelzemon grumbled and haste to reload. Gallon took advantage of this, jumped to the sky and attached with his Wolf Canon downward at Bellzemon. Beelzemon sprouted his black wings and flew away, dodging Gallon. Then in a swift move, Gallon changed his direction and dashed upward to Beelzemon. "Not this time!" Beelzemon unleashed his canon and directly fires at Gallon head on.

 

 

"Ugh!" Gallon was totally surprised by that. He tried to get away from the beam path, dashing upward again, but he wasn't fast enough, as the tip of the beam hits him hard. Gallon got blown away to the side by the impact, crashing on the ground and sliding on the rough surface.

"Kehhkh... That was... a good... one..." Gallon said, who was hardly trying to stand up.

"Didn't expect that, huh? Eat this!" Beelzemon swooped down at Gallon from the air, stretching his claws to attack. Gallon drew a grin on his face and waited for him to strike. Just when Beelzemon claws reached his face, he grabbed it tightly and stopped the Darkness Claw on its track, being pushed back a bit.

 

 

"What? This won't help you for long!" Beelzemon angered and used his other claw to stab Gallon, but Gallon flashed kicked him before he could lift his arm and stroke him in the chin.

"Oughh! You Damn Shit! Why don't you just Die?" Beelzemon growled with fury and summoned his canon again. "I won't miss you this time, wolfy!"

"Tsk! This is bad!" Gallon cursed under his breath, watching the canon being charged up.

 

 

"DIE!" Beelzemon shouted and aimed his canon at Gallon and was about to pull the trigger, but he then stops. Gallon was stunned to see that he didn't fire, "Why?" He asked.

Beelzemon hand was shaking, his finger still on the trigger but he didn't pull it. He then lowered his big gun and stared straight at him with a sad look. "I can't... Even if I really want to finish you off, that won't please Renamon at all. I'm not so heartless; I won't take away her happiness. And you are her happiness, though I hate to admitted it." Beelzemon said.

 

 

Gallon was speechless; he didn't expect to hear something like from a guy like Beelzemon.

"Heh, you're not bad, Impmon. You really do care about her." Gallon smiled at him as he De-evolved to Impmon.

"Now hurry! She's at the end of the city to the north, and so is your rival." Impmpn informed him.

"Thanks, midget." Gallon waved at him at and rushed to Renamon's rescue.

"You're welcome, blue shit."

 

 

Impmon then was about to leave, "You're lucky Renamon. Too bad it's not me." He said to himself.

"But... maybe..." He then grinned.

An hour later, the tamers arrived at Shadow's hideout.

"That's the place!" Felicia pointed at a small building.

"Renamon!" Rika called out and ran to her Digimon. "Wait, Rika!" Takato and the rest followed her.

 

 

Both of Renamon and Shadow opened their eyes and woke up at the same time as they heard them. "Yawn... That was quick. Enjoyed my company, hun?" Shadow smirked and kissed Renamon in the cheek, making her grunt in detest.

"Looks like we have company. Sit tight and enjoy the show. This maybe the last time you'll going to see them." He said and picked her up. "No! Gallon! Rika!" Renamon tried to free herself, but she was still too tired and exhausted. He carried her between his arms and waited for the tamers to arrive.

 

 

The finally enter the building and saw the dark werewolf before them carrying Renamon.

"Renamon!" Rika cried.

"Release her now!" Leomon growled, holding his sword on his back.

"Oh my! He does look like him! They're like twins!" Jeri gasped.

"But this one looks more evil! What do you want? Why did you kidnap Renamon?" Takato demanded in rage.

 

 

"My, how impolite you all are! You brake in my place and disturb my privacy with my sweetheart, and then demand to know my personal matters. Annoying, isn't it my love?" Shadow smirked and nuzzled Renamon neck from the back while rubbing her furry chest. "Unngg! Don't..." Renamon grunted.

 

 

"Don't touch her, you damn coward!" Rika shouted in anger. "Let go of her, or face the consequences!" Henry challenged him, as he and Takato held their D-Arc. "Card Slash!" they both slide a card through the slot in their digivice.

