Digimon: The New Revelations

Chapter 3: Lessons to be learned

The rest of the day passed quickly, Vook mostly daydreaming about Aqua, and the Digital World. When the bell rang, signaling the end of the school day, Vook dashed out the door, and outside, where she waited on the front steps for Kurtz to arrive.

Kurtz walked out of the front door a few minutes after, walking up to Vook. "Hey. Have a nice day at school, sis?"

"Yep! Even though I was just daydreaming of a- the Digital World." She said, giggling.

"Heh…you really like this stuff don’t you?" Kurtz said as they began to walk home, chuckling to himself. "Well we can go there again after we get our Digimon from the house, aye?"

"Okay!" Vook said, smiling and nodding. The two arrived at their house in a few minutes, Kurtz unlocking the door and walking inside. Aqua and Gatomon heard, and got up, waking to the front door.

"Heya Kurtzie!" Aqua said happily, smiling at Kurtz. "Hey Aqua." Kurtz replied, grinning softly at her, walking into his room and setting his bag down.

Vook picked Gatomon up and hugged her softly, nuzzling her cheek. "Ready to go back to the Digital World again, Gatomon?" she said, smiling excitedly.

"You bet!" Gatomon said, hugging Vook back.

"You ready to go yet, Kurtz?" Vook asked, sitting down in a chair, and setting her bag down as well.

"Just a second, Sis." Kurtz said, before waking out into the dining room again. "Alright. I’m ready. Let’s go!" he said, grinning at Vook.

"Yay!" Vook said, grabbing her Digimental, then jumping from the chair and running to the front door with Gatomon in her arms.

Kurtz chuckled lightly at her enthusiasm, and grabbed his key again, walking out the door with Vook. They headed towards the school, which was still open and walked inside. Once they got to the computer room, they locked the door to make sure nobody went inside.

"Alright sis, let’s go." Kurtz said, warping himself and Aqua into the computer.

"Uh huh!" Vook replied, warping herself and Gatomon into the computer after Kurtz.

They both arrived in the Digital World, except the sky was a little darker than usual. "Hmm…it must be night time." Kurtz said, looking back down in front of him. "Well I brought you here, Sis to teach you how to Armor Evolve your Digimon, so come with me." He said, and started walking.

The two arrived in an open grassy field, not far from the pond, and Kurtz stopped in the middle. "Alright, now take out your Digimental."

"Umm…this thing?" Vook said, taking out the Digimental from her pocket.

"Yeah, that’s it. Now hold it up and say ‘Digimental Up’ like this, Digimental, UP!" Kurtz said.

"Alright…" Vook said, holding the crest in the air. "Digimental, UP!" she said loudly, the crest glowing a bright white in her hand, along with Gatomon. Gatomon was engulfed in light as well, and began to grow. "Gatomon, Armor Shinka!" she said, turning into a more powerful Digimon, which looked like a larger cat with ancient tombstones for armor. "Nefertimon!"

"Wh-whoa!" Vook said, her eyes wide in astonishment. "That’s so cool!" she said, looking at the cat Digimon, which was now mabey 3 times the dragoness’ height.

"Yeah…things like that tend to happen with Armor Evolution." Kurtz said, chuckling softly.

Suddenly there was a large crash, and a few trees fell as a large Tyranomon crashed through, carrying a kid on top, who seemed to be dressed in purple-ish clothes and a cape. "There! Get them!" he said, pointing at Kurtz and Vook. Three other Tyranomon surrounded them, growling menacingly.

"Heh…this should be easy, considering they’re fire type. Let’s go Aqua!" Kurtz said, taking out his Digivice. "Digimental, UP!" Aqua quickly turned into Aquarivamon, and held her claws out at ready. "Typhoon!" she said, blasting water at two of the Tyranomon, instantly deleting them, because of the element weakness. "Two down, one to go!" Aqua said, turning towards the other one.

"Typhoon!" Aqua said again, deleting the other Tyranomon.

"Alright, who are you?" Kurtz said, looking at the kid who was on top of the 1st Tyranomon.

"It does not matter, now." He said, smirking. "For you shall be gone soon. Attack!"

