A MIND DESTROYED, A MIND RESCUED

at the pacific base meeting room time 07:00 hours

"Alright thats everone except Davis and Veemon" said Kaiayomon
typing in commands on the holographic computer "Why is everyone
waiting for us" said Veemon entering the room with Davis. "Ah welcome,
sleep well, the reason we are waiting is so that we can go through
the plan of attack" said Mimi "as a matter of fact Mimi we didn't
sleep well". said Veemon rubbing some sleep from his eyes "Why not?"
asked Kaiayomon "i belive you were the one who said "these walls
aren't that sound proof". Weren't you?" said Veemon imitateing Kaiayomon
"fine, but enough of that we have to plan" said Izzy

"ok we are going to have two teams" said Mimi "I am heading
the assault team" said Kaiayomon "and I will be leading the recovery
team" said Mimi "the assault team will be our most powerful and
skillful digimon" said Kaiayomon "it will consist of GranKuwagamon,
Izzy, HerculesKabuterimon and I" said Kaiayomon handing a breifing
sheet to the other three "and the recovery team will be Kari, Gatomon,
T.K, Magnangemon, Ken, Yolei, Aquilamon, Davis, Dragomon, Lillymon
and I" said Mimi. "Hey, wait a second why am i on the recovery team
and not the assault team?" asked Veemon and Davis in unison "because
this is where I belive I'll go insane, I belive that someone on
the recovery team will die" said Kaiayomon to Veemon "now lets begin
to work out our strategy" finished Kaiayomon.

3 hours later at the docks of the base on the island

"So does everyone understand there jobs?" asked Kaiayomon
as he appeared from the base depths "yes" they all said in unison
"good then its time to depart. So dont forget the signal it is a
large red ball of energy" said Izzy "so we'll see you after the
raid" said Kaiayomon as he took flight followed by Izzy, GranKuwagamon
and HerculesKabuterimon. "Wow they are fast" said Gatomon as she
wachted the four fly across the water towards the enemy base "c'mon
Gatomon" said Kari as she and the rest of the recovery team boarded
their digimon who all took flight and started to follow the assault team.

5 hours later on the ocean near the Dark Masters base

"Okay team we are almost there i am gonna asign you each
a foe" said Kaiayomon as he slowed to a stealth pace of flight "okay
GranKuwagamon you take VenomMyotismon, HerculesKabuterimon you take
MetalSeadramon, Izzy you take Pupetmon and i'll take Piedmon and
Mechinedramon. So Izzy you know when to give the signal?" asked
Kaiayomon "yeah when all of the Dark Masters are out of the base
and engaged in conflict" replied Izzy.

at the same time

"Okay team you know what we have to do?" asked Mimi while
hanging from Lillymon's arms "yeah we get in we get out crests in
hand" said T.K hanging from MagnAngemon's arms charging his buster
rifle "right now Davis you have a slightly different job. You and
Dragomon are to protect our escape and retreat, plus you are to
take anyone who is wounded back to the base" said Mimi to Davis
and Dragomon. "Right we understand" said Davis

a few minutes later at the beach of the Dark Masters base

"Okay we will go in first and draw out the Dark Masters
once all three are drawn out Izzy will fire a red energy pulse into
the sky once that has been done the recovery team will head into
the base and get the crest there. Now we know where they are, I
have marked on this map where they should be located get them and
get out we will cover your retreat and escort you back to the base"
said Kaiayomon to the assembled group. "Ok we are ready" said Izzy
to Kaiayomon "fine we'll see the rest of you when you have completed
your mission" said Kaiayomon as he took flight with Izzy towards
the main part of the base "well i geuss there is nothing to do but
wait" said Yolei as she sat down on the beach next to Ken.

on the main part of the base

Bright lights and beams of energy were flying back and forth
from the ground to spots in the air when all of a suden a large
blue beam of energy flew from the sea hitting HerkulesKabuterimon
in the side "ah right on time" said a deep ominous voice from behind
Kaiayomon "ah VenomMyotismon glad to see you hadn't skiped the island"
said GranKuwagamon "GIGA SCISOR CLAW" yelled GranKuwagamon as he
flew at VenomMyotismon with his glowing clawsVenomMyotismon stood
there uninjured from the attack, “Is that all you have? Hah!” he
shouted at GranKuwagamon “NIGHTMARE CLAW” VenomMyotismon sent his
attack straight at GranKuwagamon who narrowly avoided the attack.