"Guilmon Digivolve to... Growlmon!"

"Teriermon Digivolve to... Gargomon!"

The two champion leveled Digimon stood before Shadow.

"Hah! You think you could defeat me with those weaklings! We'll see now." Shadow laughed and jumped high up on top of a platform above them, carrying Renamon with him. "Renamon!" Rika yelled for her partner.

 

 

He puts Renamon down on the platform, "You wait her and watch as your friends being slaughtered helplessly." He said and jumped down again to face the tamers.

"Ri.. Rika..." Renamon tried to call out.

"By the way, where is that werewolf? I only want him, not all of you." Shadow wondered.

"You won't be able to see him, because you're going down before that!" Leomon said and stood a few step in front of him, taking a battle stance.

"Is that so? But isn't it a bit unfair to face me all three of you at once? Not that I can't take you all." Shadow smirked and prepared for the fight.

 

 

"Exhast Flame!" "Gattling Arm!" "Fist of the Beast King!" The three Digimon launched their attacks at him together, while Shadow just stood in his place, a grin on his face. He jumped up into the air just before the attacks reached him and avoided them. Then he rocketed toward them with his Wolf Canon and stroke Growlmon hard in the head, blowing him away. But he didn't finish his assault, as he changed course and hit Gargomon whole body, sending him crashing into the wall.

 

"Growlmon!" "Gargomon!" The two boys shouted. Shadow then focused his sight to Leomon.

"Two down, one to go!" He said and dashed toward Leomon, attacking him with another Wolf Canon.

Leomon sheathed his sword and lifted his right fist, waiting for Shadow to come near enough.

"Fist of the Beast King!" He roared and punched Shadow just when he was about to strike him, canceling Shadow's attack and blowing him away in a fiery state.

 

 

"Way to go Leomon!" Jeri happily cheered.

Shadow dropped to the floor some feet ahead of Leomon, his body still burning and was grunting in agony.

"Goughh... Ehh, not... bad. I underestimated you. But you unfortunate for you, this will be your last!" Shadow stood to his feet and growled, before he rushed to Leomon. "That's what you think!" Leomon didn't wait for him, as he also dashed toward his opponent. Leomon attacked first, throwing a powerful punch to Shadow, but he swiftly ducked and evaded, making Leomon miss him and smashing the floor below him. "Wha... Oughh!" Shadow took Leomon by surprise appeared bellow him, his fist buried into Leomon's stomach. Shadow then followed it with a flurry of claw slashes, and finished it with a flash kick in the chin.

 

 

"Leomon! No!" Jeri cried, seeing her Digimon fall over to the back, bleeding from his chest.

"You monster!" Growlmon tried to slash Shadow with his elbow, "You'll pay for this, Dum Dum Upper!" and Gargomon attacked him from the other side. Shadow stared at them from both sides and grinned, before his waved his left hand at Gargomon and knocked him away with a dark shockwave. Growlmon reached him and slashed with his elbow, but Shadow simply blocked it with his right hand. "Grrr! Exhast...!" Growlmon opened his mouth and was about breath his fireball, before Shadow grabbed Growlmon's arm with both hands and threw him to other side, crushing right over Gargomon.

 

 

"Damn! His too strong!" Takato said in distress.

"Such power... I can't seem to find a card that will help us against him!" Henry said, shuffling his deck for a good card.

"We have to do something... Here! Use these healing cards!" Rika was about to give her friends the cards, "Ah ah ah…" before Shadow pushed the tamers away with a dark shockwave, blowing away all the cards.

"Don't cheat! I know about your little game of cards, so no cheap tricks, you got that, brats?" Shadow laughed.

 

 

"Rika! Leomon! Takato! Oh... Where are you, Gallon?" Renamon was watching the battle helplessly from above, to weak to do anything to help her friends.

Shadow walked over the fallen Leomon, who was struggling to stand up, and stomped on his chest ruthlessly, making Leomon groan loudly. "As for you, fucking cat, I'm going to rip off you heart from inside. No one ever injured me like you did, and you have to pay for it!" Shadow angrily shouted and kicked Leomon in the stomach. Shadow then raised his right hand and unsheathed its claws, ready to impale Leomon. Shadow thrust his claw to Leomon's chest, but before he could stab him, he was knocked away with Filecia's body spin attack.