The Tyranomon he was standing on, which was much larger than the others, started charging a ball of fire in its mouth.

"Vook! Run! Go back to the real World!" Kurtz said, looking back at Vook for a second.

"A-alright! Come on Nefertimon!" Vook said, climbing on top of the giant cat, and flying off towards the TV, eventually going back into the Real World, Nefertimon reverting back to Gatomon again.

"Alright Aqua, think you can handle this guy?" Kurtz asked, looking at Aqua. Just then the Tyranomon shot the now giant fireball, aimed right for Kurtz.

"KURTZ! Watch out!" Aqua said, dashing in front, and holding the fireball back, her feet digging into the ground slightly. "Get away! This thing is gonna blow up!"

Kurtz nodded, and jumped back a few meters, just as the ball exploded. Aqua came out, nearly unharmed, but her body was singed all over. "Grrhh! That hurt you bastard!" she said, jumping at the Tyranomon. "TYPHOON!" she shouted, deleting the giant Tyranomon, the kid on top instantly being carried off by an Airdramon.

"Damn…he got away…" Kurtz said, sighing. "Well, let’s get back to Vook, Aqua. Come on." He said, turning and walking in the direction of the TV set.

"Not so fast!" was heard from the above, the same voice as the kid who was on top of the Tyranomon. "I won't let you escape alive!" He flew ahead, towards the TV set as well.

"Damnit! I think I see what he’s going for!" Kurtz said, running towards the TV set with Aqua.

"Too late!" the kid shouted, ordering the Airdramon to destroy the TV set, in which it did, shooting at it and making it explode into a lot of burnt pieces.

"DAMNIT!" Kurtz shouted, looking up at the kid. "What’s your problem huh?"

"I should be the one asking YOU that, trespasser." The kid shouted back, laughing evilly and flying away on the Airdramon. "At least now I know now that he can't get out…" he thought, smirking.

"Goddamnit…what are we going to do…" Kurtz said, sighing and putting three claws to his forehead. "Vook is gonna be worried sick about me…" he sighed, walking back over to Aqua. "Well the first thing we need to do is find shelter where that kid can't find us…I think the cave where the crest was will hold out for tonight. Let’s go Aqua."

"Right." Aqua said, and the two walked over to the cave where they had found Vook’s crest. When they got inside, Kurtz examined the place. "Seems ok to stay here overnight…" he said, looking up at the small hole in the ceiling, which was still creating a beam of light to where the Digimental once was. "Well I’ll go and get some firewood so that we can at least stay warm tonight, and you just stay here, okay?" Kurtz said, walking out of the cave.

"Okay!" Aqua replied, laying down and laying her back against one of the walls, closing her eyes. A half-hour later, Kurtz returned with a large bunch of sticks, and a few logs. "Hey Aqua, I’m back." He said, placing the bunch in the middle of the cave.

Aqua blinked a few times, before waking up fully. "Oh…hey Kurtz. Need any help?" she said, standing up and stretching.

"Nah, I’m fine. Thanks." He said, assembling some sticks together, then lighting them with a small fire ability he had learned.

"If you can find something for us to eat, that would be good." Kurtz said, looking towards Aqua.

"Food? No problem! I’ll be back in a few!" Aqua said, waking out of the cave.

Kurtz chuckled softly, adding a few more sticks, and slowly building up the fire. About 10 minutes later, Aqua returned, with a very large fish in her hands. "Will this do?" she said, giggling softly.

"Whoa! There are fish in the Digital World? Strange…a few years ago there wasn’t any…well, that I knew of. Set it down here and I’ll gut it, aye?" Kurtz said, taking out a Swiss army knife from his pocket. "Good thing I always have one of these on me…" he hummed softly as he began to slowly skin the fish. A while later, he finally finished, and wiped his brow, looking out of the cave at the setting sun. "I wonder what Vook is doing right now…"

In the real World, Vook was panicking, checking any computer she could get to for a gate to the Digital World. She had checked every PC in the whole school, then the library, and in her own house, but with no avail. She sighed and sat on her bed, looking at the clock, which read 5:23 PM. "I hope nii-san is alright…" she said, sighing and closing her eyes.

