Sarah awoke the next morning from her alarm, getting up and walking to her room, opening the door. She giggled upon seeing Veemon and Renamon snuggled against each other, still fast asleep.

"Hehe…I knew it." She said to herself, walking into the room. "Good morning, you two! Time to get up!" She said, standing next to the doorway.

"Mmhhn…hmm?" Veemon mumbled, blinking a couple times before looking at Sarah. "Oh! Sarah!" he said, letting go of Renamon and jumping out of bed. "Good morning!"

"Sleep well with Renamon?" Sarah asked, giggling.

"Uhh…yeah…" Veemon said, nodding nervously.

"Alright. Let’s wake her up and go over to Ereth’s house." She said, placing her paw on Renamon’s shoulder and nudging her gently. "Hey, Renamon…wake up."

"Huh…?" Renamon said softly, her eyes half-open as she woke up. "Oh…good morning…" she said, yawning and stretching her arms, before sitting up. "Good morning to you too, Veemon."

"G’mornin!" Veemon said, smiling at the vixen.

"C’mon Renamon, we’re taking you back to Ereth’s house." Sarah said, gesturing for both Digimon to follow as she walked out of the room.

"Alright." Renamon said, shifting her legs to the side of the bed, before standing and stretching again. "Did you enjoy last night?" she asked, winking at Veemon.

"Every second of it!" Veemon replied, smiling. "Can’t wait ‘till next time!" he added as he walked out of the room as well.

"Next time…hehe…" Renamon said, smiling softly as she followed the dragon out of the room, closing the door behind her.

Sarah, Veemon and Renamon all walked over to Ereth’s house, which was only a few blocks away. Once they arrived, Sarah knocked on the door, but there was no answer.

"Maybe he’s still asleep." Veemon said, looking up at Sarah.

"Probably." Sarah said, getting out her cell phone and calling Ereth’s number, soon getting an answer.

"Mhhhn…hello?" Ereth said, still half-asleep.

"Hey, Ereth. I’ve got Renamon here, outside your house." Sarah said.

"Oh! Okay…I’ll be right out." Ereth said, before hanging up. He jumped out of bed and opened his dresser, getting a shirt and pants on, before walking to his front door, opening it. "Hey, Sarah. Brought back Renamon?" he said, smiling softly.

"Yep, here she is!" Sarah said, moving out of the way and letting Renamon walk through.

"Hey, Ereth." Renamon said, looking down at the dragon.

"Nice to see ya again, Renamon!" Ereth said, hugging the vixen gently.

"Same to you, Ereth." Renamon said, smiling softly at the dragon.

"Well, I’ll see ya later, Ereth." Sarah said waving as she walked back down the walkway.

"And I’ll see you later too, babe!" Veemon said, running up to Renamon and hugging her gently, before running back to Sarah.

"You too, Veemon!" Renamon said, smiling softly and waving to the dragon as he left. "Hey Ereth, can I take a shower?" she asked, looking down at the dragon.

"Sure." Ereth replied, nodding.

"Thanks." Renamon said, smiling softly at Ereth, before walking down the hall and into the bathroom, closing the door behind her. After she was done showering, she walked back to Ereth’s room, two towels covering his body.

"Done showering?" Ereth said, looking over at Renamon from his bed.

"Yep." Renamon answered, wiping herself with the towels for a bit longer before taking them off and hanging them on two wall hooks.

"Think we should call the others and go to the Digital World?" Ereth said, looking at his Digivice. Renamon nodded, standing in the doorway. "Alright." Ereth said, going to the phone and calling Vook.

"Hello? Ereth?" Vook said.

"Yeah, I was wondering if you were doing anything today?" Ereth replied.

"Yep! I’m gonna go see that new girl, Karla, and after that we’re going to the Digital World again." Vook said.

"Ahh…okay." Ereth said. "See ya, Vook."

"See ya, Ereth!" Vook said, before hanging up. "Alright Kurtz, I’m leaving!" She continued, before leaving the house, walking towards Karla’s house. When she arrived, she knocked on the door.

"Hello?" Karla said as she opened the door, blinking for a second when she saw Vook.

"Hello! I just saw you were new in town, and decided to come over and greet ya!" Vook said, smiling. "I’m Vook. What’s your name?" she said, extending her claw out to the girl.

"Karla." Karla said, shaking Vook’s claw. "And thanks, but I’ve already been around the neighborhood."

"Ahh…alright. Nice meeting you, Karla!" Vook said, smiling and waving as she left. Karla waved as well, before closing the door.

"Vook…so that is her name…" Karla said, shaking her head slightly as she returned to her room.

Vook walked back to her house, opening the door. "Kurtz! I’m back home!" she said.

"Already? That was fast…" Kurtz said, coming out of his room and to the living room.

"Yeah. Turns out she’s already had a tour of the neighborhood." Vook said, shrugging. "Well, let’s go to the Digital World, then."

"Okay. Come with me, sis. We can go through my laptop." Kurtz replied, gesturing for Vook to follow as he walked back into his room. He brought up the Digital Gate program, taking out his Digivice.

Vook walked in shortly, holding Gatomon in her arms. "I’m ready to go, brother!"

"Alright. Digital Gate Open!" Kurtz said, holding his Digivice in front of the laptop’s screen, warping himself and Vook into the Digital World. "Okay, Vook. We’re gonna spread out and destroy as many towers as we can."