 

 

"Aghhh! What? You!" Shadow growled, but Felicia silenced him with an uppercut to the jaw after her spinning attack, sending him flying to the back and dropping on a stock of wooden boxes.

"Leomon! Are ya Ok?" Felicia rushed to him and held his head, "What... are you doing? Get away!" Leomon warned her.

"No, I'm fighting with you all! That's the least I could do to redeem myself." She smiled at him and rubbed his cheek. "Felicia..." Jeri was really surprised to see how Felicia is ready to put herself in danger for Leomon's sake.

 

 

"How dare you defy me?!" Shadow growled in anger, blowing away all the boxes around him and standing on his feet. "You back stabber! Have you turned against me?"

"I was never in your side, Shadow! You were just using me for your own evil schemes. I'm through with that now and I don't want to be in any part of it!" Felicia faced him with dare.

"So... The kitty cat has found a bigger cat to protect her. Ho ho ho, that's so absurd! So you don't care about what will happen to you friends in the circus, eh Felicia?" Shadow told her as she cowered in fear.

"Or should I say, happened to them..." He then grinned.

 

 

"Wha... what do you mean?" Felicia asked in apprehension.

"You see, I already disposed all of your folks after you accepted to help me. They were of no use to me, but they were a fun bunch of clowns, I felt sorry for them. Heh heh..."

"You... you..." Felicia eyes were filing with tears, "YOU HEARTLESS MONSTER!!!" She shouted in rage and dashed toward the dark wolf.

"Felicia! DON'T!" Leomon yelled, but it was too late. When she tried to attack Shadow with a punch, he simply blocked it and grabbed her by the throat, squeezing hard on her neck.

"That was a bad decision, Felicia. And now you gonna get what you..." Before he could finish his line, Shadow felt an extreme pressure on the left side of his waist making him release Felicia from his grasp. Leomon fist was buried into him, "Fist of the Beast King!" He roared and launched his lion projectile at point blank.

 

 

"Oughhhh!" Shadow screamed in agony, Leomon's attack was so powerful; it sent him crashing through an iron wall. Leomon rested his muscles and was panting slightly, and then he leaned down to pick up Felicia.

"Are you alright?" He asked in concern.

"Ohhh... Leomon..." she opened her eyes and moaned.

"Just rest..." He whispered to her.

"LEOMON! Behind you! He's still not down!" Takato and Jeri yelled, directing Leomon's attention back to Shadow. Shadow stepped out of the crack in the wall, staggering a bit. He dropped to his knees and cough up some blood from his mouth.

"(cough) (cough) You'll fucking DIE for this!" Shadow growled and stood to his feet, his aura whirling around him.

 

 

"Oh No! Leomon! Get out the away! Hurry!" Renamon gasped, she immediately recognized this attack. It was like Gallon's Dragon Canon, which defeated the demon Jedah. Leomon wouldn't withstand that kind of attack, not in this shape.

"You're finished! Dragon Canon!" Shadow waved his hand and howled. A giant blue flaming dragon launched toward Leomon and Felicia, who were too surprised to budge.

"Leomon!" Jeri cried and closed her eyes, while the rest was watching in shock.

Leomon hugged Felicia and covered her with his body to protect her, waiting for the painful moment.

 

 

"Dragon Canon!" Another flaming dragon, albeit orange colored, suddenly appeared from nowhere and collided with the blue one, neutralizing each other.

"What!?" Shadow eyes bugged out.

Leomon opened his eyes and glanced to the source of that attack with rest of his friends.

"Huf, huf... Sorry if I'm late, did I miss much?" Gallon was standing by the entrance, panting slightly but with a smirk on his face.

 

 

"Ga... Gallon! You finally made it!" Takato happily exclaimed.

"Gallon!" Renamon called out for her love, a big relieved smile on her pretty face.

