“What’s wrong Davis?” DemiVeemon asked worried about his friend
jumping off his chair and into the floor. “Oh, nothing…” Davis
replied, his voice trailing as he let out a deep sad sigh.
DemiVeemon walked over to him, “It’s Kari, isn’t it?” He asked.

her…” Davis explained. DemiVeemon goes to say something to make
him feel better but Davis cuts in. “Did you see how she was

after TK! Maybe-” He gets cut off by the sound of his D-Terminal
beeping. DemiVeemon rushes over to the table and grabs it.

“Hey Davis, it’s from Ka-“
“Kari?” Davis’s eyes light up and he dives at DemiVeemon taking
the D-Terminal from him. “Davis, please come over it’s an
emergency. Only you can help me. Come quick! Love Kari,” Davis
reads out the message from Kari, “DemiVeemon, did you hear that?
She wrote ‘Love Kari’ maybe she does like me after all!”
DemiVeemon giggles, “So are you gonna go over to her house?”
“I’ve already replied saying I am!” Davis says as he shoves his
D-Terminal into a backpack and puts DemiVeemon in there as well.
Then he runs out the door nearly knocking his sister, June, over
on the way out!

A few minutes later, Davis arrived at Kari’s front door, panting
form running so fast. He rings the doorbell and knock on the
door all at once. The door opens slowly and Davis’s jaw drops at
what he sees. Kari is wearing a black, almost see through, mini
skirt and a top to match, but in red. Kari giggles and pulls
him into the house. “Hi Davis…” she says blinking slowly.

Davis enters Kari’s room to see Kari lying on the bottom bunk
that she and her brother shared. “Davis please help me! I’ve been

“You have?” he says in a goofy voice grinning, “You don’t think
about TK?”
“No…he’s only my friend like Yolei and Cody, but you…yes, you I
want more from that just friendship.” She slowly gets up off the
bed and walks over to Davis closing the door then pushes Davis
against it, before anything else can happen Kari wraps her lips
around Davis’s, making his eyes pop open, but he then closed them
and continued with the kiss, adding about of tongue to it. Then
Kari pulls away rubbing her lips together and smiling innocently.
“I hope that helped you.” Davis said with a wide grin.
“Not really,” Kari replied, “It’s gotten worse, I need you even
more.”
“Well then, I will help you.” Davis says spinning Kari so she

glows along with DemiVeemon and as it fades away Veemon is in his place.
“Now the fun can begin!” Gatomon says as she walks over to Veemon.