"Got it!" Vook said, nodding. "I can fly up with Nefertimon to see if I can find any." She added, taking out her Digivice. "Digimental, UP!"

"Tailmon, Armor Shinka!" Tailmon said, Digivolving to Nefertimon. Vook climbed up onto her back, Nefertimon taking off into the air.

"I see one!" Vook said, pointing towards one of the large black spires. "That way!"

"Right!" Kurtz said, walking towards the tower, Vook and Nefertimon coming back down towards the ground, but staying about 15 feet in the air. "We need to destroy as many of these as possible."

"I could just fly around and blow em’ up…" Vook said, looking down at Kurtz.

"Nah, we need to stay together, just in case that kid tries something again." Kurtz said, looking up at Vook.

"Okay." Vook said, nodding. "Let’s go, then!" she continued, flying ahead in the direction of the tower.

"Hah…I’ve got them for sure this time…" The Kaizer said, not too far from the tower. "Think they can spoil my fun, do they…"

"Rosetta Stone!" Nefertimon said, a bright pink light coming out from her helmet, forming a large stone tablet, which flew at the tower, smashing right into it.

"Alright Aqua, let’s go! Digimental, UP!" Kurtz said.

"AquaVeemon, Armor Shinka!" Aqua said, Digivolving to Aquarivamon. "Typhoon!" she added, blasting a stream of water at the tower, which knocked it over.

"Great! That’s one down." Kurtz said, grinning. "Now, let’s look for another!"

"Hold it, you two!" The Kaizer said, high above on top of another Airdramon.

"You again!" Kurtz said, glaring up at the Kaizer.

"Yes, Me." The Kaizer replied, the Airdramon flying down lower, the Kaizer jumping off onto the ground. "I’m giving you people one last chance to leave here now, before I really get serious."

"Shut up! You don’t own this place!" Kurtz said, clenching his fist. "YOU should be the one getting out of here!"

"Really…" The Kaizer replied, grinning darkly. "And what are you going to do about it?"

"This!!" Kurtz said, lunging at the Kazier and punching him square in the face, knocking him to the ground, his large sunglass-like eyewear flying off his face. "I’m giving YOU one last chance to get out of here!"

"Wait…is that…no, can’t be…" Vook thought, looking at the now visible Kaizer’s eyes. "Karla?!" she said, looking wide-eyed at the Kaizer.

"Huh?" Kurtz said, looking back at Vook.

"Karla…you’re…the one who’s been doing this?" Vook said, her eyes getting wider as the Kaizer stood back up.

"Yes…it’s me." Karla replied, smirking. "And I own this entire World!" she said, jumping up as an Airdramon flew by, picking her up and taking off into the air.

"Damn it…she doesn’t own the Digital World…" Kurtz said, growling as he watched the Airdramon fly away.

"I can’t believe it…Karla is the one who’s been doing this?" Vook said, almost dumbfounded.

"Seems like it." Kurtz said, looking back at Vook. "But it doesn’t matter who she may be, she has to be stopped."

"Yeah…that’s right." Vook said, sighing softly. "Well now that we know it’s her, should we do something about it in the real World?"

"No.." Kurtz replied, shaking his head. "That would risk people discovering about the Digital World. We might lose our Digimon, or worse…"

"Ahh…okay, brother." Vook said, nodding; Nefertimon de-Digivolving back into Gatomon, along with Aquarivamon turning back to AquaVeemon. "Should we go home, then?"

"I guess." Kurtz said, setting Aqua on his shoulder, and turning back towards the way they came, Vook following after him. They returned back to the real World, Kurtz making a sandwich for both of them.

"I think I’ll go inform Sarah about this." Kurtz said as he munched on his sandwich. "Be back in a bit, sis." He continued, walking out the door with his sandwich.

"See ya, Kurtz!" Vook said, waving to him as he left. She walked back into the living room, sitting down on the couch and turning the TV on.

A couple minutes later, Aqua came in, sitting down on the couch next to Vook.

"Hey, Vook." She said, smiling softly at the dragon.

"Heya Aqua." Vook replied, looking over at the aquatic dragon. "What’s up?"

"Nothing really…just came to see you." Aqua replied, shrugging.

"Ahh…I see…" Vook said, turning back to the TV for a second, before looking back at Aqua. "Mm…now that Kurtz is gone…you wanna do that thing again?" she asked.

"Uhh…" Aqua stammered, blushing softly. "S-sorry, Vook…there’s actually something I need to tell you…"

"What is it, Aqua?" Vook said, sitting up next to the dragon, putting an arm around her shoulder.

"It’s just…I can’t be you girlfriend…I love Kurtz…" Aqua said, blushing even more.

"Oh…I see…well don’t worry Aqua…I understand." Vook said, patting Aqua’s back gently. "I don’t think I’m ready for that type of relationship anyways." She said, blushing as well.

"Th-thanks…" Aqua said, smiling and hugging Vook.

"No problem, Aqua." Vook said, patting Aqua’s back gently.

"Thanks, Aqua…" Aqua said, hugging the dragon close to her body, nuzzling her cheek. "We can still be friends, right…?"

"Of course we can, Vook." Aqua said, smiling and nuzzling Vook’s cheek as well.

"Thank you…" Vook said, smiling softly at Aqua, snuggling her still. Gatomon sighed in relief at hearing that they were just friends, and walked back into Vook’s room, resuming her spot on the bed.