"Rena! I'm here! Don't worry, I'll save you!" Gallon replied, looking up to her. "Oh, Gallon..."

"Thanks for the help, Leo. I'll take it from here." Gallon walked to Leomon and smiled at him, taping on his shoulder. "Sure took your time!" Leomon retorted but with a smile as well. He helped Felicia to stand up, "Gallon... be careful..." She said. "Thanks, Felicia."

 

 

Gallon then focused his vision to his rival, Shadow. "So, you're the doppelganger." He was a bit stunned about the similarity between them, but he didn't to show it.

"You've finally come. I've been waiting for this moment from a long time, Gallon. Now we'll see who'll be the original Gallon the werewolf." Shadow faced him.

"What are you blabbering about? I’m the only Gallon around here. You’re just a desperate wannabe," Gallon mocked him, "who uses dirty tricks like kidnapping to fulfill his own goals. You’re more than pathetic!"

"Humph, say what you want, I don’t care. At least she pleasured me while in her stay. She was really great, I‘m sure you know what I mean, right? Heh…" Shadow smiled devilishly.

"You… You didn’t dare?" Anger began to fill Gallon.

"No Gallon, he’s lying! He didn’t…" Renamon shouted from above.

"Shut up! We shouldn’t keep any secret from each other, right sweet Rena? Tell us, who was better, me or him?" Shadow smirked.

 

 

"You sick bastard! I’ll…" Rika angered and tried to face Shadow but Takato got hold of her. "Rika, don’t be fooled! He’s lying! Leave this to Gallon." He told her and she calmed down. They all then turned their sight to Gallon, "Ga…" Takato uttered.

 

 

Gallon was burning in rage, he wasn’t this furious in his whole life. He gazed at Shadow with fiery eyes, "If you harmed one fur of her, I’ll rip you apart!" He growled.

"Ha! Just one fur? More like her whole sexy body. But enough of this! Have at you!" And they began their battle.

 

 

Both of them dashed to each other, readying their fists. They both threw a powerful punch, as their fists got locked against each other, resulting a tug of war. Gallon was gathering all his strength into this punch, pushing Shadow to the back. Shadow was a bit stunned by this, but he didn’t panic. He used his other arm and slashed Gallon in the chest, cutting him severely.

 

 

"Gallon!" Renamon cried. Gallon jumped backward and grunted from the pain, holding his wound on his chest, "Shit!" He cursed. It was really deep.

"Did it hurt?" Shadow laughed and attacked an off guard Gallon. He punched him in the face then in the stomach. He then did a roundhouse kick to the chest and sent Gallon flying to the back.

 

 

Gallon dropped on the floor, groaning in agony. He tried to stand up, but he was very exhausted and wounded, his chest bleeding nonstop.

Renamon was watching her dear Gallon being beaten up and she wanted to do something to help him. She knew he was too tired, especially after doing that attack, the Dragon Canon. Add his previous battle with Beelzemon, and Gallon surely wasn’t in his best shape. "No… Gallon, he’s in danger… he has to stop or he’ll…" Renamon thought, seeing Gallon standing on his feet with difficulty and panting heavily. She used all her strength to break her chains, but to no use. She dropped on her chest, "I have… to save him…" she said with a tear dropping from her eyes.

 

 

"Looks like you need a little help here." Renamon heard someone say from behind her. "Impmon!" she turned to her back and saw Impmon standing before her.

"Impmon, hurry! Untie me!" Renamon quickly urged him.

"And what’s in it for me? How about a date, just you and me? Heh heh…" He chuckled.

"IMPMON!!!" Renamon growled with one of her threatening stares, which made Impmon jump in a fright. "Okay, Okay! Let’s make it a kiss then, eh?" He nervously replied and placed one hand on the chains around her arms. "Night of Fire!" his little fireball quickly broke it, as he did the same thing to the ones on her legs, finally freeing Reanmon from her bounds.

 

 

"Thanks Impomon." Renamon smiled at him and thanked.

"Anything for you, sweet Renamon. Now about that kiss…" Impmon snickered, but before he could finish, Renamon jumped down from the platform. "Heeeeey!" Impmon cried.