The area quickly turned into a battleground, with most of the terrain
being destroyed by inaccurate attacks, and blinding energy beams
that pierced everything they touched. As the last of the dark masters,
Puppetmon, made his appearance, it was time for Izzy to fulfil his
objective. He lured Puppetmon as far out as he could, then fired
huge red energy pulse into the sky as Puppetmon jumped over his
head. “Nyah, missed me.” Puppetmon gloated at Izzy, “Now take this!”
Puppetmon raised his mallet above his head and jumped down upon Izzy.

Meanwhile on the beach

“Look, that’s the signal” cried Mimi as she saw the red beam go
flying through the air “C'mon guys lets go” she ordered the group,
just before they took off for the darkmasters base. “Quick we’re
gonna lose her” Davis said as the rest of the recovery team went
around the battlefield and into the darkmasters base.

Back on the battlefield

“RIVER OF POWER” Metalseadramon roared as he shot a hexagonal beam
at GranKuwagamon, who was grappling with VenmonMyotismon for leverage.
GranKuwagamon saw the beam and said “Erm, you have it.” to his enemy
as he flew away from the incoming beam, “what the” was all he had
chance to say before getting blasted by the beam, which caused a
hude hole to appear in the centre of his body, which turned into
bats that flew away from his body, then back to the hole, repairing
the damage done. Grankuwagamon didn’t notice this as he repeatedly
hit MetalSeadramon with his Giga Scissor Claw.

Inside the base

The recovery team ran along corridor after corridor, going straight
for where they were told the crest would be. “It should be through
that door” Mimi was so happy to be able to find the crest for her
husband. They opened the door and were amazed by what they saw.
It was the tags and crests alright. but Kaiayomons was missing.
"Well here are ours." Said Mimi handing Kari and TK thier crests,
taking her own. Picking up Kaiayomon's tag

“Wait!” yelled Davis. “Didn’t Kaiayomon say he thought somebody
was going to die?” Dragonomon stopped for a second then looked at
Davis without saying a word, then they both shot up as they heard
a scream. Piedmon had escaped from the battle going on outside and
somehow gotten into the base infront of them. “I thought that battle
was a little taked on.” Piedmon said to Mimi who was clutching her
and Kaiayomons tags “You BASTARD!” She shouted at him, as he brought
his sword up to take a strike, she gathered all her strength and
jumped to her feet, and kicked him in the balls.

He dropped the sword and clutched his family jewels, then Dragonomon
blasted him to the floor and kicked him to the other side of the
room, but Piedmon started getting back to his feet, still clutching
his bits and pieces, and began walking back to them. “EVERYBODY
GET UP AND GO!!!” Davis shouted commanding the other members of
the team, Lillymon picked Mimi up and began to follow them with Piedmon in chase.

Back outside

Kaiayomon was doging Machinedramon, causing him to lose his cool.
his attention was diverted, he knew something was wrong here. He
turned to face Machinedramon again to resume battle, but was unable
to concentrate and continued to have to dodge. He knew he would
make a mistake, and soon. He was right, Machinedramon picked him
up and threw him straight south into the mountain.

The recovery group were just coming out of the base as He landed
next to them “Kaiayomon? What happened to…” Ken asked but was cut
off by Davis who shouted “Stop talking and run” from inside the
base, as he came running out, Kaiayomon noticed the tags around
Mimi's neck “YES I KNEW IT!........... huh? wheres my crest?” He
asked as his whole body tensed up.

Piedmon came running out in pursuit of Davis and Dragonomon, but
as he ran out, he saw Kaiayomon. "Ha ha I was hoping I would get
my hands on you my friend" laughed Piedmon "Mimi run, give me my
tag and get everyone else off the island." He said as he took the
tag and pleaced it around his neck before Piedmon came running at
him and kicked him at MetalSeadramon, causing him to finally release
HerculesKabuterimon. Kaiayomon had gone berserk and started fighting
against all of the dark masters, he caught Puppetmon and repeatedly
slammed his wooden head against a rock, but this gave Machinedramon
a chance that he took, he lined up with Kaiayomon a released a beam
with all his power “GGIIGGAA CAAANNNOOOON” He called out as his
body was consumed by a bright light, Kaiayomon brought his hands
up to shield his eyes then ran at Machinedramon, but he was too
slow and he hurdled into the air propelled straight through the
mountain, where he landed in a collapsed pile.

