Guilmon slowly started to open his eyes and yawned. He heard a chuckle but couldn't identify whom it came from. As his vision cleared, Guilmon identified the chuckle.
"I guess we wore you out more than we thought." A smooth silky voice said

"He thought he heard something outside and went outside to check it out." Were Garurumon responded

"We could..." Guilmon started to say before a particular scent wafted past Guilmon's nose.
"Hide!" Guilmon yelled out, recognizing whom the scent belonged to
"Hide? Why?" Flamedramon asked
"Takato is coming!" Guilmon yelled out
"Who is this Takato?" Were Garurumon inquired
"He is my tamer." Guilmon simply stated
"I am not afraid of a 'tamer'" Were Garurumon replied
"Please, go before he gets here." Guilmon pleaded
"Okay, let's go for a while wolfy." Flamedramon said, turning to Were Garurumon.
Were Garurumon nodded and smiled. Both left the hiding place and went off into the surrounding woods.
Just then, a voice called out.
"Guilmon!" a voice cried out.
Guilmon immediately recognized whom the voice belonged to, it belonged to Takato.
"Takato!" Guilmon yelled out as his friend appeared at the gate in front of the hiding place.
Suddenly another person appeared beside Takato. Guilmon looked at the new person weirdly.
"Who are you?" Guilmon asked.
Takato only smiled. "Juri meet Guilmon. Guilmon meet Juri."
Juri went over to Guilmon, at first just touching him to see if he was real. Guilmon began to laugh a bit.
"That tickles." Guilmon said between laughs.
"You're real." Juri said, amazed a bit.
"Of course, what else would I be?" Guilmon asked.
"I thought you might be Kazu or Kenta in a costume." Juri stated
"Kazu? Kenta?" Guilmon repeated slowly.
"I can't believe your real!" Juri said.
"Wait, I got just the thing for you." Juri quickly added as she dug through her pockets.
She pulled out a small sticker and stuck on his face between his nostrils.
"Oh, you're so cute!" Juri squealed out before kissing Guilmon right above the sticker. Guilmon couldn't help but blush a bit.
"Guilmon isn't cute, he is mean and scary." Takato exclaimed.
"I like being cute." Guilmon stated.
Takato was about to respond when his digivice went off. He had set it to go off to remind him of something he had to do.
"Oh, I forgot! I have to get home and help my parents." Takato said, starting to run back home.
"Do you mind if I stay here with Guilmon?" Juri called out.
"No!" Takato yelled out before he was too far away.
Juri turned back to Guilmon. "So what do you want to do?" she asked Guilmon.
"Let's play!" Guilmon yelled out before running off.
"Wait!" Juri called out but it was too late. Guilmon had already found a good hiding place.
"Guilmon!" Juri called out; hoping to Guilmon would just come to her.
Guilmon chuckled as he saw Juri run past his hiding spot.

Juri was really starting to get worried now. What would Takato say when he found out that she lost his digimon? What would he think of her? She began to cry. "Are you hurt?" Guilmon asked when he finally found her. She turned on her back, facing the red digimon.