But unfortunately, Renamon was still tired, as she couldn’t land nimbly to the bottom and drooped on the floor with a loud thump.

 

 

"Reanmon!" Rika rushed to her side and held her firmly between her arms.

"Renamon, Reanmon! Are you alright? Open your eyes, please!" Rika pled her.

"Ri… ka…" Reanmon opened her eyes and whispered.

"That’s right, it’s me, Rika! Just hang on." Rika hugged her with joy.

"Gallon… where’s Gallon?" Reanmon asked in concern while Rika helped her to sit up.

 

 

"Gouhhh!"Gallon groaned loudly, being hit by Shadow’s Wolf Canon. He dropped to his back, grunting in agony and having a hard time to keep going.

"Gallon! He’s killing him! I have to… help him." Renamon tried to stand up, but Rika stopped her. "No! It’s too dangerous! You’re too weak now and..."

"Rika, heal me."

"What?"

"Please Rika, heal me." Renamon asked her partner to use a healing card on her.

"But…"

"Here, Rika. Use this." Jeri handed her a healing card she was saving for Leomon, a gentle smile on her face.

"Jeri…" Rika hesitated in using the card, but she took one look at Renamon's eyes and saw the determination on it and decided to do so. She nodded at her and stood up, "Card Slash!" Then she hollered and slashed the card into her D-Arc.

 

 

An immense light then surrounded Renamon. She let out a relieved sigh, feeling her energy returning back and running through her whole body.

"Thank you, Rika." Renamon stood up on her feet and thanked her.

"Reanmon, I believe in you…" Rika told her.

 

 

"Come on Gallon! Fight! Don’t give up!" Takato cheered. "If this keeps up, his not going to make it." Henry then said. "We have to do something then! Let’s join him! Let’s do it, Henry, Leomon" Takato encourage them and the other nodded in agreement.

They were going to join the fight when Gallon prevented them. "Stay back! This is my fight!"He growled as he managed to stand up.

"Don’t be a fool! You can’t keep fighting like this!" Leomon sternly retorted.

"Just stay out of it!" Gallon angered and turned his sight back to Shadow.

"Oh, how daring. You really think that…!" Shadow eyes widened from the surprise, seeing Gallon suddenly standing in front of him and giving him a powerful hook to the face. He then followed it with an uppercut to the jaw then a fast elbow to the chest. Gallon finally finished with a sidekick to the waist, right on the spot that Leomon hit him a while ago, making Shadow grunt wildly in pain.

 

    

Shadow dropped to the floor, agonizing in pain and coughing out more blood. Gallon was standing a few feet away from him, panting from exhaustion. He then fell on his knees, "Burns… my body is burning…ugghh!" He started to grunt.

"Gallon, what’s wrong?" Takato yelled.

"Gallon!"Renamon was about to run to her lover side, before she stopped and saw Shadow standing on his feet again, laughing out loud.

 

 

"Ha ha ha ha! It’s happening to you too, eh? Time is running out! One of us has to go. And you’re mine!" Shadow said as he approached to his alter ego. He grabbed Gallon’s neck with both hands and began to absorb him.

"No, I won’t let you!" Renamon dashed toward Shadow to attack him and save her dear Gallon. But before she could reach him, he vanished into thin air.

 

 

"Hey, where did he go?" Henry wondered. "He’s… gone." Jeri said. "And Gallon the only one left, so…" Takato followed. "We won!" Rika said in joy. The tamers then cheered happily, "Hurray!"

"Gallon, Gallon, are you alright? Speak to me!" Renamon carried Gallon between her arms and said. Gallon opened his eyes and stared at Renamon. "Oh, thank god, you’re…" But Gallon suddenly stroked her and pushed her away.

 

"Renamon! Gallon, what are you doing?" Rika shouted, before she gulped when she saw his eyes. They were glowing red. "Gallon…" Renamon gasped in shock. 

"Grooowwel!"Gallon growled like a mad beast. "Oh no! That isn’t him!" Felicia then exclaimed. "What do you mean?" Takato asked. "Shadow possessed him! His trying to take over his body!" Felicia said in fear. "What?" Leomon uttered.