Back in the Digital World, Kurtz had decapitated the fish, and took the meat out of it. "Mmm…looks tasty." He said, cutting it into 10 individual pieces, and piercing each piece with a stick. He then positioned the other end of both of the sticks in the ground, so that they were roasting slowly over the fire. "How are you holding up, Aqua?" he said, sitting down next to her.

"Fine…" Aqua said, letting out a small sigh. "Thanks for preparing a meal for both of us, Kurtz." She said, smiling lightly at Kurtz.

"Heh, no problem. Swiss army knives can be really useful at times, aye?" he said, chuckling and grinning.

"Yeah…" Aqua said, smiling slightly again. Kurtz got up and checked the fish, which was nearly ready. "Almost done!"

"Good…I’m a little hungry…" Aqua said, rubbing her belly softly, a quiet rumble coming from it. Another couple minutes passed, and Kurtz grabbed both of the sticks, handing one to Aqua. "Eat up! Nice and fried!" he said, taking a bite of his own fish. "Mmm…this is some really good fish, aye?"

Aqua smiled, taking a small bite out of her fish, and licking her lips. "Yeah…it is." She said, taking another bite, slightly bigger than her last. "Very well cooked…thanks."

Kurtz chuckled, taking another bite. "No problem. Cooking class, while slightly boring, can really teach you a few things." He said, quickly finishing his piece, and setting another to cook. "You want another, Aqua?" he said, glancing over at her.

"Nah…this is fine…I was hungry, but not like REALLY hungry." Aqua replied, finishing off her piece of fish and setting the stick down on the ground. "Mmm…that was good…"

"No prob Aqua." Kurtz said, sitting back down in front of the fire, watching it. "They say that fire is like company…like if there’s fire, you don’t seem like you’re alone…" he said, staring into the orange flames.

"I see…" Aqua said, sighing contently, rubbing her now full belly. She had remembered the time she had with Vook in the morning, and longed for it again. "Hey Kurtz…can I talk to you for about something?" she asked nervously.

"Sure. What is it?" Kurtz said, moving back and sitting next to Aqua.

"W-well…" Aqua started. "I kinda did something…this morning…" she said, rubbing the back of her head, blushing now.

"Yes, go on. Don’t worry, you can talk to me." Kurtz said, chuckling. "I won't be mad or anything."

"Alright…" Aqua said, gulping. "I…had sex…this morning…"

Kurtz blinked. "Sex? With who? Was it another Digimon? Were you raped?" he said, sitting up again.

"N-no…it wasn’t another Digimon…and no, I wasn’t raped. Don’t…never mind…forget I said it…" Aqua said, turning and blushing.

"No, really Aqua. I need to know." Kurtz said, placing his claw over Aqua’s. "Who…"

"Alright…b-but…you won't get mad if I tell you, right?" Aqua said, shivering slightly.

"No, I won't. Now will you just tell me?" Kurtz said, becoming impatient.

"Alright…it…it was…Vook! I had sex with Vook!" Aqua said, her eyes welling up with tears. "She hugged me and our chests touched, turning me on slightly, and she got curious, and…it just went on from there…s-sorry…I just couldn’t help myself…" Aqua said, turning away and blushing hard.

Kurtz blinked. "My…sister? I…can't believe this…" Kurtz said, groaning and rubbing his forehead. "Well…don’t worry about it for now…just don’t do it again, alright…" he said, moving over to the other side of the cave.

Aqua sighed, wiping her eyes and sniffling. "S-sorry…Kurtz…" she said quietly, closing her eyes and falling asleep, the sun now completely set, the moon out and shining brightly. Kurtz soon fell asleep as well, grumbling softly as he laid against the wall of the cave.

In the real World, Vook was already asleep, the clock reading 8:37 PM. Gatomon was curled up in a ball on top of the blanket, purring softly in her sleep.

The next morning, Aqua was the first to wake, because she was at an angle to the cave’s entrance, and the sunbeams hit her directly. She blinked twice, sitting up and stretching, yawning silently. Aqua realized she was slightly shorter, and looked at her body, seeing that she was AquaVeemon again. She looked over at Kurtz and frowned slightly, remembering her "talk" with him last night. She sighed and set up some more sticks, and skewered two more pieces of fish, setting them upright, and walked out of the cave, blinking in the bright light.