But suddenly the mountain started to glow, forming a glowing blood
red fist clenching a black lighning bolt. Then the mountain cam
crashing down on Kaiayomon. "NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" Screamed Mimi as she
saw her husband crushed by the rock. "Well We certainly changed
the future in a good way." said Davis in a depressed tone. "Why
are you planning my burial already?" Came a muffled laugh from the
now glowing pile of rocks. "What, no, this can not be. you're dead"
yelled Piedmon as he looked at the figure floating in the air infront
of him. The figure was Kaiayomon blood rolling off his body like
sweat, his now Ice blue hair falling behind his back. (picture super
saiy-jin 3 goku with half the hair.) He was also sporting a set
of Katanas in sheaths on his back. "Its your own fault Piedmon.
You knocked me into my crest, and in turn gave me the power of a
god." He said as he leveld Piedmon with a swift kick to the forehead.
"Thats for nearly killing my wife" he laughed as Piedmons bits floated away.

Kaiayomon was still getting used to this new feeling of supreme
power, but knew he had no time to waste and admire his body, he’
d leave that for Mimi later. He looked around and saw the remaining
darkmasters and saw Izzy was being double teamed by Machinedramon
and Puppetmon. “Do you want to know how I killed your little friends?”
Puppetmon taunted Izzy pulling out his hammer, “Fuck you” Izzy
replied. Puppetmon hit Izzy in the face with the hilt of his hammer
as Machinedramon kept him tied up. But Izzy just smiled as he saw
what was coming up behind Puppetmon.

Kaiayomon flew up behind Puppetmon and pulled his two swords out
of the sheaths, Puppetmon turned around and was in shock at what
he saw, he began to back off, but Kaiayomon flashed out and reappeared
behind him. Puppetmon’s shoulders and knees sepperating causing
him to yell in pain before Kaiayomon decapitated his head in a single
slash causing Puppetmon to vanish. He then turned to face Machinedramon
who was being betrayed by his own cords as Izzy held onto them to
keep him from running. Kaiayomon took Machinedramon’s cannons into
his hands after he had carried them with his tail. He held them
away from his body, then with lightening speed he slammed them together
with Machinedramon's head sandwiched in the middle. That left VenomMyotismon
and MetalSeadramon who hadn’t seen what just happened as they were
beating up GranKuwagamon and HerculesKabuterimon, thinking that
Kaiayomon had been finished. thier first mistake. "Hello boys want
a hand?" asked Kaiayomon impersonaiting Machinedramons voice. "Yeah
wouldn't mind" Said VenomMyotismon not taking the time to turn and
look who was there. "here enjoy, baterd" yelled Kaiayomon as he
impaled VenomMyotismon's chest with Machinedramon's ripped off arm.

"Hey, hey now c'mon wait a minute here" said MetalSeadramon as
he jumped into the water, being confronted with five mega powered
digimon. "Ah ah ah you dont get to leave this early." chuckled Kaiayomon
as he followed MetalSeadramon underwater. "Silly boy this is my
domain you may be powerful on land but not down here. RIVER OF
POWER" he yelled as he tuned around and blasted towards Kaiayomon.
"KAI......AYO.... CANNON... FIRE" gargled Kaiayomon as demonic fire
erupted from his palms and ripped through the river of power and MetalSeadramon with it.

The next day.

"So Whats gonna happen now with you three" asked the newly named
Kaiterramon to Davis, Veemon and Gatomon "to be honest. We dont
know" Said Davis with a shrug of his shoulders. "I can give you
a little guidence there" said the disembodied voice of Time. "Well
brother time glad to see you." Said Kaiterramon "yes well you may
not be. brother you, Mimi, Izzy and your digimon are gonna have
to come with me, Davis and the others." said Time charging his powers.
"Why?" asked Mimi "well I sent them here for another reason. It
was to awake a greater power in you. onbe that might be able to
overcome Kaiayomon in the other time." Said Time, a portal opening
in a room. "why the others?" he questioned. "there place will become
clear in a few minutes." he said as everyone was sucked into the void.