 

 

"Renamon, get out of the way! He’s not the same!" Rika tried to warn her.

"Gallon… it’s me, Renamon…" But Renamon didn’t do so. She moved closer to the berserk Gallon and tried to calm him down, but Gallon jumped to attack her with his claws. "RENAMON!"

Renamon opened her eyes and saw Leomon's back before her, blocking Gallon’s claws with his sword. "Renamon! Get away, NOW!" Leomon ordered her. "But…" She said but Felicia grabbed her arm and dragged her away. "Come on, you annoying fox! This isn’t the same Gallon!" Felicia yelled at her. "NO! He’s still there… struggling. I have to help him!"

 

 

"Gallon, snap out of it! It’s me, the grumpy lion!" Leomon tried to get him back to his senses, but Gallon kept growing and slashed Leomon to his chest. Leomon backed off in the last second and avoided it. "I hate doing this to you, but…" Leomon said and punched Gallon right on the face, knocking him over.

"Leomon, Don’t!" Renamon cried. "Sorry Renamon, But we have to face him if we want to bring him back." Lemon said, his back turned to Renamon and Felicia.

 

 

"Growlmon! Gargomon! I need your help." Leomon told them.

"Takato…" Growlmon then turned to his partner, waiting for his decision. Takato paused for a moment, "If this is the only way… so be it." said Takato.

"Takato… right on!" Henry nodded to him.

The three male Digimon faced the berserk Gallon, ready to battle him. Gallon got up on his feet and growled loudly, his eyes glowing bloody red.

 

 

Gallon dashed at them with blistering speed, totally surprising the others. "What the…?" Leomon gasped before Gallon kicked him on his head, blowing him away to the side. Gallon then flipped in mid-air and stroke Growlmon’s open stomach with a Wolf Canon. "Goughhh!" Growlmon groaned and got slammed into a wall by the impact.

"Wah! His more powerful than ever before, Henry!"  Gargomon cowered in fear, watching his two friends being knocked down this fast.

"Don’t be scared, Gargomon! Giving him all you’ve got!" Henry encouraged him. Gargomon gathered all his guts and pointed his gattling arms at Gallon from the back. "Gattling Arms!" he shot his bullets at the mad wolf, but he simply jumped over them and headed toward Gargomon. "Darn it!" Gargomon cursed and kept on his barrage of ammo at the flying Gallon. The wolf leapt over him as he kept shooting, making the champion Digimon fall on his back in the process.

 

 

"Agh! Gargomon!" Henry said in distress, hitting his forehead with his palm. Gargomon quickly jumped on his feet and prepared to shoot again, "Gattling… huh?" but nothing happened. "Gulp! Out of ammo…" He sweat dropped and gulped.

Gallon stared at him with a deadly glare and rushed to him to attack. "Ahh! Help!"

"Exhast Flame!" A huge fireball then launched toward Gallon and hit him hard, pushing him away from Gargomon. "Phew… Thanks Growlmon!"

 

 

"Please! Stop!" Renamon cried, she couldn’t bear to see her dear Gallon being beaten up by her friends. She ran to his side despite the others warnings, "Renamon!" Rika and Felicia called out for her. Renamon reached him and carried him between her arms, "Gallon… wake up, please." But Gallon pushed her away again with an angry growl.

"Fist of the Beast King!" The lion-head projectile shot straight at Gallon and sent him flying to the back. "Renamon, stay back!" Leomon angered.

 

 

"NO! I won’t! I have to help him. I have to bring him back." Renamon shouted.

"Renamon… look out!" Leomon then yelled at her. She turned to the back and saw Gallon standing behind her; his claw raised up to strike her.

Renamon stood in her place and didn’t run away or even move. She just approached him and then embraced him warmly.

"Gallon… I know you’re still inside… please, come back… come back… to me." She whispered gently, as she hugged him, tears escaped her eyes.

Gallon suddenly started to calm down, lowering his arm. "Re…na…" He softly uttered as he stared at her.