"I just hope Kurtz isn't too mad at me…" the water dragoness thought, walking over to the nearby pond, and dipping half of her body in, murring softly.

Kurtz awoke about 15 minutes later, the sun coming into the cave fully now. He sat up, rubbing his eyes and groaning softly, his back hurting from the rough ground. He looked around, not seeing Aqua anywhere, and blinked, getting up and walking out of the cave. He sighed in relief when he saw Aqua resting on the side of the pond. "Aqua?" he said, walking closer to her.

"Kurtz!" Aqua said, jumping slightly in surprise. "Oh…you scared me…" she said, giggling nervously.

"Look…Aqua…I’m sorry I got mad at you last night…I was just too stressed out at the moment when you told me…" Kurtz said, sitting down on the edge of the water next to Aqua.

"And I’m…sorry too…I just couldn’t help it…I hadn’t done anything in so long…and I already had a slight crush on her as well…" Aqua said, blushing again.

"Well…on the good side, she knows about sex now, and I won't have as much trouble teaching her about it…but…if you wanted to do…something…you know you have me." Kurtz said, a light blush appearing on his cheeks.

"Y-yeah…I know…but you weren’t there…it was just me and Vook…I promise it will never happen again, Kurtz." Aqua said, nodding slightly, and trying to smile.

"I know…" Kurtz replied, sighing slightly "Just don’t worry about it…it’s over, and neither of us can change the past, so it’s not worth yelling over." He said, standing up. "Now let’s go get some breakfast, aye? I’m starving…" he said, helping Aqua out of the water, and walking back to the cave with her. As they walked, Aqua looked up at Kurtz’ figure, blushing slightly. "Oh…I just don’t know how I’ll ever break this to Vook…" she thought sighing slightly.

When they arrived, Kurtz got the fire going again, and began roasting four pieces of fish, sitting in front of the fire with Aqua on his lap. "I hope Vook isn't too worried about me…" he said, sighing softly and wiping his eyes.

"Don’t worry…" Aqua said, nuzzling into him softly. "She’ll be alright…trust me." She said, hugging Kurtz softly.

"Y-yeah…you’re right…she’s twelve years old…I think she can live without me by her side all the time…" Kurtz said, sniffling lightly, and hugging Aqua back, watching the fish roast.

"Yeah…" Aqua said, murring softly as she nuzzled Kurtz’ strong chest. "Is breakfast ready yet? I’m hungry too…"

"I think it is…" Kurtz said, setting Aqua down next to him, and pulling one of the fish pieces out, taking a small chunk and feeling the heat of it. "Yeah, it’s cooked." He said, hungrily taking a large bite out of it.

Aqua smiled, taking a piece and starting to eat it too, murring happily, loving the taste, even though she had it for dinner last night. "Mmmm…I could eat this stuff forever, the way you make it." She said, nodding and smiling.

"Thanks…" Kurtz said, smiling slightly at Aqua, already having finished his first piece.

After the two finished eating, Kurtz picked up the extra wood and threw it back outside, brushing his claws off. "Alright, we need to search for another TV set, so that we can get back to the real World." He said, picking Aqua up and putting her on his shoulders again.

Aqua nodded. "Yeah…Vook is probably worried sick about you. I think there was another TV somewhere around here, but I don’t know…I think it was only a rumor." She said, scratching her head softly.

Kurtz nodded, walking out of the cave and out into the sunlight, the sun a little bit higher than before. "I just hope I can come up with a good enough excuse for not being in school.." he said, chuckling softly.

"Yeah…" Aqua said, giggling and smiling. She was happy that they were finally leaving, but was worried slightly, wondering how Vook would react if she told her that she they couldn’t be girlfriends anymore.

In the real World, Vook woke up to her alarm, hitting the button on her wristwatch and turning it off. She woke up Gatomon and jumped out of bed like usual, getting dressed before walking out into the dining room. She walked to Kurtz’ room and looked inside, seeing that he was still gone. She sighed and got ready for school; like usual, before walking out the door with Gatomon in her backpack. "Please be alright…nii-chan…" she thought, as she walked to school.
