Eyes of the Beholder

The digi-destined left the digital world for a day or two in order sort any
unfinished business. And the Digimon were left in the digital world to make
sure the Digimon emperor doesn't make any more dark spires in that region.
Agumon was taking a walk in the wood dreaming about last night and how he
finally found someone to call his own. "No one will ever take us apart" he
thought to himself.

"But." Agumon was now lost in thought
"I couldn't help but feel like something as watching us down at the lake"
" Is it my imagination?"
" Was there really someone watching us?"
".(Gasp) was it one of our friends!"
".GASP was it one of the digi-destined!!?"
"no..no it cant be everyone was asleep"
"and I was very very quite"

Agumon took a deep breath to assure himself it was all imagination. He
continued his walk and arrived at the lake to draw some more water for his
barely but still swelled area.
"Ouch. Thanks a lot Mimi cant you take a joke?"
"ahhhhhhhhh" that's much better, but its not as cold as gabumon's" thought

the other Digimon were back at the camp sight waiting for their human
friends to return. Gabumon was sitting on a rock facing the woods and
thought to himself.

"Agumon."
"I know you're the one."
"But it felt so weird. good. but weird."
"Like. someone was.. Watching."


Gabumon slapped himself lightly in the face. "it was all imagination" he
thought What "was all imagination?" said veemon as he overheard Gabumons
murmuring. Gabumon has a habit of thinking out loud. "HUH!, Uhhhh nothing"
said Gabumon " nothing huh that's what Davis always says when there
something he wants to tell me something or. has something to hide" replied
veemon. a slight shiver went down Gabumons back as he thought to himself
"was he the one that saw us?"  "Gabumon?"

"HUH" gabumon replied as he jumped
"I see your in that thinking stage again" said Veemon
"Anyways I came here to ask you if you wanted anything to eat, Izzy just
told us their coming back in a little while and Yolie was bring some food
from her parents store." Said veemon " oh. ill have those little Black and
white things with the filling.? And its really sticky and it cut into round
shapes, what was it called again?"
"OHHH I remember. no I don't" said veemon
" Ill ask Izzy" said veemon as he ran off to the computer that izzy was
contacting them with

the digi-destined came back with a loud thump as they fell on one another
"we have to get that teleport thing straight" said joe "one more fall like
that and I quite this job"
they got cleaned up and ate dinner, the girls were on one side the guys were
on the other, the guys were still afraid of the girls new attack for the
digi-women it was the "KICK OF PAIN!!" and for the human girls it was
"BALLSAC CRUSHER!!!!" they teased the guys with those attacks all night and
not one of them made a attempt to fight back for obvious reasons. They made
a fire pit with the help of armadillomon and tai. Kari, Yolie, and matt came
  back with some wood and they set up the fire pit. " dangit my matches wont
work" said Tai "Hey Agumon can we get some help please?"

"sure" Agumon said breaking off the passionate kiss he was making with
Gabumon before the Interruption "ill be right back" he said with a sexy
voice as he ran into the camp
"Pepper Breath!" cried agumon as a big ball of fire set the wood and sticks
ablaze
"thank you" said the freezing gatomon and rewarded him with a very very

the wood and joined the others after agumon and he was done with their
business. One by one the Digimon/ destined fell asleep.


Gabumon woke in the middle of the night after hearing a small crack from a
distance, being part dog it doesn't surprise me the had very good hearing.
The sound didn't bother him but his nighttime thirst did. He slowly got up
trying not to wake anyone and headed for the lake. As he drank from the lake
a smell caught his nose. "huh?" he thought to himself *sniff *sniff *sniff
the smell was very very familiar and it was starting to drive him crazy. "
what is that?" he followed his nose not far into the woods and felt a furry
hand caress his chest from behide. He jumped and turned around just in time
to see veemon before he was pushed down. He saw that that smell was coming

OK that was chapter 2. the next chapter will come out tomorrow or the next
day. Will Agumon find out about Gabumon? Will there relationship crumble?