"Yes! It’s me, Rena! Gallon, come back! Fight his evil desires. I’ll help you…" Renamon said and lifted her head a bit to his muzzle, locking him into a kiss.

 

 

Renamon held this kiss for a while, as the others watched in amazement.

"Wow… She did it! Renamon succeeded in bringing him back!" Takato said in amazement. "Looks like they really do care about each other, huh Rika?" Henry told her with a smile. Rika smiled back and said, "Yeah. Their love prevailed at the end."

"How touching…(sniff)" Jeri began to sob. "Well done, Renamon." Leomon said with a big smile as Felicia stood by his side.

 

 

When Renamon finally parted her lips from his, she looked at him as he opened his eyes and stared back at her, his glowing red eyes returned to his charming yellow ones.

"Gallon…"

"Thank you, Rena."  He gently said with a smile. "Oh, Gallon!" Renamon hugged him joyfully, very happy to have her Gallon back.

"I WON’T HAVE IT!" Shadow’s voice suddenly shouted in anger. Gallon started to grunt in pain again, "Oughh! Shit! Damn you Shadow! I won’t let you… control me anymore!" He kneeled down and was breathing heavily. "Gallon, hang on!" Renamon tried to help him, but didn’t know how.

 

 

Gallon then let out a loud growl, and banished Shadow out of his body. "Huff, huff… at last…" Gallon uttered and collapsed on the floor.

"Gallon!" Renamon got hold of him as he passed out, hugging him nicely. "Oh, Gallon. You did it…" She whispered to him.

"That’s bitch! I should have killed you when I had the chance!" Shadow angered in fury. He stood up and walked toward Renamon and Gallon. Renamon rested Gallon gently on the floor and faced Shadow.

"You… I won’t ever forgive you!"  She yelled and dashed to him with a punch.

She punched him strongly in the face, stunning Shadow greatly. "This is for my friends," then she knee kicked him in the stomach, "this is for Gallon!" she followed it with a somersault kick in the chin, "and this for you what you did to me…" Renamon crossed her arms on her chest and then spread them wide, "Diamond Storm!" She shouted and attacked Shadow with her energy shards as every one of them hit him hard, some of them even going through his body.

 

 

Shadow was blown away by that attack. He dropped some feet away from Renamon, "This… can’t be… defeated… by… Ghough!" He groaned, feeling much agony from the humiliation of being beaten by a female than from his injuries.

Renamon rested her muscles and stood straight, turning her back to the dark werewolf and returning to her dear Gallon side. She kneeled down to him and rested him on her lap, rubbing his cheek softly. "It’s over… my love." She whispered to her fainted lover.

 

 

"It’s not… over yet… this isn’t how… it’s going to… end…" Shadow got up again and panted from afar. He raised his hand to attack, but then heard a click sound to his side. "You’re right. This how it’s going to end." Beelzemon pointed his canon right at Shadow face. "Wha…?"

"Sorry pal, but it’s game over for you!" Beelzemon grinned and pulled the trigger. What followed were a big bang and a large beam that shot straight ahead through a wall, erasing Shadow from existence.

 

 

The tamers eyes were shut and ears were deafened from the surprise of that explosion. They opened their eyes and switched their sight at Beelzemon.

"Beelzemon, you could’ve at least warned us!" Rika complained.

"Yeah you scared the hell out of us! But, thanks anyway." Takato smiled at him.

Beelzemon sighed, "Aww, I just wanted to get rid of that blue one, but that can’t be done so I finished off the black one, just for fun." he snarled and then flew away.

"Beelzemon, you lying bastard…" Leomon said under his breath with a grin.

 

 

"Gallon, are you alright?" Renamon said to him but no reply. "Open your eyes, please." She brought him closer to her and hugged him tightly, sobbing softly.

"Stop crying. You’re ugly when you’re sad. Be angry instead, that’s better." Gallon smirked. Renamon looked at him and saw that he was smiling at her.

"Oh, Gallon! You jerk…" Renamon giggled and embraced him snugly.

"Sorry about everything, Rena. You truly are my destiny. Thank you. I love you." He whispered into her ears as she kissed his cheek. "I love you too."

 

 

The others watched them with awe, feeling very happy for the two lovers. Leomon walked to them, "Here, let me give you a hand." And helped Gallon stand up and rested his shoulder over his. "Thanks, Leo." Gallon thanked his newfound friend, as Renamon held him from the other side. "Let’s go home… together."

The next day…

 

All the tamers and their Digimon were at the shed, along with Gallon. They were rebuilding the shack to make it a hut for Gallon to live in. They were all working contentedly and with high spirit. Takato and Henry were measuring the size of the hut. "How big, Henry?" Takato asked his blue haired friend. "Let’s make it 10ft tall and 4ft wide. We have to make the door big enough for Leomon to go through." Henry answered with a chuckle. "I’m not that big!" Leomon then said as he arrived, carrying big logs off wood. "Oh, sure you aren’t, you’re much bigger." Gallon then joked. He was sawing some wood logs with the help of Guilmon. "Hey easy, Gallonmon! You’re going to cut me in half!" cried Gulimon, not able to keep up with Gallon’s pace. "Heh, then we will have two bread hungry Guilmons, as if one not enough." Terriemon laughed, resting on top of Guilmon’s back. "Get off my back and help us out here, lazy bum!" Guilmon frowned and pushed the rabbit Digimon off his back, falling on his head. "Ow! That’s mean…" They then had a good laugh.

 

 

"Lunch break!" Jeri hollered from afar. She was with the other females, namely Rika, Renamon and Felicia, and they brought a big lunch meal with them for the hard working males.

"About time, too. I’m dying here." Gallon said. "Yay, FOOD!" cheered the red dragon. The guys then freed their hands and went to meet the females.

Renamon went to her Gallon and rubbed his chest, "Are you sure you’re ok? You should rest more than work on the shed." She said with concern.

"Ah, Rena, you know your wolf. I recover fast! So no fret." He smiled. "You sure are!" She giggled and gave him a kiss on his cheek while he did the same.

 

 

"Are you really sure about this, Rika? You won’t be able to see Renamon much anymore." Jeri then told Rika.

"Of course! As long as Renamon happy, I’m happy. I’m not so narrow-minded. Beside, it’s not like she’s going away or something. She’ll always be my partner, no matter what." Rika replied with confidant.

"I envy you. (sigh) I’m still having a hard time to accept their relationship." Jeri sighed and pointed at where Leomon and Felicia were standing beside each other. "You and your jealousy…" They then both laughed.

 

 

Leomon put his arm around Felicia as he watched the others, then he turned to her and saw a troubled look on her face. "Something wrong?" he gently asked her.

Felicia quickly smiled and hid her anxiety, "Huh? What are you talking about?"

"You can’t fool me with those tricks. Tell me, what’s bothering you?"

She lowered her face down in sadness, "Do you think… they’ll accept me?"

"What are you talking about?"

"I mean, I don’t have anywhere to go now. And I did a horrible thing, I would understand if they reject me…"

"Nonsense! You were just manipulated by that monster, you couldn’t help it. And they are great friends; they’ll completely understand and take you as a dear friend. Jeri is a bit stubborn, but she’s a sweet girl, you’ll like her. I did." Lemon comforted her with a sweet smile. "Leomon… you’re so…" she began to weep and hugged him warmly.

 

 

"Awww… isn’t that just nice." Gallon smirked, as everybody was staring at the new couple. Leomon and Felicia then blushed in embarrassment, while the others chuckled. They all then gathered around a spot near the shed and had a pleasant lunch.

 

 

################################

 

 

Later that night…

 

 

"Ow! Did it hurt?"

"Big time! Try getting you torso stabbed by a maniac claw and tell me how it’s feels."  

Leomon answered Gallon. Both of them were at the lake in the middle of the woods, with their dates Felicia and Renamon.

 

 

"You poor thing. How does it feel to be dead?" Felicia cuddled his belly and said.

"Don’t know. Kinda boring, I think. I don’t remember much, I just felt very relieved when I came back to life. Good thing it didn’t leave a scar, heh, like I need another one." Leomon said and scratched his head.
